my guy let me telll u the truth about traveling,if u have no skills and u go to canada or uk u willl suffer and waste away.the problem with nigerians is that we are not employable or should i say skilled, from what u have written i think u are a graduate but tell me is there anyother hand work or skill that u know?in todays world it is not about speaking english or carrying certificates all over the world it is all about what u can do with ur hands and produce something productive once u gather this even if u go to cotonu u wil make it.the nigeria u want to runaway from is the same nigeria people are running back to from all these western nations and making it there.
this is my advise to u ,use the resources that u ant to use to go to mexico use that resources and time to get skilled in an hand work, once u have this believe me ANY COUNTRY YOU GO TO YOU WONT SUFFER.even if u go to gambia u wil make it but if u leave nigeria without this and u go to uk or usa ,God forbid bad thing that u willl be having urself to blame .that had u knon u would have learnt something.it isnt where u are that matters it is all about what u can do.that is the first question that ppl wil ask u once u leave naija

luvinhubby: It's unfortunate that Tinubu & co have mortgaged the poltical future of most Southwesterners to an extremist like Buhari.
pls get this straight, southwest wil never vote for buhari, nobody likes him in the southwest.tinubu is only using him as a channel to establish acn in the north.even among acn members buhari wont be able to win.many of those condenming him here reside in the southwest,no right thinking yoruba man will vote for buhari.we the yorubas we are peace loving people.

kefidoh: And this is supposed to be our presidenthuh?
not our president ,but tinubu and his acn members president.
Politics › Re: Buhari Faults Clampdown On Boko-Haram Members by texaco1: 6:23am On Jun 03, 2013
nerodenero: I strongly agree with your submissions and may it not be well with those Southwest leaders who align with you, amen.
pls point of correction.it is tinubu and his acn members that are following buhari,98% of yorubas and our traditional leaders dont like him.and even with acn more than half of them dont like him.the reason why tinubu is able to have his way is because he is the overall boss in acn.if the chips are thrown buhari will not even win one third of acn members.watchout and see how they will betray him
Politics › Re: Buhari Faults Clampdown On Boko-Haram Members by texaco1: 4:40am On Jun 03, 2013
the easiest way for pdp to win the next election is to have buhari as the opposition candidate.
it will be a landslide victory for pdp
Travel › Re: Is He Discouraging Me From traveling To USA? by texaco1: 10:34pm On Jun 02, 2013
fubbyy: yes I have a good job waiting for me in 2014 after my nysc, its a very nice job with good salary but you know when an average naija guy have the opportunity of traveling abroad(yankee 4 that matter)it will be very difficult trading it for anything

This papers you guys talk about,I taught usa is full of blacks, does immigration goes around tasking every black to know about the papers, I taught it only happens in europe where every black man can be spotted once he enter the street

In usa how do they differentiate citizens and foreigners when they look at them? Does citizens also need papers?
thank God that he has given u the wisdom to open up,from what i can deduce u are not a desperado that just wants to travel by all means.actually the immigration law in the us has changed u caant do anything except u have legal papers.things have changed a lot over there.
i wil not discourage u from going but i willl want u to sit down and think about this ,why do u want to travel?for what purpose?whar are yr aims and objectives for traveling?many that travel without carefully thinking over these points just find themselves wandering all over the streets there.
usa will always be there but time and age will never be there always .if i were u,i will stay ,take the job offer and if i like in future i may decide to go for business or vacation.but if u have a geniue reason like studies or u have an employment waiting for u there in the usa then you should go but if that isnt the case nd u are going there to hustle my brother i beg u stay for naija and make ur dough
Travel › Re: Is He Discouraging Me From traveling To USA? by texaco1: 9:41pm On Jun 02, 2013
fubbyy: am seriously confused like you said, as the matter of fact I brought the issue here expecting to hear the opposite of what ma cousin is saying but to my biggest surprise almost every1 says the same thing, na waa o
there is just one single truth there ,if u go to the usa and u have all necessary papers and legal resident permit then u will hve the freedom of been anything u may want to be in life .but if u go there nd become an illegal immigrant u wnt hve the chance of exploiting the abundance opportunities there.but do u have job offers in naija?are they good?

op don dey confused now ooooo.
dont worry op,just relax.take ur time ,experience is always the best teacher it is easy to blame or applaud somebody if u are not in the person shoes.
experience is the best teacher ,if u have the chance of trying usa give it a try.just remember time and tide waits for noone .
but if i am u and i have a big big chance of getting a good job in naija ,hmmm i wont trade that for usa visa but u arent me and i am not u so try ur luck.
Sports › Odemwingie Is Palace's Top Target by texaco1(op): 2:37pm On Jun 02, 2013
Osaze Odemwingie has become the favourite transfer target for newly promoted clubs as Crystal Palace have joined the race to sign him.

Palace boss Ian Holloway wants to tie up a quick deal for the controversial Nigerian striker.

The Eagles, who secured their £120million return to the top flight by beating Watford in Monday's play-off final, are desperately short of attacking options as they look ahead to next season.

Wilfried Zaha is now a Manchester United player, although he ended the season on loan back at Palace, top scorer Glenn Murray is out until Christmas with a knee injury and Wembley match-winner Kevin Phillips, who was on loan from Blackpool, will be 40 when next season starts.

Holloway was linked with Odemwingie in January, but the Nigerian did not to want to drop out of the Premier League.

Hull are another side keeping tabs on Odemwingie following their own promotion from the Championship.

until some people make a big mistake ,they will never hear the words of isdom and caution.it is funny how some people think they can be a economic and financial rambo once they leave nigeria .people outside are trying to get back into naija and tap into the numerous oppotunities there while some are hell bent on leaving naija.hmmmm, irony of life!
what i have noticed is that the money people use in travelling out is at most times in most cases the same amount of money they will be praying and working hard to get to go back to naija at the end of the day, with time already wasted .well life is all about taking chances and risks and there is no crime or harm in trying, who knows what tomorrow may hold
