Some men choose to believe that when a woman is pampered, she'll misbehave. Personally, I have a problem with the word 'pamper'. Was he supposed to be strict because you're in a relationship? Immaturity has shown from the first point, but you didn't notice. At your age, I would expect that you should know some fundamental things about a relationship. You say you love him, but on what condition did this love grow? If he never treated you right, then why and what are you in love with? I think when a woman falls in love, it takes a process and this has to do with studying to see what the guy is all about and in this situation, I don't think you did. Here's what I think you should do: 1. Stop calling for a while and when he calls, keep the conversation shockingly short. 2. Don't dwell too much on it; if he can't treat you right, he doesn't deserve you. 3. Take consolation in the fact that there's still another man out there who will appreciate you, a man who will understandably treat you just the way you deserve, and also that you're still very young. 4. If he notices changes in you and comes to talk about it, place some real tough conditions which will include you choosing when to or not to see him, etc. 5. Be blunt about it. Don't give a flying f*ck what he thinks, just do what you have to do and see what happens. But if you want a fast solution, summon the courage to tell him that you need some time to be apart from the relationship and this will indeed help you a great deal. |

Romance / Re: Will U Still Marry Me? by TheSeeker(m): 12:53am On Nov 28, 2009 |
A cousin of mine had a girlfriend like that. She told him and proved it to him. They later broke up by mutual consent but it wasn't an easy one because she never wanted to let him go - she claimed that she never wanted to harm him, although he didn't, but it was war because the guy was so addicted to her. Such relationship won't last, and the only reason a guy would want to stay is for the money and material gains, not for love. You need to ask yourself, if you weren't getting money gains, will you still stay? |

cantell:Homie, it's a free world. You choose to do whatever pleases you, in fact, twins are bound to have different attitudes - that's what life is all about. There are always variations. As for 'sweet talker' - I really don't believe in that. Anyone who sweet-talks can either do those things they say or simply choose to do so or not to. When I say I can die for my wife, it means I can go close to dying trying to save her - and that's how it is. There's no 'sweet talking' right there, it is what it is. This is why I always think that Nigeria-kind-of-love has some little twisting dimensions to it (there are always limitations simply because no one wants to feel they are being taken advantage of) and I'm very sorry but the game needs to be upped and believe me, if I move close to your girlfriend (not being cocky), yes, she's long gone from you. |
