I strongly advise you to register for the TOEFL through the official means or you receive chargebacks like what is happening to the GRE people. Remember, it is the same ETS. For now, steer clear of any subsidized payment agents/agencies. To be forewarned is to be forearmed!

Guys lets do the right thing please, whenever you got a refund through dispute claims and then later received the item should try and contact the seller and arrange a way to pay him back.
It once happend to me and he gave me link to an empty product per say to pay back.
Its just morally right than to claim both the product and the money.

I remember sometime in 2017 I bought a pair od sneakers from ASOS. I waited and waited, shoes didn't come. I emailed them, they issued me a refund.

4 months later, I went to the post office in Benin to pick up another item, unregistered, the woman recognized my name and told me there is a package that has been here with same name, but the phone number wasn't complete so they couldn't reach out to me.

She brought it out, all dusty and stuff, I checked it was the sneakers. I emailed ASOS, they told me to keep the sneakers that I shouldn't worry about the payment. Sneakers of about £70 as at then.

It all depends on the individual, people will receive the item and lock up....it is what it is.

depends. I recently purchased an Rtx 2060 laptop cori7 9th gen for 290k on ebay

I also purchased Gtx 960m last year at 140k on ebay

I am currently in the US, and you know this 290k deal u got is like a unicorn, one in like thousands. Going by current rates of #600/$, that is like $480 total, since u bought from eBay, u had to pay tax, meaning, u bought the laptop for like $440. and paid tax of $40. Unless u bought it through these guys here on NL that offer cheaper rates on eBay, plus ur shipping to 9ja.

Gaming laptops are also expensive here man.

On jiji or Whatsapp, simply ask the seller to screenshot & send you the graphics properties of the PC.

Then if you are with the system, you don't have to open it to know if it has dedicated graphics.

Well firstly, the system has to be driven before you can see it. Once it's confirmed that the system is driven,

-Right-click on the desktop area and choose Screen Resolution.
- Click the Advanced Settings.
- The PC would display the amount of dedicated graphics & all other graphics details available on the system.

In recent laptops with Dual GPUs, the only VRAM you will see here is the Intel dedicated memory. To check for the Nvidia or AMD dedicated memory, you need to check under the Nvidia or AMD control panel.

Check to make sure your installed games are running off of your Nvidia GPU and not your Intel GPU. It happens sometimes

I did take the GRE with 329/340. My problem is that I have a HIgher National Diploma and not a Bachelors degree.

I’m not interested in Mechanical Engineering as I read Mechanical Engineering in undergrad. Mechanical engineering is unnecessarily difficult and I’m not sure I can cope.

I would be interested in a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering ( I specialize in this field). I’m also open to funded Msc programs.

You have a very impressive GRE. Lols.... I understand Mechanical can be unnecessarily difficult, but the aim here is not to study mechanical in its entirety. You are specializing in the area you need... You might not take fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. Although you might need to take some core, depending on how the school structures their curriculum.

I don't think there is PhD for Manufacturing Engineering. Since you are open to MS, then shoot for Manufacturing Engineering. Most schools won't fund Industrial Engineering at MS level. It is viewed like a management course like 'Engineering Management.'

I still think the mechanical angle is the surest path though. But it's your choice, all the best.

The first school is Florida A and M university which was a backup plan. PhD Industrial Engineering

Second and first choose is University of Central Florida, PhD Industrial Engineering.

Not many schools offer Industrial Engineering. I would have suggested you tried Manufacturing Engineering, but I doubt if they offer this up to PhD level.

Try this... Look up schools offering Mechanical Engineering with some sort of specialization in Industrial, Production or Systems Engineering.

Also, do all you can to make your profile super competitive. If you didn't take the GRE, now will be a good time to start prepping. If you did and feel you can do better, then retake it.
