Intresting.... this is what happens when we just pick up other peoples constitution and make it ours without even understanding it, No constituitional confrence, no input from the people who would end up using the law., other attempts at amendments by the senate has been flawed one way or the other.

A constituition that create vacum in governace couple of hours before swearing in, same way nothing is stated incase Governor Elects dies before swearing
