I am Detective "WHO" of the "WHO" Police department. Last week there was an unusual case where a man was found dead hanging in the middle of a 4 story abandoned hanger. The case is closed now because forensic shows that he hung himself, but I am still puzzled because there was no stairs or ladder for him to use to get to the top of celling to hang himself in the middle of the hanger. Here are some clues that I found that might help solve this case 1. There was a lot of water on the hanger floor 2. There was a large truck outside, also full of water (Please note the rope was not long enough for him to throw it up to the ceiling and pull himself up there.) Can you help me solve this mystery. How did the man get to the top of the Ceiling to hang himself? If you need any more information please ask. |
Hello Everyone, it is me again. Some of you might have heard this one before , but This is my version enjoy. There was foregin exchange student from Italy that attended a school in the USA trying to learn English. On a Friday the Female Teacher gave the whole class an assignment to learn some English Words over the weekend. On his way home he walked by a small airport and he heard a guy Say "Take off, ", so he wrote down the word Take off. The next day he went to the zoo and at one point the zebra escaped, so he wrote down "Zebra" thinking it was a cool word. Later that night he was going up to his room when a neighbor's baby was crying, so he wrote down "Baby". Later that night he was watching Superman and he liked that movie, so he wrote down "Superman". The next day he was going out when he saw a man hold the door for a woman and said "ladies first" He like that and wrote it down. HERE IT COMES On Monday, the Teacher was asking everyone about what words they learnt over that weekend, So she turned to him and asked him what he learnt, he said Foregin Student: Take of Zebra baby Teacher: Who do you think you are? Foregin Student: Superman Teacher: Get out side now Foregin Student: Ladies First Hope you enjoyed it. Look for my next post |

Hello Everyone, I have a riddle that I have told over the years and no one has been able to get it until I tell them the answer. Now I want to post the question to the members of Narialand(Can you resist the need to google the answer?) Riddle: There was a kingdom where the king had 2 twin sons. On his death bed the king did not know who to make the next king, so he sent for the wisest man of the land. The wise man understood the deilma and advised the king. The king sent for his sons and told then they both need to ride to the furtherest part of the kingdom then turn back. But the catch is, the persons' horse that comes back last becomes king. So the Sons took off racing heading to the furtherest point of the kingdom, on reaching the point the sons then started slowing down on their way back(remember: Whose horse reaches the kingdom last becomes king). (Each brother was slowing down so the other will pass him.) 2 days later they were still at the furtherest part of the kingdom, then a wise woman came across them and asked why they were sitting in the middle of no where. They told her what their father said they should do, she laughed, She then told the 2 brothers something, they did something and took off as fast as they could ride the horses back to the kingdom.(remember: Whose horse reaches the kingdom last becomes king) (Now here is where you need to tell me what happened) What did she tell them and what did they do? Clue: The horses |

Interesting. Got my popcorn and drink. Let see if they can come together and make something. |
So let me get you right. You want a page where people will enter there url then you will display it on a page on your site. If this is right you can do this a number of ways. Use XML to write and read from a text file Use a programming language(PHP, ASP, ASP.net) with database integration I will wait for you to reply before going into details, incase this is not what you meant. |
@ thebushman Sad, so sad. |
@tunde Good Point. But domain names like this do get sold for $millions$ (e.g. Business.com or beer.com). Plus if they pulled a stunt like that, the media will find out. |
It is an April Fool Joke. Techcrunch does this every year |
Who cares what it means in French, but I like this one "The Ghost Who Walks" and by the way it is "ThePhantom" not "Phantom" I know about facebook funds and you said it yourself it is for developing Apps on Facebook platform only. |
Just because you set the action in the form to your email doesn't mean it will just send the message to your email. You need to write you own email script that will send it to your email address in the background or you can leave it the way you have and it will use the web user default email client. (Mostly Outlook or Outlook express). Check this link out., for basic intstructions http://www.w3schools.com/asp/asp_send_email.asp |
Give me an example of someone you know or have read about that made it big working a regular job without getting money from investors with big pockets. Facebook got funded, Digg got funded, Google got funded (I am talking of millions of $$$, not hundreds not thousands, Millions of $$$). African Businesses need Venture Capitalist and Angel Investors to get them to level of facebook. I agree with you about a site that will show case projects and idea to raise money, but how many Africans will just give money away to someone they don't know. Question Who in the forum is willing to invest/donate money to people who show case there projects and Idea? |
@mambenanje Do you want to know one reson why there isn't any nigeria startup companies with the big profile like facebook, myspace, bebo, google etc. it is because there is nobody backing them up(No cash to take the idea to the next level) do you think this companies made it big without funding. If google didn't get funded they will not be where they are now(plus they had a very good product). For example there is a nigerian site I saw doing(trying) gps maping of nigeria. The site and idea has great potential, but it is lsowly been developed. A good Idea then MONEY MONEY MONEY |
Questions: 1 - What platform are you building for (mac/win/mobile (which mobile os?)) 2 - What language are you using? Answer: 1-Windows 2-VBA(Desktop version) and ASP (Web version) Desktop version is done. Will be done with the web version over the weekend. Nice remix of my original post. This was fun. @rookie - you will be lucky to get anyone to colaborate on a project like that. But nonetheless I like your frame of mind. |
Frontpage is ok, but Dreamweaver is way better. |
