lhordspy:Christian bodies getting involved in politics was not a ‘joke’ or ‘bad thing’ when you were excitedly making posts celebrating Christian endorsement for Tinubu. Hypocrite.
|
Already ducking. Such a shame. |
Teeaser4:You really think Russia has the soldiers or weapons to fight Poland at this stage? They don’t want this smoke. Stupid move from Russia, and this will backfire since it’ll only harden the resolve of Poland to support Ukraine with more weapons. They already hated Russia before. |
Instead of attacking military targets, Russia is expending their extremely limited supply of missiles trying to target energy infrastructure for civilians for the winter. How on brand for the terrorists. Over 81% shot down, and the damage will be speedily remedied within days/weeks. When will they realize that these only serve to energize Ukrainian soldiers to fight even harder? Senseless |
Hotice085:That T-shirt he's wearing bears the name and logo of Jean-Michel Basquiat, a deceased American artist who was bisexual. |
Goddson:I guess this phantom 'negotiation' is the new copium after the better than expected performance from Dems in the midterms crushed Russian hearts. There will be no rest for the invaders this winter. |
Emma15678:No major stunt. The Dnieper isn't exactly the widest river in the world. They moved soldiers over 2 weeks via pontoon bridges. Used screening forces and artillery to keep Ukrainians from chasing. Ukraine were happy to let them go. On one hand, it freed up 30k troops for combat in other theaters. On the other hand, getting Kherson without any bloodshed and without turning the city into a battleground is a much bigger achievement. Now they have their prize goal and there's nearly 50k Ukrainian troops that can be deployed to future offensives. Rhetoric that seeks to glorify the success of the withdrawal is being amped up to try to cushion the impact of them being ousted from Kherson, one of their biggest prizes of the war so far. But Russian TV hosts and milbloggers aren't buying it at all. rottennaija:LOL. The Ukrainians wanted them gone. This was the outcome they wanted when the Kherson counter-offensive was put forward. Putin's the one who held things up. This withdrawal should really have been ordered weeks ago. |
FuckTheMod:Ukraine has already hit Belgorod multiple times. Russian soil. How do you not know this? E say Russia is fighting 30 countries. I never knew all the US had in its arsenal was what Ukraine is using. At least Russia is learning that Ukraine isn't Syria or Chechnya or Georgia. |
It is standard Russian propaganda to paint Ukraine as some sort of hapless puppet of the US. Which is why you keep seeing all these stories about the US negotiating with Russia over Ukraine's head. All fake stories, all Kremlin propaganda. Ukraine's position is clear. They will negotiate with Russia after they've recovered their territory. |
Vl3ly:You usual dose of kremlin sponsored fake news. Nobody's going to negotiate along these lines. Not when Russia's on the back foot. Kazim88:Winter that the Ukrainians are even much better prepared for than the Russian forces? At a time when Russian mobiks are managing with scrap for winter outfits? Winter will harden the ground, and with the stoppage of mud, Ukrainians will resume their offensives. You thought they'd stop at Kherson? E say 'Napoleon to Hitler' as if Ukrainians weren't fighting Hitler's forces. Winter ravages the unprepared. Well, one side is clearly better provisioned than the other. |
SlyFoxx4Life:This makes no sense. Exit polls confirmed that for a LOT of voters, Abortion was the key issue. Also, that brought out the youth vote for the dems. Most serious conservatives are doing soul-searching and trying to come up with a rational plan forward to restore faith in the party's plans. You are still stuck in the meme posting stage ![]() |
pansophist:No. It’s not quite as simple as that. Much of western media is independent. You can read news from sources like Reuters et Al and know that while it’s opinion pieces can contain political slant, there’s news that’s isn’t being orchestrated by governments. It’s why you’ll see Fox News posting stuff that’s directly critical of the US Govt and the state of the war in Ukraine. The likes of Russia Today are state owned. Their content is driven by the Russian Government’s wants and desires. Vetted by the government. The editor-in-chief of Russia Today is Margarita Simonyan, and she’s a well known propagandist and war hawk. Someone who actively pushed for Putin to block grain shipment from Ukraine to plunge African countries into famine…the aim being to spur an unprecedented refugee crisis. That’s what you’re defending. |
Krismas:And this is how we know you're completely in the dark about what happens in Ukraine. First off, i don't know where you pulled your 60% figure from. That's BS Secondly, Western air defence systems only started getting delivered in earnest in recent weeks, after the huge waves of suicide drone + cruise missile attacks. Since then, Ukraine has been supplied with NASAMS, Hawk and IRIS-T units that are performing fantastically. Prior to this, Ukraine was using their S-300 systems + MANPADs. Also tasking pilots to shoot some of the missiles and drones down. You're clearly clueless about how the war is going. That's what happens when you follow RT's propaganda |
Krismas:Fantasies. Same fantasies that Putin had. I wonder how 'liberate donbas' turned to them trying to use fake Referendum to annex Oblasts that aren't in the Donbas region. They're nearly out of missiles, you know. If Iran doesn't sell them more weapons, they are going to struggle. And at the same time, the West are delivering lots of air defense systems. Avengers, NASAMs, IRIS-T, Gepards.... The demilitarization of the Russian Armed forces is well under way |
Krismas:Tell the people why it got to a situation where Russia had to abandon a major, strategic city. Was it not due to an Ukrainian counter-offensive? Was it not Ukrainian military action that forced Russia to evacuate what should have been a strongpoint? HolyHero:The only Russian forces left in Kherson in plain clothes are the ones who could not evacuate and are desperately hiding for their lives. They'll be rooted out. Russian artillery can try to bomb kherson, but you should know this isn't the early days of the war. Ukraine has attained near parity with artillery and have more accurate, long range guns. They'll smoke the Russians if they tried any of that. Russia can divert some of their withdrawn troops to the Donbas, but so can Ukraine repurpose some of the estimated 50K troops they earmarked for the Kherson assault. They'll never be able to take Kharkiv. Odessa is an impossibility. And they certainly won't be allowed to smell Kherson. Anyway, these are pipe dreams from you. Real russians are actually upset and pessimistic and they can see Russia putting down defensive lines at the North of Crimea. Keep dreaming of a Russian comeback.Meanwhile the Ukrainian offensive is set to resume. |
