It is with sorrow that the Bonnke Family would like to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on December 7, 2019. For the past 60 years he has preached the glorious Gospel of Jesus throughout the entire world. We want to thank you on behalf of him and our family, for your kind love and unwavering support, which enabled him to preach the matchless message of salvation to countless people.

The very issues we spoke against in the last two to three decades ago have been the very issues that are still resident in our lives till date.

Arbitrariness and brigadage by state apparatchik is true, violation of fundamental human right is true, the fight against conformity to rule of law is true, and arbitrary detention and arrest is also very true. And we all remain silent.

We are very much interested in issues that will not add to our national value system.

You may be very close to those in power today but, when they are out of power, the same shield of protection will be those very fundamental rules which we subscribe to as enshrine in our constitution.

Today many contrary Concepts are gradually replacing our nascent Democracy which our fore fathers were able to born 20years ago (1999).

Permit me to say Nigeria is sliding to tyranny or autocracy or dictatorship if care is not taking.

The country is turning into a pariah state where an opposition aspirant or candidate is seen as an enemy. (like the case of #Dino_Malaye)

There is no extreme ways or methodology to run a republic like ours, than for us to respect the rules and value system to which democracy is associated with.

A senator will give his opinion on issues that are of public interest, the senator will be crucified and blackmail even when senate roles permit that "a senator shall make a personal explanation". does that mean Nigeria is a banana republic?

Democracy is not a tittle giving to a system but, conformity to certain principles and standard enshrine by the constitution.

It is audible to the deaf, visible to the blind and even sensible to the non sanguine that executive order should Concord with the laws, conform with the laws and comply with the laws as well. Otherwise it become an instrument for witchhurt or a means where by those in powers use to promote their selfish partisanship.

I thought we should understand with a national consensus that corruption is a scourge. And the need to dislodge it from our national live is imperative as will restore order, probity through the ways we run the affairs of this state. (this administration as recorded the highest court cases in regards to election impropriety)*

There is no better ways to fight corruption than to use the instrumentality of law to ensure that the timid people are not hunt, the innocent are not jail and the innocent are not kill.

I wonder the type of assembly this 9th national assembly will be._

It is a great concern to me that since 20years of our fourth republic we are still in this basis of struggling to employ those in position of powers to respect the rule of law.

*No Cancellation Of Plagiarism Dues, No Commissioning Of Faculties on Thursday*

*"Be Ready For Us" Students Stakeholders Dare Management*

The students stakeholders and final year students of the state owned Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma have vowed that there will be total shutdown of all activities on campus on Thursday the 28th of November, 2019 if the management fails to cancel the plagiarism due, which was recently implemented by the Prof. I. A Onimawo led administration which they claimed is for maintenance.

This due, the students have declared is illegal and at such they will not pay, as the management have always bought different policies and dues to frustrate the students, despite the huge amount of school fee paid by the students.

Thursday, 28th of November, 2019 the School Senate, Staff and Students will be receiving it's benefactors TETFUND for the commissioning of the just constructed Faculties and Department. This same day, The Students stakeholders has vowed to let hell loose on the school environment if the cancellation of the Plagiarism due is not implemented by the Vice Chancellor.

Will the serenity on campus be threatened by another November 14th?

We implore the Student Union Government to hold serious talks with the School Management to forestall any actions that will plunge the University's enjoyed peace into jeopardy..

THE LEADERSHIP OF THE STUDENTS STAKEHOLDERS MET AT ABOUT 10PM TODAY TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2019. AND ISSUES DISCUSS WAS NOT FAR FETCH FROM THE UNJUST DUES IMPOSE ON STUDENTS FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY.

1. THAT ALL ACADEMIC AND NON ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES WILL BE HALTED ON THURSDAY NOVEMBER 28TH 2019

2. THAT ANY ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS WITH SECURITY FORCES WILL BE FACE WITH SERIOUS REPERCUSSION. EYE FOR AN EYE

3. THAT WE HAVE SO FAR PRAISE THE MANAGEMENT ON ITS INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND HAVE PREACHED PEACE THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSITY, WE HAVE OVER TIME HELP BUILD THE REPUTATION OF OUR GREAT UNIVERSITY TO THE NATION AND THE WORLD IN GENERAL. BUT AS IT STANDS THE MANAGEMENT WANT TO DARE US WITH TOO MUCH DUES THAT ARE NOT RELEVANT TO OUR KNOWLEDGE FOR SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE REMINDED THAT 2016 WAS A PEACEFUL PROTEST THAT LATER TURNED RIOT. 4. THAT HAVING EXHAUSTED THE FIRST 2 C'S OF THE ALUTA MANTRA (CONSULTATION AND CONSOLIDATION) WE ARE NOW BEING FORCE TO ENGAGE ON THE 3RD C OF THE ALUTA MATRA WHICH IS CONFRONTATION... NO ATTEMPTED ATTEMPT OF INTIMIDATION WILL MAKE US SHIT GROUND ON THE *NO PAYMENT OF PLAGIARISM DUE*

SO ITS NO BIG DEAL. WE MUST CORRECT THE EVIL AND WRONG IN OUR SOCIETY STARTING FROM OUR FOUNDATION .
