I already did some research but seems she has to Write some sort of exam and these exams are written only in Canada. Quite confusing..

I think it is quite normal that she will write some sort of exams. Even engineers that got PR need to pass their Professional engineering certification in Canada which I heard is quite tedious before they can practice as engineers. It might be the same for your sis where she needs to do some certification to upgrade her kpali once she gets there n has nothing to do with her ability to get PR.

Your educational background would apply in some PNP applications but less for express entry. Looks good to me.

Thanks boss. I have started filling my express entry profile and this issue is d last thing I am trying to figure out. Maybe I am being too careful but I don't want to make a mistake I won't be able to correct in the future...u know these people really hold u to your words.

I would still appreciate any other inputs regarding where or not I can combine two NOCs (18months experience in NOC 2143 [mining] plus 20 months in NOC 4021[language instructor at a university]).

Both r skill Level A. NOC 2143 is primary NOC n aligns with both first degree (Mining) n Msc. Civil engineering.

good day house, I have a question regarding whether my work experience will count as 3 years and above.
1st degree Mining Engineering.
2nd degree Civil engineering.

Work experience
18months as a mining engineer ( I want to use this as primary work experience). NOC 2143. Skill level A.
20 months as a language instructor, NOC 4021. Skill Level A. Kindly not that this job is not related to my education background.

Would I be able to combine these work experiences?
Would it count as over 3 years experience? I have 38months of full time experience.

Do you have the google search console? Find out exactly how long it takes google to index your website. it shouldn't be more than one day. if it is, you might want to buy a plugin that will allow you hide published posts from people, but search engines can still find the post.

I am not that vast in this thing, but your site is young your published content won't even show up on the with a direct search yet. patience and add more articles. Use google console to check when and if your url is indexed.

The blog is about topics that everyday Nigerians can relate to like schools, companies, and people. Yes, there will be some research but it wouldn't be anything technical or something you can't relate to as a Nigerian.

Article length will be around 500 to 600 words, I am flexible with this. I would be able to only pay 1naira per word. I would also draw you a table of content and give you keywords to use. But with time, you might have to draw your own table of contents based on keywords I provided. The right candidates will also have to upload the contents directly to the WordPress blog and would also be provided with a Grammarly account. Why would I spend over N3million buying a 15-20kva sound proof diesel generator which would still cost me about N50-N100k weekly on diesel if I could cough out say N6million and get an efficient solar system with very insignificant running costs?... If solar systems are truly as cost effective and efficient, how come the testimonials of the current users hasn't flooded Nigeria's media space?.... A lot of guys in Nigeria buy cars worth over N5-10million in cash, with this amount, they can kiss NEPA, estimated billing and generator noise/fumes goodbye; but that doesn't seem to be the case. I wouldn't want to believe people are just not aware of the existence of solar technology; there must be another reason why it isn't yet so popular in Nigeria as it should be.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not doubting the beauty of solar technology as an alternative to the frustrating NEPA and generators, I just feel there must be a (possibly hidden sour) reason why it isn't so popular yet.

I think it's just in our head, the "herd mentality." Just the way everyone in Nigeria believes the Toyota is king of cars. Once we are stuck with one thing, we don't want to change. Also it could be because people are scared the thing breaking down and no where to repair, but they never get spoilt. Total pump station at Ikeja is being run on solar n they probably have 12 pumps or so, aside the auto worksho and automated car wash (never seen them use it tho).

I also think it's up to the government too, people abroad usually get a tax "write off" of some kind for going solar. Government even offer financing for it.

I personally feel it's down to reliability. People don't feel they can trust the system, some might just feel it's too good or too easy to be true. But if you have a 5Kva system and your gen, the solar will power the TV and all, and gen can be used at night from say like 3hours cos of AC. You will be surprised that House members won't really bother so much about AC, if they are watching TV. Even you would start seeing lesser need for the AC. So, you can try a hybrid structure. NEPA, Gen and Solar, see how it goes before making the complete switch. All those power sucking OX fan needs to go too. I read somewhere that a Chinese company want to start producing panels in Nigeria, hopefully the generator guys won't frustrate them out of business.
