I'll say you should allow your hubby come back first before making any hasty decision. When you come face to face, have a talk to really assess him, where he stands and what he wants. If he wants you and the family and is ready to be committed, secure a job and be financially responsible, you may find a place in your heart to forgive him. |

cococandy: I'm breastfeeding too and I've gone from 175 pounds to 131 pounds since I had my baby. (5months now)
Like someone said breastfeeding actually make you lose weight. This is because it takes an extra 500 calories per day for you to make milk for the baby.
The key is to control your appetite. When you get hungry like that, don't load your plate out of hunger. Incorporate more greens into your meal. Add more fiber to help you feel fuller sooner. Less carbs. More proteins. Drink more water. Increase your exercise routine. When you're starving hungry, try to eat slowly so that your brain has the time to release the hormones that signal your body that you're no longer starving. Ever wonder why we eat very large amounts of food and still feel like we are dying of hunger only for us to feel bloated some minutes later even though we haven't eaten anything extra. Yea the feeling of satiety takes time to kick in but usually before it comes, we've eaten way more than we need to because we rushed the meal.
These are the things that worked and are still working for me. I still have like 15pounds to lose.
I hope it works for you. amtaken, see this post. Yea,you will need to eat more while breastfeeding but watch the type of food you take when hungry. You don't have to take pastries, fried and fatty foods whenever you are hungry.Take vegetables and drink lots of water/pap.You really should be shedding weight while breastfeeding. You gaining weight means you are taking over and above what your baby really needs. |

LastMumu: Stop being gullible, most most of these testimonies are either scripted, half-truth or highly exaggerated.
How do you prove this gullibility? You probably have never had a first hand experience. My neighbour had a similar experience. She was dropped off in the bush.A few minutes later,a man appeared, helped her find her way and got a vehicle for her.As she opened the car door and turned to thank him,he was nowhere to be found. *no let this your mumu doubt everything. |

IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS WHERE THE AFFECTED VICTIMS DECIDED NOT TO BACK UP THE CLAIMS, IT MAKES THE REPORTER A LIAR Did you read where she said they were dropped off individually and she can't tell the fate of the others? I'm not saying i support her story but from what she wrote, there are some questions you don't ask. |

Mindfulness: They demand less time and attention when they have siblings they can play with, don't they? You just need to intervene when they fight one of their battles. In that first year, they demand a lot of time and attention but it's when they get a bit matured and have siblings that they play together. Hmm,those cat fights... |

Mindfulness:

I would consider this option but I don't like to be in the spotlight.
This is why I said that I don't know enough about their situation but her husband won't be jobless forever and the little boy's clothes, his buggy and his toys can be passed onto the younger one so the investment in a second baby won't cost as much as it did for the first child.
Children are not so materialistic. If you satisfy their basic needs, all they want is fun, fun and more fun and so a sibling comes in handy. And as we grow up, the bond we share with our siblings is priceless. Hmmm, they are not but they place a big demand on time and attention and those basic needs don't come cheap. |

That sleeping position that's supposedly wrong is actually my favourite and my body pains me not. I hear. You're young so it's not really for today. It's more for the future. People who sleep that way end up with neck pains later.I know because it's what i deal with. |
