How come Obiano didn't use the international airport to travel/run away? He has to come to Lagos to run away, before he was caught, maybe if he has use the audio internationally airport, he would have run away successfully.

It won't be as simple as you put it. The war in Ukraine is capable of leading to a much bigger war in Europe and by extension the entire world if something is not done to stop it now. The erroneous permutation on the basis of seized assets of influential Russians and the foreign reserve of the country won't matter any longer when nuclear warheads begin to fly around ! Ukraine presently is in ruins;cities like Mariupol,Irpin etc are no longer recognisable ! A lot of Ukrainians have lost their lives and many more have been displaced. Why should anyone keep encouraging Ukrainians to fight on when it is certain that will only bring more deaths and destructions to them ?

By the time Mr Zekensky realises what's up,he won't have a country to preside over ! Some parts of Ukraine are already gone forever. The real enemies of Ukrainians are those wicked people all over who keep urging Zelensky to fight on in spite of the overwhelming odds against him ! NATO/US will NEVER attack a nuclear armed Russia. I didn’t read it in history books, I heard it live during the prelude to Iraq war. George Bush was bragging about few days and stated that he would invade Iraq even if other western allies refused to join him. I could still remember all these. Other western country were not sure but they relied on the lies from U.K. and US to join the war. And Ukraine was part of this war party. So am not surprised they are getting their own punishment too. America used UAE, Kuwait and other neighbouring countries to launch attacks. So no excuse in that.

What does a law made by legislature called?

Can you simply define the function of executive, legislature and judiciary in a democratic republic?

Interpretation of law only compelled judicial to follow what is in the constitution (law of the land) made by representatives of people in delivering a judgement.

The only people with power to make or nullified a law after it has been assented to by executive/president are law makers or through plebiscite.
