Politics › Re: Names Of Occupants Of Osborne Towers Ikoyi Where $50m Was Found By EFCC by texazzpete(m): 8:26am On Apr 19, 2017
kahal29:
Since the raid became public, the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) has laid claim to the funds, its Director-General Ayodele Oke saying it was meant for covert operations authorized by President Goodluck Jonathan during his tenure. SaharaReporters, however, reported on Monday that the woman who was discreetly ferrying the money into the apartment in bags was Mr. Oke’s wife, Folashade.

7B - Chobe Ventures Limited (Controlled by Folashade Oke, wife of DG, NIA) apartment where $50m was found by EFCC)
Only in Nigeria is a house owned by the wife of the top official of the NIA considered a 'safe house' cheesy

If it isn't obvious by now that the NIA cash was fraudulently obtained, you need a brain reset.
Politics › Re: EFCC DISCOVERY "Theatrics": What Magu Should Learn From The Nigeria Police by texazzpete(m):
Rubbish

In fact, every known human being is being alleged to be the owner of the money from a former NNPC MD, former PDP Chairman Adamu Muazu, as well as former Governor of Rivers state Rotimi Amaechi-wjth ALL of them denying and even threatened with lawsuit. Now they have shifted ownership to National Intelligence Agency (NIA) saying that the Director-General "ran" to Magu and advised him against searching the apartment... What a story?
Has the EFCC been the source behind any of these allegations of ownership?

Magu need to be informed that Nigerians aren't as stupid as he may think, even if he has to plant money it should be done with wisdom and tacts.
Nigerians are -by and large - more stupid than some of us fear. But I'd like to see your proof that Magu planted that money.

Is it possible that an Intelligence agency like NIA with security personnel attached to the agency will not put armed to the teeth security guards around the apartment to guard it against invasion? Are they saying that the SEVEN policemen from the EFCC that invaded the apartment will disarm and overpower these security guards? Are they saying that the DG will tell his men to willingly surrender to EFCC operative even when the agency cross into their territory? Is EFCC, an agency under the Ministry of Justice now superior to NIA, an intelligence agency under the office of the National Security Adviser (just like DSS)? Can EFCC invade the territory of DSS?
I ask you again; has the EFCC come out to say the money belongs to the NIA?

Your post represents what I abhor about political opposition in Nigeria. The EFCC is nominally supposed to be an independent organization from the ruling APC, and so It is in the best interests of all Nigerians to see a strong and successful EFCC. There's absolutely nothing constructive in the drivel you wrote, and you're happily mixing a few sensible questions with uninformed and unproven conjecture, spiced with needless sarcasm.

It grieves me that my tax money goes to subsidize many of you in that parasitic class of political hangers-on.

Nintendo Switch is USD $300. Dollar is 370 Naira. Total is 111000 Naira. You are selling for 210000 Naira. My brother please fear God in everything you do. Ok?
To be fair

1) Switch is $300. Sales tax will push it to approx $330
2) It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that he bought it with USD obtained at N370. At the launch date of the console, dollar was around N470 or so.
3) You neglect shipping costs to Nigeria

210k is WAY too high, but your 111k valuation is absolutely ridiculous.

I'd say around 160k is right about fair. A PS4 Slim costs around the same and that's sold for $50 less overseas.

People should be free to marry whoever they want.

Any relation opposed that will not see reason (or cannot provide concise and compelling reasons why the marriage should not happen) should be struck off the wedding invitation list and ignored.

Do you know how many people have been cheated out of their dream partners because of the words of either their parents, Pastor or 'prayer warrior'?

99% of the time when there's a case of rape against a minor or a case of spousal abuse etc, you always find church members and pastors coming around to beg for the violent ones.

What sort of end-time Christians are these?

Nigerians lack care for their fellow man. Imagine neighbors saw a man beating a woman with a cutlass and all they could do was to beg.

Nonsense.

Rubbish

Why publicly post this letter from the impostor branch of PDP?
TonyeBarcanista:
The attention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Senator Ahmed Makarfi, CON has been drawn to the untoward, unconstitutional and indiscriminate arrest and detention of PDP members and supporters nationwide on phantom charges by the Government of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
As far as I know, Makarfi is merely a factional leader of the PDP, and is not legally recognized as such by either the law courts or INEC.

While I condemn the arrest of people on spurious grounds, it is sheer hypocrisy for the PDP to whine about these things now. Human rights abuses and indiscriminate arrests were also the order of the day during the past PDP administrations from 1999 - 2015.

The APC is currently shyte, but if you people think it makes the PDP look like saints, you're sadly misguided.

Friend,

Evidence can be manufactured against anyone to achieve anything. A compelling evidence is what i am yet to see. If i frolic with someone for years, at least i should (if not for anything) a good picture of me and the person together.

Who has a UBA account, please log in and see if the platform is the same as depicted on the pictures she shared. If not the same, then evidence was manufactured.

We are in the 21st century. Its quite easy to manufacture all the evidences she has put up so far.
You people sef. Zero integrity.
She provided FaceTime pictures with his face clearly showing, you people claimed it was 'possible to fake'

Multiple Nairalanders (including myself!) confirmed that the Apostle was the one who bought that keep for Daniella Okeke based on checks on the Lagos State license database. You people claimed it could be a hacker.

She released BBM chats. You claim it was forged.

She released bank statement, you're asking someone to log in and verify as if you won't find some way to discredit it.

Zero integrity in you, all just a burning need to absolve your idols of all complicity in a sordid deed.

Let Mr Suleman go and settle with this woman. Instead he is instituting lawsuits and calling her a marine spirit. Because he knows he has legions of paid and unpaid defenders who will refuse to see.

Even if she provides proof of call logs and travel together, you people will still wake up and say perhaps it was an attempt to preach to her or convert her with the gospel.

I never knew Men of God were eagerly sending cash from their personal accounts to strangers on the internet.
