Abatsam111: Last Updated: 13/12/2015. 07:16am Recently there have been a lot of competition and upgrades amongst these networks in both data plans and call tariff plans. First on tariff was Etisalat with Eti easy life 4.0. Then mtn seeing the plan as a threat quickly followed suite. With all this changes, i think its time you stop making calls at exorbitant rates that even my billionaire grand pa will object to lols. I Decided to write this after realising MTN zone plan now selects sims to call which is almost as good as blocked. As at the time of writing this post, below are the cheapest Tariff plans from the four most used networks here in Nigeria. So you can compare and pick out the one which suites your daily budget, business or call habit/pattern.
Cheapest Tariff On Etisalat For Etisalat, the cheapest tariff plan is no other than the newly launched Etisalat Easylife 4.0 package. which comprises of:
==>Calls at 11k/Sec to all network in Nigeria. ==>Calls at 20k/sec to 4 international destinations (UK landlines, US, China, India). ==>₦5 daily access fee which will be deducted once you make your 1st voice call of the day. ==>With this, a minute call will amount to N6.6 only. Subscription Code? Dial *420*1#. After which you dial *244*3# to Confirm/check it.
Update: Mtn has done their worse and increased Truetalk+ call rates to 20k/s so its currently no where near the cheapest call plan. As for MTN, the new MTN Truetalk+ is your best bet. Its an upgrade of the previous MTN Truetalk plan. The plan offers: ==>Calls to all network in Nigeria at 11 kobo per second and 20kobo per secs to UK, USA, India, Canada and China with a daily access fee of N5 once you make your first call of the day. ==>With this, a minute call will amount to N6.6 only.
How To Subscribe To TrueTalk+? ==>dial *123*20#
Cheapest Tariff Plan On Airtel On Airtel, just give it up for the new Airtel SmartTalk plan which more or less offers same rate with Eti easylife 4.0 above. Details include: ==>Calls to all networks in Nigeria at 11 kobo per second (from the very 1st second) with a daily access fee of ₦5 charged once you make your first call of the day. ==>International calls at 20k per second to USA, Canada, China, India and UK Landline. ==>With this, a minute call will amount to N6.6 only.
How To Subscribe To SmartTALK? Just Dial *315# to migrate or send Yes via text to 315
Cheapest Tariff Plan On Glo
After reviewing all the tariff plan by glo, the cheapest still remains Glo Gbam Plus. All with similar call tariff plan of 11K/sec to all networks after a daily access fee of N5. Glo Gbam + (Plus)is Glo latest and cheapest call tariff plan that offers all prepaid Glo subscribers the ability to make calls to all networks at 11K/sec after a daily access fee of N5. And you should note that the N5 is deducted only on days you make chargeable call, therefore you will not be charged the N5 daily access on days that you do not make any call. With the Glo Gbam + (Plus) you can also call 5 international destinations of US, UK, China, India and Canada at a flat rate of 20k/sec and local and international SMS rates are charged at N4 and N10 respectively.
To migrate to Glo Gbam Plus, simply dial *100*6*1# with your Glo line and start enjoying the amazing call rates of 11K/sec to all networks. You should also note that this is quite different from your normal Glo Gbam where you get 5mb daily and N5 daily access is deducted daily with or without you making call. Now with the new Gbam Plus plan, you no longer get the daily 5mb.
Now I believe this is the time where you now make call without minding the network that you are calling and without constantly checking your account balance after every call because it is really getting cheaper by the day.
Thanks for viewing this. Please click the SHARE button. It is necessary, after you have dialed the globam plus code to also dial *200#. It gives you 200 percent increase in your airtime whenever you recharge |

arresa: The best thing this government can do in terms of roads and highways is to institute Gas/petrol tax at the pumps. This is where the money for roads and highways should be coming from instead of squeezing meager funds from the yearly budget to fund roads and bridges.
Petrol tax = Billions/Day which means endless funds to build roads, bridges, highways and even rail system. This frees up money in the budget for other budgetary needs.
Hopefully we'll get there someday... There is already one.. Ask them.. Something like one naira or so |

