Wax to protect your car’s paint job :No way around it! Waxing your car is work. But it’s satisfying work that will help keep your car looking new. Car wax preserves paint by slowing oxidation and forming a barrier against bird droppings, sap, and pollution. Plus driving a nice shiny car is just plain fun.

I have to agree. Bird droppings disfigure car paint.
I've experienced this.

The agbowa imota road is very bad. If you are playing that bad road you will be scared of kidnappers because you won't be able to drive at high speed. The surrounding bushes, birds chirping is clear indication that you are on your own
Yes.
So rough that police don't even bother to stay there anymore.

It's best to take the newly constructed Ikorodu-Epe road, after Imota. This should take you to the Sagamu-Benin expressway and you can head to your desired destination from there.

Nice one OP.
Quite insightful.

One question is, how can one physically tell the difference between MDF and HDF when looking at a particular board?
So we don't get we short-changed by our furniture makers.

Tracking stops once the package has arrived Nigeria. It can take up to a month for the package to arrive at your local post office since it is classified as a small packet and unregistered.
Thanks aieromon for your advice.

One of the two packages has arrived. I picked it up. It had my name but with a different tracking number. I still wonder why. Probably the reason for the wrongly updated tracking info.
Nevertheless, it contained the correct items.

Thanks again.

Good morning @radautoworks, my Toyota Corolla bank type's (2005 model) radiator is consuming too much water and I don't know where the water is going. Please help a brother.
Three things come to mind here, I guess.

1. Possibly a blown head gasket.

2. Possibly a faulty radiator cap.

3. Possible leak in the coolant reservoir hose or coolant reservoir cap.

Nothing. He had been getting sloppy and had a few warnings prior. Things like breaking clips when taking skid plates or engine covers off and not saying anything when we had some, not cleaning up after himself... I think he got comfortable because we have been paying all of them all through the crisis whether they worked or not. It was the straw that broke the camel's back. Such a shame because he's talented.
Good you let him go.

It just had to be done.

They are same thing, I think.

They use same office. At least that's the situation in my area. Same post office having both EMS and NIPOST signboards at the entrance.

Baba, It's not about what the boy said.
It's about how happy my engine feels when I step on the throttle pedal.
It's about how clear my instrument cluster stays (no Christmas lights) regardless of mileage.

It's really not about what one boy said.
It's actually about the overall customer satisfaction garnered over the years.

Thanks all.

Package has been retrieved and received. This was 2 days ago.
Many thanks to you all here for the responses and guidance.
Many thanks to all those within, and those outside, of NIPOST who made efforts to resolve this.

Compliments of the season.

NB :- Here's something I found out, which should be of help.
In every post office, there is a Supervisor and also a Counter Manager.
If you ever have any issues which the counter official cannot resolve, ask to see the Counter Manager and/or the Supervisor.
If you still do not get any resolution, then you may need to see the DM (district manager) who will either be in that particular post office or in one close to that.

This way, you won't be left stranded.

Business(RESOLVED) NIPOST Again - Missing Parcel (RESOLVED) by ThatErha(op):
Dear all,

I need some help and advice.
I have been expecting a parcel from China. Tracking it, I saw that it arrived Nigeria on 6 December 2018. It arrived the post office (Italewa, Ikorodu) on 7 December. I also got an sms from the post office on Monday 10 December saying that my parcel was ready for pick-up.

I visited the post office the next day 11 December. Lo and behold, the parcel could not be found; even after a supposed "two-hour search". It was confirmed that the parcel got to the post office though. Since then I have visited the post office regularly, all to no avail. Today, I was told that they have searched everywhere and they can't find it and they don't know what to do.

I also do not know what to do right now. I may need to involve the 'popo'.
I would like to get this looked into before the item becomes irretrievable.

Please, I will appreciate help and advice from anyone and everyone right now.
Thanks.

NIPOST! NIPOST!! (This has become irritating).
This nonsense has to stop.

cc .. MODs , Lalasticlala, Seun ..... Please help push this up front.

GAZZUZZ:
lets round-up the rebuild.

About selling the vehicle, that would be an expensive sale for now, cost of vehicle and repairs has crossed the 3m mark, so I doubt any one would be interested and i am not ready to sell at a loss.‎

Watch out for the next rebuild I will be doing, this time I will invite you guys to vote on the car to be restored out of several options, will try to make it more interactive.

You can decide on colours, and modifications to be made.‎

Will be taking my first trip out of lagos with the accord next week and I will grant a select few here on NL access to my dash cam remotely. They can view screen shots of the trip and watch videos too.

Its been fun all the way, thanks for following and God Bless.

Gazzuzz

It may sound strange, but you may actually find someone who values all that pimping and smart-work, loves the car and is willing to pay.

Never say never.
