Well it does.. 1. I lost my first child in place A at childbirth, Moved and gave birth to 2 same town but different house. 2. I went to different state, the house am currently in, God blessed me to move from earning 400k to expecting about 3M in a month. On a 9-5 job. Have a car, have lands. I know it's God's doing, but mhen atimes learn not to make enemies in your compound and be nice. So that somebody will not put eye on your matter. |

i took the risk of leaving Ibadan to Lagos for a 50k net job during Buhari era. with no where to stay in sight. today, i am an Ops manager earning fantastically well. no limitation to life. take it and work your way up either within or out of the organization. cheers 7 Likes |

Ops, from your description, the company that came to mind was samkin or something at ikotun. they produce same. i worked there many years ago. my brother my advice is, continue your work, look out for other good jobs, save, improve yourself. but trust me working with these guys is not worth it. the guy that trained me then, mistakenly got 4 of his fingers chopped off by the machine, guess how much was given to him? 40k. 10k for each finger. and hospital bills shikena. what made me leave there was the shock of both the accident and the fact that the guy came back there to work again. d thing shock me. i run abeg. 11 Likes 3 Shares |

Whoever put him under pressure to return to Nigeria in the first place is wicked. he was doing well while at Germany. the simple thing to do was relinquish power and get totally well. there is more to life than power. well its all past now. but i have this feeling that if Aketi was to be given a second chance from death, he would have relinquish power and stayed at Germany and try to get better. lesson learnt: dont play with your health over frivolities. the first person that replied you should have read your points thoroughly before asking you to Move and not stand like a tree. look tbh with you, its a 50/50 that the company would increase your salary after 6 months. they have sweet tongue. and assuming they increase the pay, ask your self by how much? my advise, since you cant put someone on that biz, start now by grooming someone cos it sounds to me that you dont have someone who can do the hustle like you do or you dont trust. if its trust, then its understandable. but if not, get someone and groom the person. it doesnt make sense to me that i am for instance doing uber at my comfort and earning 80k and i would now go work with the situation of the country for same amount. (leave my house very early, be at the mercy of some abusive boss, and others. i rather put more effort in my hustle and try establishing it more for more profits. every one must not do an 8-5 to be financially ok. you can also embrace entrepreneurship. many have made it that way |

Honest Opinion? not bad to remove fuel subsidy. But you ask your self; is that the priority? is that what is 100% affecting the country at the moment? why remove fuel subsidy without even a cabinet formed. no due consultations from all stakeholders at large. was the effect it would have on the masses given a thought? so as to provide cushioned counter measures that would see it doesn't put everyone through sufferings. was it even the best appropriate time and day to put an end to fuel subsidy (on the day on your handover?) while i am not against fuel subsidy removal, i am against the timing, the place, no due consultations, no prior notification. 6 Likes |
