Phones › Re: Why Buying An Andriod Tablet Or An Ipad Is Just A Waste Of Money! by TheAlchemist: 12:42pm On Oct 04, 2014
olojuede01:
Because you dont use a tablet for anything beyond making calls does not mean it is useless. For instance my asus tablet does not include a sim. Only wifi... I use it majorly for reading and mobile work. Besides, its more handy than a laptop but with a bigger screen than most phones. It is also cool for watching movies and surfing the web.
yep i own an asus transformer netbook t100 simply amazing, when i want to feel like an ipad owner i simply undock the screen from the keyboard and it becomes a tablet, when i want to use it a netbook simply dock the screen to the keyboard... anybody wanting value for money should get this netbook.

I hope APC can present a credible candidate for the 2015 election other than buhari or else its 4 more years of GEJ!.
P.S. Although i voted for Buhari in 2011, there is no chance he will get my vote in 2015, if he emerges APC candidate.
But wait a minute do our votes reallly count? Please adivce Buhari to bow out... i will gladly support a candidate nominated by Buhari, nobody has monopoly of wisdom!

Education › Re: Oyedepo Defends Fees Charged By Private Universities by TheAlchemist: 6:59pm On Sep 21, 2014
Please can anyone tell me which of the pentecostal churches in Nigeria has provided recreation parks for the public. I doubt you will find any pentecostal church getting involved in such venture, since there is no money to be made. They will rather invest in daycare centre, nurery and primary/secondary school or similar money making schemes, Church should be about giving, the tuition fee being charged in their various universities to be honest is rather on the high side. May God Almighty help the ordinary Nigerian who is not invovled "in ordinary stealing", How will he be able to send his chidren to such private universities?

Business › Re: $10bn Chevron Escravos GTL Produces First Liquids by TheAlchemist: 5:17pm On Aug 27, 2014
PassingShot: "The Escravos GTL project had been severally delayed and capital expenditure on it is approaching $10 billion, according to Chevron.

This compares with the $1.2 billion that was spent on the 34,000 bpd Oryx GTL in Qatar, a similar project in terms of technology and capacity, which was inaugurated in 2006".

It is in GEJ voice not inflation, but ordinary stealing
Please let someone explain what this means.

A typo or what? Inflation or "stealing"?

Anyway, congrats that we're finally getting there.
