Anyway i dont know where that guy got his info from first of all before u board a cargo plane u must go thro' immigration and customs, so that discredit the issue of none requirement of visa or passport. Secondly no plane will lift u for free, thirdly cargo planes basically travel shorter distances and occurs between 2 countries with huge trade interconnectivity. The only cargo plane i can think of for u is the postal cargo planes like DHL, UPS etc and i doubt if they come to Nigeria cos they would require huge volume of customer dispatch packages to make their coming reasonable and even if they do, they risk loosing their license and international reputation if caught uplifting an asylum seek. Another thing u should know is that there is a fine an airline has to pay the receiving country for bringing in a refugee which is up to $30,000USD per head, that is why even after going through immigration and customs in Nigeria Airline officials still carryout a final check on travel documents at the flight gate to save their neck from loosing points and paying such huge fine.

U might not be able to secure a british P right away but u could be considered priviledge and walk ur way through it if u really want it, although it could take sometime, e.g during visa application cos of ur birth place will be put into serious consideration and if u get to the UK and u wanna apply for asylum with a good lawyer, ur birth place could also help. That is no cancelling of transit visa, assuming one is travelling to the caribbean where visas are mostly not required for Nigerian passport or far east Asian countries like Singapore or Macao?, U will still need a transit visa. When the applicants finally comes to the USA, the system can finally disqualify another 8 during the 3yrs-5yrs wait for citizenship due to human error on the part of applicants like commiting a crime, infidelity, etc. Those are numerous traps used in weeding out fake marriage especially those unknown to US spouses. Just some few advise,
Give ur self a year for evidence gathering and another year for immigration protocol. If u rush it you re likely to fail in ur quest, if they find anything wrong in the application. You cant fool them at all so dont think it!. Make sure the lady comes to Nigeria atleast twice if not you will be put on administrative process if they dont find any reason to denial you, administrative process can be from 2 to infiniti yrs. Until u tell them u re no longer interested. Pray that ur names don't clash with names of wanted terrorist or wanted Nigerians who visited and committed crime in the past, dont forget till date most Nigerians apply for international passport with imaginary nigerian names especially drug peddlers and 419 peeps, even govt top official use imaginary names to cover their tracks of financial scam when they leave office cos' of lack of identifiable ID card, an imaginary name to them could be someone else real names. Some people have names similarities that sometimes clash during background check with FBI in the USA although you will be cleared via ur finger print taken at the consulate,  it will take a long time, a 6-8months wait will end up becoming 2yrs wait.
Also note that it is a wait game that require patience and the consular officer knows that too well, that is one of the reasons you cant outsmart them!, love can wait, the process will test ur patience to the max. to see if u understand that.

*what's the sequence of her past marriages if any?, has she ever married a foreigner and file for such person in the past? If she has, they might conclude its a scam, that foreigners are paying her to acquire citizenship via marriage and investigation will take off from there.
*Has she ever been involved in a violent crime including robberies, murder, kidnap or gun runing gangs since she was 18?
* Has she ever been convicted and sent to prison apart from jail for minor offences?
Dont waste ur time if she cant give u a simple straight answer to these questions. Cos' ur file will be summitted without any review and the next time she calls immigration they will tell her ur file is missing, a missing file is a sign of a red flag.
It is also advisable to use a lawyer cos a silly mistakes while filing can send you back to square one!, dont forget its a waiting game based on a turn by turn basis if there is an error in ur filing ur file goes behind and line-up again.

On ur part you will need to privately go for HIV test, it will be a waste of time, money and patience if u dont know ur status now and the worst becomes a revealation during ur interview. I would not advise you to think big with N40,000. Just look around you and you will be able to figure out 1 or 2 business.
1. What kind of neighbourhood do u live in?, how many immediate neighbours do you have?, then nosely find out what kind of phone network service they use and how often they reload their phones!, once u find this out invest just N5,000 for a start on recharge card and inform them immediately. Remember ur primary customers are ur immediate neighbours so even if u find another job it continues.
2. Find out if ur neighbours make use of Kerosene, gas stoves or firewood in cooking. If they make use of Kerosene, go to NNPC station at Ikoyi and purchase a 50 lit. You can also report the fraud on both websites, but!, make sure u have detailed evidence. Justice might take time but it will come if your claim is credible enough. In reporting you have to give ur full details cos' u might be screened before they look into ur case. If you have evidence of emails, chats, fax and phone convo it will help to solidify your case.
