Politics / Re: Hardship In US. Forces Nigerians Home by Thadude(m): 5:33am On Dec 21, 2008
This is rubbish, so goin home for Xmas holiday is now a "hardship theory", the writer just wants to sell his newspaper?? Even if american economy crumbles completely, it will still be better than that of naija's economy that is still burried 6ft below. No system, no infastructure, no security, no light , no justice everything is zig zag. They take 1 step forward and 7steps backwards. It is only in Naija i see that the past is always better than the future, that is why most nigerians are affraid to confront their future. For example back in the days men got married early, today its a different story, you see a man of 40yr saying he is still planing. Those who manage to cross over from bachelorhood do so out of pressure and petting from their parents & girlfriends, is that a country?? Obasanjo made giant strives even tho he didnt do enough, atleast in the area of communication and corruption,  but while handing over he sent Nigeria back to the 1970s the years of Awolowo, openly rubbished INEC and made Nigerians who never trusted their leaders loose hope in govt completely. Yaramaga came now and brought waziri to give corruption a style. Steal and pay back 0.01% of ur loot when arrested and convicted. We saw that openly with lucky the former governor of Edo-state. Sometime i wonder what happened to our brave men in Uniform. There isnt any better time for them to topple the govt than now. Silly as it may sound these guys are wasting away lives of smart men and women in that country, look at what Yaramaga did with his recently appointed ministers he is suppose to be the first graduate president but he behaves worst than those who ruled Nigeria with out seeing the walls of a classroom. Dora was doing great where she was, why did he make her to Information Minister. Nigeria has lost precious years already, there isnt time for people who will train on the JOB before knowin wht d JOB is all about, when we have capable, young and experience hands especially in the Universities, who are professors. At worst he should have made her health minister. But i would have prefered she remained in Nafdac. She should have been rewarded financial, but made to completely finish what she started.
Travel / Re: Nigerians Now Require Visa To Singapore! by Thadude(m): 12:35am On Dec 21, 2008
@A-town, Yes they did kill a 20yr old Nigerian, not because they like killing or because the world conspired against Nigerians, but because he committed a crime that he was warned carried a death penalty but he thought Okija shrine would some how save him or those who sent him gave him a leaf and told him that same leaf would make him disappear at the airport. He was warned when he boarded the flight to Singapore via Singapore arrival card issued on board and via multiple announcement made @ the airport before he approached immigration. Singapore is about the only country in the world where all transit passengers are rescaned and checked even if ur transit is for 5mins.
The best way for you to know what Nigerians are looking for there is for u to visit Singapore yourself, Its as classic as a dream world should be with virtually no crime. I live permanently in USA but havent been to Singapore in the past, if i'm given a residential status in Singapore i wont think twice before accepting it.
Mind u enforced laws make it possible for a country to be governed, Singapore is a country our leaders should emulate if we ever have any, why does Singapore a tiny island attract so much attention and investment??, perfect infastruction and absolute security. We don't have either of the two and our leaders are dumb to seek foreign investment. The only foreigners investors that would come and invest in a risky country like Nigeria are those who intend to reap the system. Those dirty investor who see Nigeria as a soccer field, where they can always be winners e.g using 1million naira bribe to evade tax to the tune of billions. That is why u have so many investors from India, lebanon, Russian, Ukrain, estonia, belarus, china, All these guys are Mafians seekin preys and there isnt any better place for them than Naija, They call themselves investors come to Nigeria and pay between N5,000-N15,000 naira monthly. And the govt can't enforce minimum wages on these so called foreign investors. Where the Americans are closing their factories (Michellin, dunlop is one of such american firms closing) and leaving for lack to electricity and adequate infastructure. What about Canadians, Australians, Germans, Japanese investors, these are people who can invest by putting d population to work and make them proud of their jobs, but they wont come near because' a real investor don't gamble wit his/her money. Only mafians gamble, but they gamble hard, which means they never loose.

