Fellow NL, what do you think about this development?
CelebritiesHas Jim Iyke Broken Nadia Buari’s Heart? by TheGeneral1(op): 7:05pm On Jun 26, 2013
Ghanaian award-winning actress,
Nadia Buari, seems to have lost her
friendship or relationship with
someone close to her.

Although she did not mention any
names in the latest series of messages
which she tweeted a few hours ago,
many are suspecting it could have
something to do with her relationship
with Nollywood 'bad boy' Jim Iyke.
The Beyonce and the Nigerian star
both confirmed their affection for
each other on twitter recently,
following months of rumours.
Jim Iyke who uses the twitter handle
@jimiykeofficial tweeted, “She calls me
Skittles. I named her Space. D gift of
laughter, companionship n trust is
incomparable. BFF. Love is a f***ing
beautiful thang!”
Nadia also tweeted, “There comes a
point in ur life wen u realise who
really matters, who never did and who
always will.~I named him Skittles, he
calls me Space.”

But in a series of tweets today,
Sunday, Nadia seems to be tired of
being lied to. She earlier tweeted
Never push a loyal person to the point
where they no longer give a s***!
Smdh!

This was followed by If its important
to u, u'll find a way, if not, u'll find an
excuse!

And then...Hurt me with the truth, but
never comfort me with a lie. #Adios
Her latest tweet, hours after the last,
was "Whatever I am today, I have
been named already!"

Obviously, Nadia Buari is unhappy
about someone, but who could it be?
There were rumours of her
involvement with several celebrity
male figures such as Real Madrid’s
Michael Essien, Olympique Marseille's,
Dede Ayew, Koko Master, D’Banj and
DR Congo’s Fally Ipupa.

In January 2011, it was again
rumoured that the sexy actress was
engaged to DR Congo’s Fally Ipupa
after her split from Michael Essien. It
was also reported that she was
spotted wearing an engagement ring at
a ceremony in Accra.

Although she didn’t exactly say who
gave the ring to her when questioned
by the press, speculations were rife
that it was given by a Nigerian
businessman who sources say was her
new boyfriend as a sign of his
seriousness to settle down with her.
Jim Iyke, who also broke up with her
Jamaican girlfriend not too long ago,
has been hanging out with Nadia Buari
in Ghana recently, with reports
suggesting that the Nigerian could
have relocated to Accra.
Checks on Jim Iyke's twitter page
showed no comment or reaction to
Nadia's tweets.

PoliticsRe: Hezbollah Terror Cell Uncovered In Kano by TheGeneral1(m): 11:31pm On May 31, 2013
Onyocha: [b]

may God Almighty deliver Nigeria from the clutches of Israel and the US during this Jonathan (niger delta) administration.

last it was Iranian made weapons bought by gambia that Israel plotted to get ceased in Lagos, and the Iranians were arrested.

now Lebanese businessmen who are Shia Muslims and have nothing to do with salafist (shia hating) boko haram (a Wahhabi alqaeda affiliate) are now arrested and framed for "ties" with boko haram.as for "ties" with Hezbollah, what does "ties" mean? Hezbollah isn't depending on the money of businessmen to organize itself.hezbollah gets Iranian funds in hundreds of millions of dollars, and Syrian government support.

moreover, this would be a case of hypocrisy to the maximum.just last month when the Lebanese president,Michel Suleiman, visited Nigeria, the Lebanese agriculture minister Hussein Haj Hassan (a member of Hezbollah),accompanied him.he was one of the accompany members of the president's entourage.why didn't Nigeria arrest him? since when is Hezbollah a "terrorist organization" in the eyes of Nigeria? even the European union has so far refrained from designating Hezbollah as a "terrorist organization",and European officials often hold meetings with Hezbollah officials.german intelligence officials conduct prisoner exchanges between Hezbollah and Israel.hezbollah has MPs in the Lebanese parliament and ministers in the government, and represents the Shia Muslim community, which is the largest single religious community in Lebanon making over 40% of the total population.

as usual in Israel designed plots, the stories are either not consistent or contradictory.there is an attempt to link Shia Lebanese to Salafist/Wahhabi Boko haram.(note the west is supporting Wahhabi/salafist terrorists in Syria).and there is an attempt to link them for "ties" with Hezbollah "plotting" against Israeli and western targets.which claim are we going to believe? and the most sad, annoying and ignorant part is when Nigerian officials dramatize when the word "Hezbollah" is mentioned, without regarding the above stated facts.

Israel and the US should stop taking Nigeria as a field to execute their plots against their own enemies because our president is not a hausa man;a hausa man as president is known for being tough against western dictates .in Nigeria we live peacefully and embrace all foreigners and treat all strangers kindly.

Foreign AffairsRe: Israel Warns Russia Against Giving Syria Missiles (wat A Comedy) by TheGeneral1(m): 6:26am On May 30, 2013
mojounited: The S-300 is a surface-to-air anti-aircraft and anti-cruise missile system...which cannot be used like a ballistic or guided missile (like Iskander or Patriot) against Israel. So what is Israel fuming about? Simply keep off Syrian airspace and the S-300 missiles won't be deployed. Israel threaten Russia? Lolz, even mighty USA don't wanna risk it cheesy #300 Nuclear missiles with a couple of F15s/16s/F18 Hornet of Isreali military (Mouse) AGAINST 3000+ Nuclear missiles with loads of Sukhoi Su 27s/30s/33s/37s/pak-T50/MIGs of Russian military(Big Cat). Good luck to that Israel.

PS - Israeli military power is mostly/majorly dependent on its aerial capabilities and the S-300 will deter them from invading/raping Syrian airspace - that's why they're ranting. #When USA and NATO arm militants/terrorists in Syria no one complains but when Russia arms a legitimate government of Syria then all hell breaks loose... #yimu

Nuzo':
I had always dismissed the BBA as a waste of time until I made out time to see BBA7 (Stargame).

The show gives you the opportunity to see life from different perspectives. Different opinions, actions and reactions. I was shocked!

Its just a reflection of our everyday lives. Betrayals, backbitting, lies, false accusation, pretentious lives, high temperament.

BBA made me realize that people are diffent and will always understand things differently. I also got to understand that some smilly all is well people we see everyday can be very sad people when they resign to their various homes.

And as for the culture thing, what exactly do they do in BBA that we Africans don't do in our various homes? Alcohol, promiscuity, sex, lies, dance etc?

Honestly, I find BBA more educating than entertaining! shocked

IslamRe: Why Are Muslim Women Mistreated So Much? by TheGeneral1(m): 12:11am On May 25, 2013
wazobia_for_u: I don't actually know what you mean by mistreated and the level of your survey, anyway for the little I know about Islam, Islam never teaches maltreatment of women but rather encourage caring for them, there is part of sharia law that said a woman should not be standing while all men are seated, if its only one seat available then the woman should sit.

Base on the equality between men and women , I think is natural thing and does not peculiar To one religion , both Bible and Quran shows that there is differences among the two ,

Don't generalize every bad deed that someone did to all other members of that religion

Lagusta: abeg lets face facts....

The only thing a BB can do is just PINGING!!! And that has been taken over by whatsapp...

A droid can play HD games, serve as a wireless hotspot, superfast downloads, over 600,000 free apps....

I know some BB fans will say bold5,6 and curve7 can also serve as a wireless hotspot, but i heard you need credit to do that, apart from the BIS subscription, but with a droid, its FREEEEEEEE!!!!!

Why buy a 100K Z10 when you can buy an infinix or tecno for 12-15K, with better value for money!!!
pls explain urself oo! hw can u use hotspot without paying?
