i realised we went for weekend at my parent's place and
a neigbour's child was using a cane to whip other kids
and frighten her with, guess what she repeated
the same thing on her cousin
whiping her lol
this children would not kill me
it's almost 5pm and my ears are all ready
to hear a series of cries and my skin some pinching and biting coz
am closing for the day.

Gosh I admire the patience and endurance of some mothers here. i would never carry a child that cries unnecessarily. I would simply deposit you on your bed and close the door. When the child realises it cannot achieve anything with tantrums it stops them very fast.
I do not believe in growing out of a phase but i rather tend to follow the nib it in the bud approach.

The key word is PLANNING

I had a similar problem when i just got married
i was leaving with my junior brother who could not do
anything concerning cooking

all i did was plan on time what i have to cook and when
i cooked food enuf for 2days
that means i have to rest for a day without cooking
my brother helped with the dishes
but i had to do the pots
today it's a different story with an 18 months old and
another baby on the way
i go to bed very tired
but am used to it now.

i remember my husband (then fiancé) once refused
to eat my food just for a day
my sisters it was not easy
i served him breakfast in the morning but he refused to eat
i made lunch and served on the table when he came back
the guy was behaving like he had not seen anything
dats when i knew there was serious trouble
i went to the room and started parking my clothes to leave
since i was spending my leave/vacation at his place.
the guy started shaking, he begged and begged and begged
as he was begging i was crying
guess what, we wiped the whole issue on the bed lol
and he ate both the breakfast and lunch i had served (for my mind i say so dis man was hungry)


Maybe if this woman uses some of this tactics her husband would solve this issue
eventhough she says she does not care, i know deeply in her she does and she
is hurting badly

i came back one day to find her well seated and watching
TV while her nanny was doing laundry
but if i was the one doing laundry
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just know dat she would be soked
with water (trying to wash too) or alse i would not do that laundry

he is just being naughty when his parents are around.

having your toddler bang her head on the floor
and /or any other hard surfaces could cause her
serious damege if care is not taken.
I have had my child injure herself during one
of her head banging sessions
it is really frustration

i had so many people telling me to cut my baby's hair
from when she was 6 months old
her hair was just like ur daughter's
today i regret why i actually cut her hair
praying for it to grow fast

Yesterday i had my daughter bathed and dressed
and while i was doing something in the kitchen
she slipped away from the living room where she was with her and
went to the bath. guess what? whne i came i found her in a bucket full
of
water having a second bath. looks like i did not do a great job of bathing her.
i was so stunned all i did was turn my face and smile (so she does not see my face)

then i go her out of the bucket and changed her

i don't think at this tender age u can start associating a child being voilent
to her environment
i beleive it's just a stage
i know the environment can influence how she becomes later in future
my daughter cires and throws herself on the floor, hit her head, pinch and slap me.
where did she get dat from
she is an only child and there no other children in the house
she rarely goes out.

no body hits or pinch nobody at home
whenre did she learn dat from.

i read it's a stage and they grow out of it

My daughter(who is a first child) is almost 18 months
born on the 9th of august 2010

She is too big for her age and smart too
when it comes to disturbing me, she will top
the list.

when i come back from work, all my neighbours wouldknow am back
coz she welcomes me with a very naughty cry. and she will keep on crying and hitting
her head on the floor for some time.

Hi ladies

i finally went to a shop that sells Aveeno but they don't have for babies
they have just Aveeno Moisturizer (i think it's for adults)
would dis be too harsh for my 1 year 6months child?

For two days i have not had a sound sleep
my daughter gets up at the middle of the night,
scratching her body and crying.
I feel sooo guilty for not being able to help her.
I am seeing a dermatologist again today
Being pregnant and not having enough sleep
is disastrous as i feel sick this morning.

I couldn't find AVeeno baby products in this damn country
am now looking for someone to buy abroad and send to me coz i also intend using it on my unborn baby
to avoid the same problem my daughter is facing.
