Summary: we used future crude oil to borrow and have to keep paying those we owe so Dangote should look elsewhere. That means extra cost of importing crude into Dangote refinery after building pipelines. Dangote must be almost regretting working Nigerian govt.

It would be highly foolish for Dangote not to have thought of such a scenario, even if world war 3 breaks out, Dangote would have factored how to keep the refinery working.
