Following point No. 2. Making a guy your walking ATM as the case may be is totally selfish of any lady, if you want to stay sex-free I believe there are certain things you as a lady shouldn't even dare cos you could be passing the wrong message to the guy. If u want to make a dude your ATM, you must pay maintenance fee, abi your Bank no dey collect maintenance charges for the use of your ATM card. Don't do what you can't entertain. |

I can totally relate to this, I was recruiting for a company in Abuja, and I gave the ladies my pen to put down their names on a piece of paper, and then asked them to sell me that pen (of course I needed to analyse the creative skills and see how quick they think on their feet), I must say tho I wasn't impressed, I think people should really get to expose themselves enough to hold their forte however. Psychology is all, you work on my psychology I work on yours..

I really don't get to understand what the problem really is with most Nauralanders, whenevr someone makes a comment you are not cool with or you don't understand the how and why they made such statement, you resort straight to cursing or the use of abusive terms. No one likes to be abused yet we'd be the first to serve it. Beats me. It might interest you all to know that Nairaland isn't a forum that has only Nigerians on it, and we may not be aware but people out there make assumptions as to what type of people we are and the level of our understanding and orientation. I believe this forum was created for dialogue, information, socializing and whatever else to broker peace and promote the unique oneness of us as Nigerians and going beyond that as Africans. The sad part is everyone who has access to the internet feels they have a right to spew whatever wrong or unprocessed notion that pops up within their brains. I would also like the administrators of the forum to come up with methods to address this, cos it will shock you to know that even minors are here on Nairaland (don't ask me how I know), and I wonder what we teach this upcoming developing folks. Some of us here are married with Kids and other singles will also have kids and what type of person would you want your kids to see you as when you were at their age doing your thing. I urge y'all to please control your thoughts and mind your language. This is a public place and it's accessible to the world and by the world. *peace!!!* |
So they case of beauty n d beast no b today... But then again that shit ain't my business... |

Chris Brown just scored an enormous victory in his child custody war with his baby mama ... he got joint custody of Royalty, and he gets to take her home today ... TMZ has learned. Brown and Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston court Friday morning. She not only wanted to deny Chris any custodial rights, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation. The judge disagreed and we've learned Chris and Nia will share 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days. Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A. And Chris, who was in court represented by Mark Geragos, scored another victory. The judge ordered him to pay Nia $2,500 a month in child support, which is exactly what he's been paying her. She wanted $15k. The judge also ordered Nia not to talk crap on Chris and not reveal anything about the case on social media. 2:00 PM PT -- Nia's legal team has a positive outlook on the hearing. We're told they see it as merely a temporary victory for Chris, since there will be a mediation in weeks to come -- and child support payments will be addressed. Also, Chris agreed that his mother would always be present when he has custody of Royalty.

Yesterday was not all about the new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. Apple also announced a major shake up of the iPad line with the new iPad Pro and a significantly upgraded iPad mini. The result is a far more convoluted iPad line up than before, so let’s help you work out all the differences… The full iPad range - Image credit Apple Full story -http://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2015/09/10/ipad-pro-vs-ipad-air-2-vs-ipad-mini-4-whats-the-difference/ |
There will always be those who will make insensitive remarks. The security service never announces their recruitment, for God sake it's a secret service, Ogah's relative may be there but please did she go through the training as the others? Yes.. Was she jumped to an office position? No. Where is the nepotism here, due process along with other trainees was followed. And to that dude who said recruitment was on the basis of man know man and corruption I think you need to check how you think, you may like buhari but don't be stupid.. No fee was asked for to recruit anyone, no advertising (it's the secret service damn it). Please make sensitive remarks that even you can learn from.. |
How else do a man understand the mindset of a woman?

