He didn’t overestimate his army - he underestimated how much of a cannon fodder Ukrainians were willing to be in a NATO geopolitical war. He has since changed tactics to carving up Ukraine. And he’s doing well thus far with 3 cities taken and one under siege. Only 3 cities and Kyiv are left for him to fully carve up the country.

This isn’t Iraq and Afghanistan - it’s the biggest conventional war since WW2.

And the propaganda about dead commanders are mostly lies. There’s no proof that they’re killed apart from one. And the Chechen one they claimed was killed is alive and still on the frontline fighting in Kyiv.

You need to take all these fog of war claims with a pinch of salt - people will get the true picture when the war is over. The only thing that can be confirmed now is who controls what and which areas are controlled by the opposing sides.

Me, I am not for arguing anything about this crisis... All I know is that this is a minimum 5 years wars.... America wants to seize another 132 billion dollars of Russia money

While I don't support Putin's invasion, i would also want to mention here that the Ukrainian army are no match for the Russian army. However, Putin made some fundamental errors in his calculation.
1. You don't invade a country using tanks especially during the winter. If you must bring in tanks at all do that when you have decimated the enemy using airstrikes. Tanks are the most vulnerable war equipment although they are big.

2. He overestimated what he has in his reserves. He had substantial monies in reserves but they were mostly in foreign banks in UK, Switzerland and Japan. All these funds were quickly confiscated because of the sanctions leaving him with limited resources to fund the war.

3. He also didn't understand this kind of war. It is difficult to invade a country and win the war and occupy someone else's country. Russia tried to invade Afghanistan decades ago and it failed. Georgia was very recent with same results. It is always counter productive.

Putin over estimated his army and under estimated the resolve of Ukraine and most importantly he never thought NATO, EU and the US would respond the way they did


These guy are prepared to ground the world economy than allow Russia remain the same after this crisis.. They are meeting to discuss further sanction and relationship with russia and her oil going forward

BACKGROUND
So I have been subscribing DSTV since 2015 and gradually up graded to compact plus with xtra view which cost me a total of 14,900 monthly

I was particularly impressed with DSTV rewind and pause feature on explora and the information icon for programs being aired

However, I was getting worried with the consistent increase in price of the bouquet i was on and the diminished satisfaction derived from their services

Like many of us, we would grumble about tariff hike and still go and queue up to pay for the next month subscription

So one day, I just vex cut chain and stopped my dstv subscription and went to buy TSTV

MY TSTV EXPERIENCE
I got my TSTV decode , remote control and dish for 18k since January and started enjoying their services

They have over 100 channels which covers
Very recent movies, both local and international showing recent movies, lovely music channels, many lovely educative children channels include Tom and Jerry channel ( for those young at heart), religious channels, soap opera channels , sport channels and several others

Once u put on the decoder, u just wait for a few seconds and it's on unlike dstv that u have to wait for long

I am not very keen on football so I don't watch much of foot ball but I was told free sport channel shows live football.

DSTV has the edge with sports channels showing uefa champions football and likes
But so far so good I am enjoying TSTV

Since I subscribed in January , I have not paid shi shi since. I had to call the customer care to ask what's up. Them say no problem, make I just dey enjoy they go

PROS of TSTV
Some channels cost one naira or two naira a day while some are free

You can choose the channels you want and pay for that but if u want everything they are offering its not more than 4k

Once u pay 18k, u get the decoder, dish and remote and the channels for a least a month, however ,since I have been enjoying it for 3 months free of charge

If you are travelling, you can pause ur subscription by informing the customer care


Some of the channels are High definition

According to them, you can get their channels in any part of the country. However I do not know if they have accredited dealers in all part of the country.