Krismas:They've been battling around Bakhmut for months now. No success. Ukraine is happy to tie down the bulk of Wagner there and inflict heavy casualties on them. Imagine celebrating pulling out of massive, strategic Kherson to take over small hamlets like Ivangrad or Optyne at terrible cost. E say na 'textbook' pull out. Elegant retreat, abi? |
Krismas:Power will be restored to Kyiv pretty soon. But i can see the depths you people have fallen to. From counting victories in settlements captured, you're now settled for counting the number if civilians temporarily inconvenienced. And yes, there's growing war fatigue in Russia. Go and ask the mothers of the mobilized troops if they want their kids to still be fighting Putin's senseless war. Ukraine isn't offering peace terms. This story is false. They want to hammer Russia even more on the battlefield so when they come to the table, they'll come like beaten dogs. |
Hitmanslaughter:So Russia is apparently fighting US enslavement by invading a sovereign nation, stealing their land, raping women, butchering elderly folks, stealing their properties, destroying their infrastructure, erasing their language, culture, currency and kidnapping their children. Are you mentally OK like this? |
Osariemen12:Meanwhile, Russia is winning by retreating. The first and only army in the world to rack up victories by fleeing occupied territories and abandoning equipment. |
Hezzyluv:Premium copium here. Elvictor:I'm not sure how you translate "Russia is deporting some Ukrainian civilians" to "Russia is deporting ALL civilians in Kherson" Looks like you're the one lying. Shamelessly |
godofuck231:Russia would have been a much better, more prosperous country without Putin. Undoubtedly |
godofuck231:And yet Biden has never in his life made a decision as foolish as Putin’s war on Ukraine. |
Vl3ly:Lmao. Wagner? thats been heavily recruiting from untrained convicts? Same Wagner that the US punished brutally and slaughtered like pigs when they tried to confront the US army? Same Wagner that’s been assaulting Bakhmut for months and have been consistently dealt with by the Ukrainian army? Na wa |
olugabbie:They’ve been exhuming mass graves in multiple Ukrainian settlements. Dead bodies strewn on the streets of Bucha. Multiple corroborated stories from victims about torture and executions. Iranian drones used to blow up power station in multiple Ukrainian cities. Millions plunged into darkness this close to Winter. And you’re opening your mouth to claim that civilians are being spared by the Russian devils. Brainwashing is clearly real. |
Have we gotten to the extent that we're now posting Russian propaganda straight from the Kremlin here? We're in Nigeria and OP is posting about 'fatherland'. Are you Russian now? Dem give you visa? Imagine posting crap from a Govt controlled, warmongering agency. E say na 'closed and secret agency'. What a way to describe a brutal, fascist mercenary corps that are taking anyone these days. Including prisoners from Russian jails. |
godofuck231:Sometimes I wonder if this is a mental health issue The world knows Russia invaded. The world say Biden frantically trying to stop the war before the invasion. They saw how Russia glibly denied planning an invasion weeks before it started. The world saw Russian troops sweep into Ukraine from THREE fronts. And then you come on nairaland and see someone claim that it was America that started the war. How does that make sense at all? Anyway, as to your last paragraph, i think it’s clearly Ukraine showing Russia pepper here while defending their territory. Unfortunately for you and your love for a tyrant |
After reading the OP, it’s clear that he’s the problem and I pity the wife. The man shows extremely poor decision making skills: - Married immediately after getting a job, with no savings - Mumu enough to say he lost his job ‘mysteriously’. There’s never a mystery about how people get fired. Op just doesn’t want to admit what he did - lazy enough to think the solution to his problem is with spiritualists. Daft and gullible enough to believe quack spiritualists. Why would the wife accept to be ‘delivered’ by a quack? Imagine someone who is living in a bare, one room house and working menial jobs to stay alive and feed his family coming here to say his parents are unhappy with him because he can’t dash them money again. How does that make sense? |
ken6488:The only party accusing Ukraine of ‘genocide’ and Nazism is the Kremlin. Well done to you for swallowing Russian propaganda without even thinking. |
godofuck231:And it’s clear you know nothing. While Russia has military conscription, usually not more than a third of the generation are conscripted. Even the conscription is low level training and does not provide combat training. At the start of the war, Russian law prescribed that conscripts that had not signed a formal contrast with the army could not be drafted to war. Of course that’s long since been overturned. A very large portion of the mobilized troops have limited experience. Pretty much why Russia is using them as cannot fodder |
ken6488:No. You stand for rape and murder and theft. Because you support all these atrocities committed by the invading Russian troops. |
I have long known that many here just aren’t bright at all. See, 7 page discussion over an obvious skit. What is wrong with you people? you couldn’t tell this wasn’t real? |
rottennaija:How are they winning? After 9 months, they're being forced back and out of territories they captured with much sweat and blood. Ukraine is getting arms from the US and NATO countries. And not even their most advanced arms o. No long range missiles, no modern tanks, no ultra-modern APCs. And yet they're kicking the arse of the so-called 'Second strongest army in the world'. The vast majority of Russia's most destructive attacks in the past few months has come from Iranian drones. Iran o! |
