Okay, i've seen the about 15minute video by a particular "Association for the moral Cause". i cannot vouch for the authenticity of the materials in the video but here is what it is about anyway. It talks about Kano State and a meningitis outbreak in 1996. It says Pfizer pharmaceuticals dosed about 100 children with a particular drug for the sickness. So Kano State government and the FG filed $7billion litigations against Pfizer about something to do with the drugs not being approved but experimental to which Pfizer denied complicity. The video says a SimmonsCooper partners law firm was responsible to help the government and that Prof. Yemi Osinbajo is a senior partner in the firm. We are not told when the trial took place, but we are told that there was out of court SETTLEMENT between Pfizer and the Government. The settlement according to the video is as follows, $75million for the Kano State government and $35million for the direct victims. The victims were to come with proof which include bed ticket, hospital receipt and a wristband given to the said children, or they subject themselves to a DNA test to prove eligibility/link and get their compensation money. The video says that many of the victims fear what a DNA test might do to them and are unwilling to take part. $175,000 were paid to each family that met the requirements according to the video.
Now, to be fair and to weigh the two contesting parties APC(Buhari/Osinbajo) and PDP(President Jonathan/Sambo). Anyone who knows anything about law knows about OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENTS. i do not really know what judgement the "Association for the moral Cause" or any of their sympathizers want for Pfizer. What i know and would mention(though there are other cases) is that President Jonathan/Sambo are heading an administration that just last year was responsible for the needless death of about 15 job seekers in the Nigerian Immigrations saga. This was a recruitment exercise that saw about 700,000 job seekers pay 1,000naira each to the government. that is 700million naira gained by the government. Well, nobody was sacked or jailed for the deaths and it was just this month that President Jonathan gave the families 75million naira(5million naira each) and three jobs for each family for those eligible. The "Association for the moral Cause" has not finished releasing videos in my own estimate, they should be fair and release for the two parties, that is what morality is about.

If I hear. You invite jobless folks to come do an interview to get a job, take money from them all and kill some in the process, yet no single official got a reprimand, lost his/her job or went to jail but they have all the time and resources to produce a video whinning about a lawyer who is obviously very very good at his job.

Truly the series of documentaries must not finish now o.... they must kontinuu......

With oil price down (never to get so high again), we had better brace up for hard and perilous times ahead. I only wonder were 170million refugees will end up by the time the consequences of our collective criminality and complicity comes to reality because whether we agree or not......the time of reckoning are upon us.

Comrade, I just Sidon there dey form James bond but my mind don travel far. The funny thing was that I initially booked for the 6:50am flight but got to the check in counter by 6:30am and was denied entry. I had to pay an extra 13k to get included in the 10:35am flight that eventually left at 11am.

All these because I stubbornly insisted on eating rice and dodo before leaving home that morning

My brother, we were first told to wait for 15 mins. After hovering for 20mins, the pilot told us we were going back to Lagos as there was still no clearance to land so he turned us for the reverse journey. Maybe 20mins into the journey back to lag, the pilot announced again that we've been cleared to land in PH so he had to turn us back again.

Wetin be that one if not reversing?

Anything could have happened while we were rigmarolling and perambulating in the air. Even if na buhari cause that danger to me and others that day, I for curse am well well. Life has no duplicate.

I deal with the oil industry and I see the damage being done to the economy everyday through officially sanctioned oil theft yet asari, tompolo etc pocket billions every year via pipeline 'surveillance' contracts. I see a govt that was lucky to sell oil above $100 dollars for 3 years yet in less than 6months of oil price crash, had no choice but to devalue the naira to cushion govt bankruptcy.

My younger brother schools abroad and the naira devaluation already set me back by 350k on his expenses between January and now.

These are what I see and experience and I don't want a continuity of this.

I have only one vote which might amount to nothing in the final analysis but gej surely isn't getting it.

CPC..............buhari

Shekarau as sitting governor was soundly defeated by buhari in kano. Then Kwankwaso was in PDP. I don't know how PDP wishes to do it, kano is a no go area for any buhari opponent irrespective of who decamps from APC.

I saw kwankwaso, tinubu with Hausa leaders in Lagos on channelstv news at 10pm and heard him issue a stern warning to fayose over his unabated insults on GMB. That doesn't look like someone about to dump buhari or APC methinks