Travel / Re: Nigerians Now Require Visa To Singapore! by Thadude(m): 3:04am On Dec 20, 2008
What is wrong if singapore decides to make money from Nigeria through visa processing. Isnt it smart for their leaders to think towards this direction considering the global financial melt-down. What stops Nigerian leaders from diversifying and start making money from Visa processing to citizens of Niger, Ghana, cotonu and all other west African nations who are desperate to come to Nigeria, especially now that prices of crude oil is on the down slide and also considering the fact that those who ferment religious riots in Nigeria are foreigner mostly from Niger and mali. Singapore isnt just a country next door, its a hi-tech country with an admirable standard of living, virtually crime free.
I'm suprise that they ever gave Nigerians visa free entrance, USA and Canada should give Nigeria visa free before Singapore.

I say kudos to the govt of Singapore, They got it right for recalling the visa free travel access.

Properties / Identity By Land. by Thadude(m): 5:13am On Dec 19, 2008
Once upon a time in the African Kingdom, it was the norm of the society for one to mark his identity by owning a land and having a flock of cattle. This was the definition of strength and wealth.
Our great grand parents did it, our grand parents did it, and most of our parents did mark their identities by land.
Why isnt this generation thinking towards the direction of identity by land with the ultimate goal of owning a dream home some day. Or even with the aim of selling in the near future for profit making, which is still the safest investment in Nigeria's fragile economy. I know we all have choice areas preferences where we would prefer to live, and owning a land in those choice areas could be out of reach for the high cost. But what of marking one's identity with owning a piece of land in one's own village, which could probably cost no more than what most of people spend in a week, month or year.

Properties / Re: Flat-mates (as Means Of Reducing Rental Burden) by Thadude(m): 4:53am On Dec 19, 2008
Most people feel it will be difficult to find like minded individuals with like mind goals, cos' that should be the first step, The ideal is actually starting small then expand ur options as one become a big earner.
Ibos are one of the smart group of people in Nigeria who take advantage of it flat/shop mating, most people wonder how Ibos seem to prosper in there business even at a tender age and with tough economic climate, well its because they cut of rental burden in shops by shopmating. In other words 3people some times 4 share a shop. I once withnessed it at alaba International where shops are astronomically expensive. That is why they dont have competitors in the business circle. I think Nigerians should start thinking of it that way start small and grow big. there is no sense in having N350,000 and using N250,000 for rental purpose, even for an employed individual, because an unexpected emergencies could spring up tomorrow requiring urgent amount of money either for health purpose that could otherwise cost the life of a loved one or relative. We should think smart.

@Sisi Jinx, where are u from? why is it so difficult for u to understand that John is busted!, What's ur stand? i'm suprise that ur asking me questions John should be asking, i'm begining to suspect YOU!, don't let me place ur intention on observation, or rather i shouldnt run a relay race with u, are u @ that time of u month shocked?
I have opened ur eye use it and see, don't ask for complicated sense, use common sense, u ignore it because its called common sense but its the most powerful sense we have as humans.

What would u say if i narrow ur location to a region? May be this would send a chill down ur spine.
Autos / Re: Big Scam Please Read About by Thadude(m): 2:13am On Dec 18, 2008
@sisi Jinx,

To start with i'm not seun, simply call me the profiler!, I'm in the forensic field. I enjoy exposing the criminal minds on nairaland, i can't completely explain the joy it gives me, its like "YOU ARE BUSTED" and you see the fraudster enveloped in shame!, i can almost feel him begging saying " please i want to repent give me one more chance"

In anwering ur questions: I have no business/time finding out who is where and who did what. Just like the police wont investigate anyone if that person isnt considered a suspect.
Let me tell u about local time, no matter whatever local time reflects on ur profile. Ur true local time will reflect when u're online.  But i have to be online when u re online before i can do the micro-condria DNA on ur local time, science isnt like a novel so i don't expect you to fully comprehend everything i'm saying.
Alot of countries in Africa and Europe share same local time in Nigeria. Just like when the cops have 10 suspect they have to start narrowing the number of suspects to 2 or 1 that is how u narrow the poster's local time by region.
with regards to general statistics, In the case of John1234 he hasnt contributed or opened any other discussion apart from Auto,  On discovering this i put him on a physiological psychology which is the neural mechanisms of perception and behaviour. In order to comprehend his thinking state. There after i gave him the benefit of the doubt and looked at the general statistics of other nairalanders i observed that they all had interest or have contributed to at least 5 or more discussion on nairaland. even urs(sisi jinx) showed u have interest in or have contributed in 20 different discussions.
But John1234's interest is only 1(auto).