Very naive... You don't stand for anything but your stomach. Would there be APC today if Tinubu 'moved on'? Shallow mind always looking at quick returns mannobi: Ugo Chikieze wrote :
THE BAYELSA ELECTION, A LESSON FOR THE IGBOS: I have been following events in the Bayelsa state since Saturday and I think it's high time we Igbos woke up and learn our lessons. What is happening in Bayelsa state shows that the Bayelsans have moved on. They are no longer tied to the apron of PDP and GEJ. That state is one of the smallest states in the country and it's the home state of the former president (GEJ), yet the result of the election held since Saturday have not been announced officially till now. I thought the PDP would have swept off the whole votes just like they did during the presidential election, but to my amazement the APC is also gathering considerable votes there. I know PDP may eventually emerge winner in the election, but my point is that we Igbos should wake up and stop crying more than the bereaved cos even the bereaved have moved on. Other regions have moved on and have even started integrating themselves into this PMB administration to ensure they remain relevant and not schemed out if things, while some of my people are still holding themselves down and throwing hate speeches here and there. Other region are already preparing for 2019, some are already gearing up for 2023, while my people have failed to arise and shake off GEJ and his failed administration. By 2019 now, we will begin to run helter-skelter and start last minute preparation and when we loose again, we will say we are hated by others but we forget that we are the ones holding ourselves down now that others are already preparing ahead. The Igbos have enjoyed more "juicy" appointments in the past 16 years of this democratic dispensation, yet none of the appointees or elected officials performed exceptional well for us to present him/her as presidential candidate. But look at the likes of Fashola, Fayemi, Kwakwanso, El Rufai, etc they are all potential presidential candidates going forward cos their achievements speak for them. Tell me the achievements of. Orji Uzor Kalu, T.A Orji, Sam Egwu, Chimaroke Nnamani, Mbadinuju, etc.... none of them made a mark in their various states, yet we leave them and keep pointing fingers to other regions and saying they are our problem. I advise we wake up and begin to align ourselves strategically with other region now cos we can never produce a president in this country if we continue like this. While some misguided elements are busy shouting Biafra, and claiming that South south is part of their Biafra, the southsouth have denounced the whole Biafra thing publicly and I understand that just last weekend, Nyesom Wike of River State, named a stadium in River State after Yakubu Gowon. Does that not tell you something ? The golden rule says 'DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WILL LIKE THEM TO DO UNTO YOU'..... Love begat love, hate begat hate. Don't expect love from others when you give them hatred, don't expect them to vote for your candidate when you keep calling them animals that live in the zoo. "Give and it shall be given unto you" whatever you give to others is what they will give back to you GOOD MEASURES, PRESSED DOWN, SHAKING TOGETHER AND RUNNING OVER. He who has ears let him hear, Wisdom is profitable to direct.... I rest my case... |

dotune: Well I'm not saying Buhari has done anything right...but I'm saying it is wrong to blame him for inheriting a crumbling economy. Nigeria is not the only OPEC experiencing this crisis. But we expect some cushioning against this fall. Maybe that's why he has summoned an emergency FEC meeting. And traveling abroad, if it's not important for the progress of this country, I don't think he will attend. Nigeria has suffered an international relationship with some of the countries that can help us, one of the things he is doing is to repair this relationship, hence the China commitment to complete the abandoned power project. The country is very broke. He will be a crazy fellow to squander the little resources left at this time, I'd like to think that way until I'm proven wrong sir. Obama inherited an economy in recession and with multiple wars... He set out with policies like bail out for big corporations.... One indicator that the government is bereft of ideas is the zero based budgeting they are proposing, for next year. In a country where we live in mutual suspicion, that zero thing is a recipe for cataclysmic political upheaval... Allocations and earmarks allows us all to know if we are being fairly treated not not.... They have not worked out anything hence the resort to zero budgeting that just grant them access to lump sum without specifics that they will decide, going forward. The best way to attract respect and investment is by rolling up your sleeves and leading not by running after foreigners... Obj did that, Goodluck did that before he returned to implement the policies in the auto industry, oil, energy and the rest... When he meets with outsider what exactly does he discuss with them in any sector... What does he tell them he is doing in documented form? Why has he not endorsed those policies of the last administration that meets the needs of Nigeria and investors, for a starter? APC is not ready for governance. |

And yet you people read in the article where it says the reserves have been falling since June 2014, the 15th year of PDP as a ruling party? What were they doing when we were selling crude at $150 per barrel. And most of you are youths, no wonder many of Nigerian youths are unemployable. We can't even explain to a foreigner what's responsible for our economy crisis. And why has Buhari not arrested the fall? Apart from the supplementary budget to pay subsidy what else has he been doing with money as to cause a continuous decline in our reserve? I am sure we make enough money to pay for his transportation around the world and that need not come from our reserve. |
