The invasion force was around 200k soldiers and they’ve since added Wagner, new conscripts and forced mobilization from DNR/LNR.

The rest of what you’ve said is fantasy. They were crushed outside Kyiv and forced to give up attempts to take the capital. And now Ukrainian counterattacks are driving them backwards in the north east, they don’t even have that 20% anymore.
