Buhari didn't study presidency or anything administrative, but he is expected to employ people with sound knowledge in their fields in other to be able to drive success for the company (which is Nigeria in this case)
Nigeria is like those companies u mentioned above headed by Buhari that know nothing about governance(i know ur brain wont think to that side) but he is expected to employ experts to help him run the country. If they decided to start employing anyhow as Buhari did, those companies would have crumpled today.