The formular for intention is a little complex because u alway have to do a Physiological psychology after computing.

Intention = Poster's post + Poster's reply on responses X frequently logged in time(this can be found in the G.S)
                                _________________________________________________________________
General statistics X physiological psychology of poster

N.B: John's frequently logged in time into nairaland is 12noon and 10pm

John1234(18th post)
Hey listen, there are no scams, i gave the vin number of one of my trucks 2004 murano.[/sup]I understand that there are alot of shippers on this forum, and they might be pissed off at the fact that i can offer vehicles at a less amount.

I get questoins like who is your agent down here?, what bank is your bank.

I am not stupid, nigerian scams are know around the world.

I am not nigerian, i am a dealer trying to sell some cars.

If you are a dealer as well do not piss on me because my prices are not ridiculous like yours. YOu should be trying to link up to me so you can make money on the cars available.

@Sisi Jinx

I have a formular for detecting where a poster is posting from, Its not only limited to local time, i mostly consider the date the poster registered on Nairaland that gives a broader picture its like forensic computer analysis with lots of unconnected dots, then i start connecting the dot so it makes sense. Keep in mind science dont lie!
Just like u said about local time, a poster could have joined Nairaland in Nigeria and then moved to the UK or USA or somewhere in the world, that is why i use the formular below.

Local time + Date Registered + Last Active% x 1/poster's message /intentions/General statistics on Nairaland

While i keep in mind time differences from all time zones from UK/Europe  + or - 1 to Asia between +6, +12 depending on what part of Asia.
After doing the analysis just like in DNA, then i look for a composite match which can be done by obtaining the poster's IP this is also done via computer forensic, IPs are like phone numbers, it doesnt only tell you the region the poster is messaging from it also triangulates the specific country, e.g can someone call u with a +234 number and tell u he/she is calling from Japan?

I will send John's general statistics on my next reply so everyone can do the maths.

Properties / Flat-mates (as Means Of Reducing Rental Burden) by Thadude(m): 12:51am On Dec 14, 2008
In Nigeria the potential of flat-mate has not been utilized to its full potentials. While Americans and other western countries where rents are paid on weekly or monthly basis exploit it fully to reduce cost for starters, why cant flat-mate be exploited in Nigeria?, owing to security issues and cultural diversity arent there ways we could potentially find like minded individuals to share and apartment and live in peace. Nigerians are use to spending so much on renting an apart without any plan of becoming an apartment owner some day,
Recently a nairalander was making appeal to borrow funds for her apartment, wont she have been better seeking a flat-mate with like minds in goals and achivement?
How can we potentially cut across security concerns and cultural diversities especially for fresh starters (e.g fresh graduates (high sch, Diploma and Uni), new migrants from other states, and business starters.

John too bad for u, u re a dead beat meat. Your only explaination for having Nigeria time runing on ur system would have been that u opened ur nairaland account when you were still in Nigeria. In order to give u the benefit of the doubt i checked the date u registered JOHN1234 account on nairaland and guess what i foundDecember 03, 2008, 03:22:28 PM
If this is true in which case u enter canada 10days ago from Nigeria. 10days ago and u are already a car dealer, lol, u didnt even wait to transfer from ur hotel to a rented apartment.

BIG DISCOVERY ON JOHN.
John was last here at today 12:45pm
As at when i check his local time it was:-
John's Local time: December 13, 2008, 08:55:19 PM
Tha_dude local time: December 13, 2008 , 02:55:46 PM

I live on the east coast (Michigan) of America so we use same time in Canada and my local time was 6hrs behind John's local time.I know Nigeria is 6hrs ahead of east coast time during winter and 5hrs during summer. Guess wht??, it's winter. that explains why he is 6hrs ahead of me.
This means John isnt in Canada he is in Nigeria dam why didnt anyone thinking about checking his local time.
If you also observe his postings no phone numbers or address and yet he expects someone to send him money with one email as his contact.
@John, i warned you if u heard shut ur mouth up initially when ur scam was glaring, your ass wont have been exposed to be as stinking as hell.
Autos / Re: Big Scam Please Read About by Thadude(m): 8:38pm On Dec 13, 2008
190 i must commend your discovery, i agree with u, this John might not be in canada. If he was truly in Canada the winter cold wont not allow his body temperature to over heat especially since all we said made absolute sense, It is only in one other country that over heating occurs, and that is Naija.
You see ur self John, when u for shut ur mouth since u come dey make noise, the more u talk the more information is gathered about you, mumu fit dey nairaland but the smart one's go open their eyes before dem enter ur trap, na "chei e remain small" u go dey yarn.

