It is awful that Nigeria can't pay stipend to her unemployed graduates, despite being among the top ten oil producing countries of the world.
Meanwhile, Nigeria is bound to be richer in the coming yrs after the removal of the fuel subsidy from next year.

There is absolutely no way, non state actors will operate in large numbers with vehicles and arms in any Nigerian local government area without the support of the locals.
Same way Igbos gave IPOB safe haven is same way Northerners are giving Boko Haram Bandits and ISWAP safe havens.
Every supporter of non state actors should enjoy their atrocities.
Though, one thing i like about Igbos is that they won't hesitate to checkmate and suppress any agression if it starts going against the people.
An instance of the outlawed bakassi boys that suppresed armed robbers/ritualists and the recent community vigilantees in almost major towns and villages of the East.
It is a shame to the commander in chief to allow non state actors to hold some part of the country in sway, despite the arms and ammunitions stock piled in the barracts, the intels and the able bodied men we have in the armed forces.
It is a shame!
Meanwhile, anyone still believing and fighting for a god/creator deity is at ape~level intelligence

Note Goodluck Jonathan is an Ogbia man by tribe, though all of them adopted Ijaw being the majority and politically most influential for Sociopolitical consolidation.
Ijaw also have Bomadi and Patani LGAs in Delta state.
Note that Dipreye Alamiyeseigha was Ijaw while his deputy Goodluck Jonathan was Ogbia, a minority.
I have listened to Epie people speak, the language have the "vwe" sound similar to the language of Isoko, Urhobo, Bini, Edo, Esan and Tiv people.
A times the name of the the author of the New School Chemistry from Ghana Osei Yaw Ababio sounds like Ijaw name, don't know why

I tried locating it once (two years ago) but the person I asked for directions didn't help matters. My wife and I then chose to continue with he third option you listed. Which we know too well.

As fọr the second one, I feel it may be longer compared to the third one. If I get to Nkwoagu, going through Ngodo and then turning left towards the express may be way too long. Though I know that route, I feel it's longer. But I may consider it if it is the safest anyways.

The third option is the favorite for now. Unless the first is shorter and safer, then I'll make more serious enquires in how to get it right.

Epie and Attisa, the major ethnic group inhabiting Yenegoa, the state capital are not Ijaws.
Epie Towns include Igbogene, Yenezue-gene, Yenezue-Epie, Akenfa, Agudama, Opolo, Kpansia-Epie, Amarata, Azikoro Village Etc.
Ogbia, the ethnic group of Goodluck Jonathan is more related to Kalabari.
The towns of Ogbia are imiringi, otuosega, otuoke, otuabaga, Emegha1 and 2, Amakalakala, etc
Ijaws are mostly Kolokuma-Opokuma, Southern Ijaw, Brass, Sagbama, Ekeremor and maybe Nembe
Note, I have lived in Bayelsa state, I have first hand information.

That road also has some failed portions too. Some parts are so lonely too.

But it's better and safer, even though it's longer.
It's the route that Onitsha South mass transit is plying right now.
You can choose to drive through Nneato by diverting @ Owerri-Ezukalla through Umuchukwu -Nneato -Spiritan University -Leru junction.
Or you follow Isuochi straight, maybe on reaching Nkwoagu Isuochi (Ummuneochi LGA headquarters), u take your right and drive through Ngodo Isuochi to a round about where you will see military check point and roads leading to Leru junction[Enugu-PH Exp], Ihube Okigwe [ Enugu-PH Exp] and also back to Spiritan University - Nneato -Umuchukwu-Owerre Ezukalla.
Those routes are good and safe.
The other route from Nkwoagu Isuochi if you take left is lonely towards the hill, maybe safe in the day time but may not at night.

If you drive exotic car, I suggest you go through Uga-Umuchu-Umunze-Isuochi-Leru Junction.
Or you drive through Nneato-Lomara Isuochi to Leru junction.
There are not always there
But they can appear unannounced.
The road is badly damaged now and they took advantage of the slow drive caused by the bad road to operate.

Direct primary discourages desperation and encourages competence.

People are allowed to snap the result sheet in order to make sure the figures are not altered at the local government and state level collation.
