If they're the one, majority of them don't live in Nigeria. They live in Dubai, US, London, Monaco and some offshore islands. It's only when they're coming for plenary at the National Assembly or their state to collect money they come to inspect these properties. Majority don't live there. They live outside Nigeria. The dancing was videoed in early March. They were sacked around March 10th. And in 1.5 month, they already have gotten passports, admission, gotten visa and relocated to Cyprus?
This doesn’t add up at all.
Not to mention, their photos with them clearly pursuing this materialistic craze and posing beside luxury vehicles they don’t own is NOT something you expect to see from people sponsored by a Pastor.

DrStrangelove: That's great bro!
That's a lil bit more than a year from now.
If ur okay with that, just sit back and relax.
My prayer is for u to be granted visa after the long wait. The interview itself is just about 2-3mins except ur interviewed by a meticulous VO who will keep u waiting for about 7mins asking all sorts of different questions.
To me, and if u can, if u have or don't have travel history, pls build on travelling to other places while u wait. This will show to the VO that ur not hellbent on the US because they will be asking in their head that why the US, that whatever it is u need to go for in the US is probably obtainable elsewhere. If u have the right answers, ur good. Though this is not a silver bullet, it helps to defreeze their thinking and help u build a starting talking point with the VO. These long appointment dates are sort of there for a reason coz before u could book an appointment in a matter of 2weeks even sometimes or 4weeks at most. I don't think it's an issue of shortage or personnel or backlogs.
My 2 cents
Goodluck It all started with covid .Personally shortage and backlogs .Most appointments in 2020 were canceled. Many are just having theirs this year. They have backlogs of about two years and they aren't even working at full capacity due to covid |

etibaba: Tuchel is speaking like a clown, Alonso clearly handled the ball, and scored, if he had passed to someone else that's a different case, but you can't literally use your hand to gain an advantage then score from that advantage and expect VAR not to act, decisions like this is one of the reason why VAR was introduced. He isn't talking about the fact his second goal came from a non-existent corner kick. Don't mind him, too boastful. See him saying they deserved to go through. How? You lost and you are saying you deserved to go through. The team who won the match deserved to go through. Period. He will not talk about the undue advantage they had , but he is complaining about something else. I remember at the start of t he season he was saying they are ready to compete with city and Liverpool, I wonder where they are now.And after they dropped off; he was now saying it's because James and Alonso were injured that's why Liv and City took advantage. Nonsense let him take several seats |

fkj950ax: What has he been doing for the past 3 months to sustain his continued stay in the US? Has he been working, or he has so much money he has spent 3 months in the US and has not returned to his home base to get back to work or run his business? Has he been staying at hotel for 90 days? Or he has accommodation arrangements somewhere?
What did he tell the VO at his interview WRT length of stay?
He probably was stamped in for 6 months at PoE, so he hasn't broken any law right now, but he will have difficulty at the next interview or even a repeat PoE on the same visa.
Now the flip side to all of this is that it is not against the US law to visit the US on a B visa and find love, get married and adjust status. The issue is people abuse the B visa in other to pursue marriage, which is different from what was said at the interview in getting the B visa.
This is the misrepresentation at visa interview. This is why there is an assumption of immigration intent you are supposed to dispel. He dispelled that which he is now doing.
All of this will be nitpicked at his green card interview after his married, and God help a stokes interview is triggered down the line.
If he satisfy the questions at the interview, then he's fine.
Has he broken any law yet? No Can he find love and get married? Yes Is 3 months overstay? If he was stamped 6 months at PoE, then No.
But these questions and the answers will be judged by what he filled in his DS160 and what he said at the interview, and USCIS may deny his green card application as marriage for green card and he ends up in immigration court with no EAD while the case is adjudicated. If not denied. He will get 2 years, then 10 years green card and be eligible for US citizenship.
Can he get married, come back home and she sponsors a spousal visa? Yes. It may take a while for it to come through, which people avoid, by staying back. People adjust status all the time.If he is single and the woman is single they can get married, and as long as the marriage is bonafide,he ll get his green card.Thats all the UScis wanna confirm. You can fall in love after 90 days and get married;but not before 90 days |

Show us proof! Show him in the prison! That guy needs to be kept where he kept others like him make dem lynch am. Or possibly tear tear en yansh. Pastard! I just hope he isn't cooling off in a luxurious apartment, and they are calling it prison.
If possible, the Nigerian police should be disbanded. We can opt to hire the Ghanaian police as replacements because there is no difference between the NPF and hardened armed robbers!
- They carry rifles and steal from all motorists on the highway. - They kill without recourse to. - They are poorly trained. - They lack manners of approach...of course, they don't know the law. - they steal from anyone they can take advantage of! - they do every other sorts of atrocities!
Nigeria and ingredients. I think the police had an agreement with Ndlea that he won't be paraded in cuffs etc.Now what sort of nonsensical arrangement is that?Well Nigeria is an unserious country anyway |

People who benefited money from all his projects as minister are more than those in works ministry sef
So many bread winners working in railway, building, maintaining etc
No be like tinubu kind of government that takes more from masses and give a few recurring loyalists doing his dirty job
Nigeria go enjoy amaechi government pass even atiku because that one believe in tinubu philosophy of government for his crew So from a speaker of a state house of Assemble Amaechi can rise to the presidency of Nigeria.Itw just amazing. What a meteoric rise.To even think that the court had to bail him out and he just became the governor through Supreme Court judgment despite not participating in the election? sharpman1: A lot of people talking here don't even understand the situation. They think people running from Nigeria are poor or struggling.
I met someone in Houston that left Shell in Nigeria to relocate about 4 or 5 years ago.
My last salary in Nigeria was over 10m per annum (which was/is small in my opinion) in 2018 and I still relocated in 2019. I was an accountant in Nigeria and I got a job in a mid-size public accounting firm the same month I got my work authorization. At exactly 2 years, I moved to a big4 firm. The same big4 in Nigeria refused to employ me because of age or class of degree.
I am currently paying cash for a master's program that will end this year. My program cost over $27,000 but I am allowed to pay per semester based on the number of credits I register for. No way I would have been able to afford $27,000 for school fees if I remained in Nigeria. The value of my retirement savings account in one year alone is more than my over 10 years pension fund account in Nigeria. One of the companies I worked for still owes me over 1 million Naira pension deductions not remitted to my PFA. So many other things that have happened that I won't want to disclose here so as not to give away my identity.
I will always advise anyone. LEAVE if you have the opportunity to relocate legally. Staying in Nigeria was a waste of time for me. If I had come earlier.....I can imagine what I would have achieved. Even with the fact that she'll is a big oil company and they pay millions which most Nigerians don't earn people still leave .The last time I was traveling, I met a guy from Nigeria who shuttles between Us and Nigetia to see his family. It's a two way thing. Some move with their families and some stay back and send their families abroad while visiting them every two or three months when their off if they feel their job is too lucrative to leave. But then , nothing is guaranteed in Nigeria especially with the volatile security situation now |