If i can stumble upon john whenever he is online, i would be able to tell his location via his computer posting IP.

Crime / Re: Missing 2 Yr (caylee Anthony) Found In Wooded Area In Florida by Thadude(m): 8:14pm On Dec 13, 2008
There are two speculative reasons why casey must have killed her daughter
1. She had a scuffle with her mum over her stealing rampage and discovered her parents love was glaring more to her child(caylee) Like the bad mom with a golden 2yr old. She probably did it as a pay back to hurt her mum (Cindy Anthony)
2.Her daughter caylee was complicating her life. While she was the partying type, caylee was a stumbling block to her party mind. Even her boyfriends wont tolerate her bringing the little 2yr around their home.

Crime / Re: Missing 2 Yr (caylee Anthony) Found In Wooded Area In Florida by Thadude(m): 8:05pm On Dec 13, 2008
It hurts me personally to know that anyone could look into the golden eyes of that child and harm her, and to know that her own mother which nature entrusted this child to did it, breaks my heart. Whats particularly disgusting is knowing that her grand parents don't want justice for their grand daughter that are protecting Casey. Nothing would gratify me other than the death penalty, she need to go to the other side of the world and explain to her daughter why she skill her.
The cops also found a duct tape around the child's mouth, which explains that the child died a cruel and heart wrenching death,  chemical pressumed to be pesticide was also found in the bag containing the skeletal remains. They alleged that she use pesticide because' it helps to decompose the body fast. She was so stone walled that her parent had to ride along with her lies, even though deep inside they knew their grand daughter was dead. I m hoping the state of florida would bring back the death penalty they took it out initially because they had no body.
Crime / Missing 2 Yr (caylee Anthony) Found In Wooded Area In Florida by Thadude(m): 12:02am On Dec 13, 2008
Bones of a small child were found by a utility worker near the Anthony's home in florida yesterday. The utility man went to the wooded area to relieve himself when he kicked a bag and found a human skull remains.
The 2yr has been missing since June of O8 and it took the mom 1 month to inform her parent or the police.
The toddler's mom caseey Anthony is present cooling off her butt in jail where she belongs. This is the most heart wrenching story which i have followed with Nancy grace since July.
Does the mom deserve the death penalty
She was alleged to have druged the girl with chloroform over a dispute with her parents and told a bogus story of how she left the child with a nanny that never existed. She also stole money from the 2yr old piggy bank(A small box for collection of coins) and the 2yr old bank account which her grand parents were saving for a future.

Autos / Re: Big Scam Please Read About by Thadude(m): 7:27pm On Dec 12, 2008
What i understand from John's postings.
His introduction was a strategy to draw attention!, but along the line he raised eyebrows.
I see John as someone with probable geniue intention but lacking the capital to execute it. And he complicated issues by boosting himself as a car dealer. As a profiler, such marketing strategy require a customer client relationship and i see none! i can deduce that john took that pic from a dealer where he found the car to be a good sell he doesnt have the money to execute it. Cos' the car is as good as N1.5million fast sale if he could get it to Lagos. But his lack of funds was what made him execute it this way. And for those who want the VIN, you must have observed that he still hasnt posted the VIN that should double raise eyebrows cos the VIN is the easier information you can give an interested buyer apart from pics.
Besides sending money to John shouldnt be an option at all. Cos' since he is not a dealer as he claims, but one who intends to take advantage of the cheap sale. The risk of sending money to John could be found in him changing his mind on the deal or the car been sold off by the original dealer before ur money get to the dealer.
JOHN you have time, If u are in canada, and have legal access to work i would advise you to start today work and save money, even if it take u 2yrs, Nairalanders are here for u, when u have a good visible offer with proof, buyers will rush u and then u can establish a relationship. But if u are known to be an empty sales person by the time ur real offer comes no one will take u serious.
ABOVE ALL I SEE THIS POSTING AS AN EMPTY OFFER WITH NO MEAT.