Brain teaser Whether lawyer or not, this story makes an interesting read, On March 23, 1994 the medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald Opus and concluded that he died from a shotgun wound to the head. Mr. Opus had jumped from the top of a ten-story building intending to commit suicide. He left a note to the effect indicating his despondency. As he fell past the ninth floor his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast passing through a window, which killed him instantly. Neither the shooter nor the deceased was aware that a safety net had been installed just below the eighth floor level to protect some building workers and that Ronald Opus would not have been able to complete his suicide the way he had planned. "Ordinarily," Dr Mills continued, "A person, who sets out to commit suicide and ultimately succeeds, even though the mechanism might not be what he intended, is still defined as committing suicide." That Mr. Opus was shot on the way to certain death, but probably would not have been successful because of the safety net, caused the medical examiner to feel that he had a homicide on his hands. In the room on the ninth floor, where the shotgun blast emanated, was occupied by an elderly man and his wife. They were arguing vigorously and he was threatening her with a shotgun. The man was so upset that when he pulled the trigger he completely missed his wife and the pellets went through the window striking Mr. Opus. When one intends to kill subject "A" but kills subject "B" in the attempt, one is guilty of the murder of subject "B". When confronted with the murder charge the old man and his wife were both adamant and both said that they thought the shotgun was unloaded. The old man said it was a long-standing habit to threaten his wife with the unloaded shotgun. He had no intention to murder her. Therefore the killing of Mr. Opus appeared to be an accident; that is, if the gun had been accidentally loaded. The continuing investigation turned up a witness who saw the old couple's son loading the shotgun about six weeks prior to the fatal accident. It transpired that the old lady had cut off her son's financial support and the son, knowing the propensity of his father to use the shotgun threateningly, loaded the gun with the expectation that his father would shoot his mother. Since the loader of the gun was aware of this, he was guilty of the murder even though he didn't actually pull the trigger. The case now becomes one of murder on the part of the son for the death of Ronald Opus. Now comes the exquisite twist. Further investigation revealed that the son was, in fact, Ronald Opus. He had become increasingly despondent over the failure of his attempt to engineer his mother's murder. This led him to jump off the ten-story building on March 23rd, only to be killed by a shotgun blast passing through the ninth story window. Question: who has case to answer?[b] |

Dishdasha (Creative Commons / Mary Paulose) Dishdasha (Creative Commons / Mary Paulose) There is always a big question mark whenever the topic of traditional clothing in the United Arab Emirates crops up. Other than Islam followers, not many are aware of the Arabic style of clothing typical to Muslim culture. With the exception of Dubai, remaining Emirates in the UAE are conservative in regards to their style of dressing and to a certain extent strictly adopt what modesty in Islamic text offers. Dubai attracts many outsiders such as tourists and expats, thus keeping its clothing styles lenient. Although western style of dressing such as t-shirts, long skirts and trousers are permitted, women are expected to keep their skin covered. To sum it up, anything and everything goes as long as you remember that you are in a progressive yet Islamic Emirate. Islamic / Traditional Clothing are styled in context with what is to be worn during the day, in the night and for religious occasions. The designs of the clothes have been adapted to the local hot weather and the religious beliefs of the region. Following is a list of the traditional clothing worn by men and women in the UAE: Abaya: The Abaya is a long elegant cloak worn by women in the UAE, where it is their national dress. Traditionally black in colour, it covers the whole body except the face, feet and hands and therefore some women prefer to team it up with the niqāb and Gafaaz to cover up the face and hands as well. Agal Agal: An Agal, also called as iqal, egal or igal is a black band secured tightly around the ghutrah to keep it in place. Usually in black in colour, the Agal is losing its prominence these days with young men draping the guthra in different ways. Burqa: The Burqa or burkha, burka, burqua is an outer piece of clothing used to cover a woman’s body to prevent exposure of skin in public. The Burqa is removed when the women returns to her house in the company of her family members. It is worn over daily attire and is more common among the older generation. Kandura: Also known as thawb, thobe, or dishdasha, the Kandura is an ankle length, loose-fitting robe for men, usually white in colour. In winter, the Kandura is available in a splash of colours mostly in darker shades. The length of the robe represents the status of the person with the wealthy and royal seen in longer robes. Shorter length symbolizes modesty and is worn by the remaining Arabs. Gishwa: UAE women dress traditionally in a Gishwa, which is a thin veil covering the face whereby it is unrecognizable. However, it is fine enough for the wearer to see through. Ghutrah: A typical headscarf worn by men, the ghutrah is also known by the name of keffiyeh/kufiya, or shemagh in other Arabic countries. Made from square cloth of cotton in chequered patterns, it is draped over the head in various styles. In dry climates, these scarves provide protection from blowing dust and harsh rays of the sun. Ghafiyah: The ghafiyah is a look-alike of a Muslim prayer hat worn below the ghutrah headscarf by Arabic men. They are intricately embroidered and not visible to the naked eye as it is covered by the ghutrah. |
I find it really pathetic how you guys just can't help but make irrelevant remarks to issues when it is somewhat related to Jonathan and Buhari. Buhari is no God and should not be reverenced as such. That frail dude has had more BH issues that the last 4 years of Jonathan. This is a democratic era and no one has any reason to be afraid of a mere man who cannot make his own breathe. Buhari is no God!!! |
I think he was referred to as Gay cos he bursted them boyz. Safe to say one of the toes he stepped on ringed him in... I hope he was born again before he died. . Na the ultimate be that. |
