Kimoni:
Not necessarily so. People pick up habits along the way due to different reasons, including clubbing and womanising. Yes!!!

E.g Have you heard of women who got married as virgins and went haywire after the first 'do'? I still read an anonymous confession this night - babe got married as a vigin not too long ago, now has 7 boyfriends at a go shocked to support her family so she claims.
It's true but rarely so.If there's a change of environment or an acquisition of new friends,he may change.A guy who has always been a committed guy in relationships and never clubs won't just start after marriage.Very rare.

The virgin part, once the 'forbidden fruit' is tasted, there will always be a desire to taste more. You won't find a virgin with 7 boyfriends. The one who will keep many boyfriends has to be the one who has lost the virginity.
You can only tell how much of a flirt a lady(or guy) would be after she's lost the virginity.

^^^He didn't just change overnight. He has always been that way.

Op,I don't know what your courtship was like and why you chose to marry him but I can say this guy didn't just become like this after marriage.A Guy who clubs?

You should sit him down and have a deep talk with him about this and see if he is remorseful and is willing to change.I don't think you can try to force him to change however.
You have to ask yourself if this is really what you want and if you will continue this way.

@thorpido your concerns are not wrong but you should have read back before dissuading other mamas and warning them to stay away from what her doc recommended from her. That is why she felt slighted and went harsh on you. All the same i guess its now water under the bridge. Let's move on
You're right I could have read back but i noticed this thread's pages load so fast and the thought of searching through pages discouraged me.I just saw d pic gina.baby posted hence my comment.
It's alright anyway.No offense.

Oga, but she was given the spray in the hospital... Are the doctors now wronghuh
I haven't been following the thread but came here because someone mentioned me to inquire about something.
I saw the pic gina.baby posted and that looked like a non-steriodal analgesic spray.I didn't think it was something good to spray in the private and that was why I made my comment.
All she had to do was explain that what she used was different and was given to her in the hospital and not pick offense.A little explanation was all that was needed.
I hope you get it.

Are you a qualified ob/gyn?

Do you even know the spray I'm talkin about and what it's used for?

Hello!!!! Don't jump into discussions just like that! That's very rude of you

I don't owe you any details of what we were talkin about!

Once again, stay clear from women's discussion! We are sharing experiences here and not talkin rubbish!
Rude! That's all I see in your comment anyway.
Do you know what my profession is?Is this forum not about sharing ideas on pregnancy?
What in my comment was there to pick offense about? Was I not just offering medical advise?
For someone who is a paramedic and has a wife who has been through pregnancies, you think women discussion(one that has to do with pregnancy)is too much for me to make comments/advise on?

I can't understand why you're offended anyway.
We can end the convo anyway.

Thanks for your prayers mamas.
I've stopped the progynova and clexane injection but I'll use the 4 tabs of cyclogest I still have.
I'm just lying down here begging God.
Mama Zaynie, I don't know what the problem is.. I just know I've never crossed this 8weeks. Then I was told it's low progesterone so I normally support with primolut injection yet it still happens.
This time around I allowed a fertility doctor do all the prescription and diagnosis... Hcg doubled initially then increased but not doubling.. I've done several tests in my life.. Including torch screen.. Those rubella and Co..my sample was taken to India. Last week gestational sac was irregular.. Today we only saw the foetus up but no definite sac.. Everything on the screen was white... No dark circle.. And no heartbeat... At 7weeks 6days! Doctor said the wall is too thick for an 8weeks pregnancy and the foetus length is way too small for such a term too. I saw few tiny dark hole bubbles.. He called them Aqua something.. Maybe they're water pockets.. I don't know.. He said they are bad signs. He gave me augmentin for the tan mucus discharge I'm having.. I'm just devastated!
Sorry about what you are going through.Keep faith in God.He will perfect everything at the right time.

PresVA:
Hey mamas, is farenax (artesunate+sulfadoxine+Pyrimethamine) safe in second trimester? Was given this cos of malaria 1+ cry

The drug inhibits the production of folic acid, hope my lo won't suffer FA deficiency during the period of taking this drug? Also read that the drug causes fetal malformation in first trimester, if it can do this in first trimester, that means it may still have some adverse effects in second trimester huh embarassed

Thanks.

@ sugah , my condolences dear.. may she find rest in the Lord and may God give your family the fortitude to bear the loss.. it's well..
You can take in second trimester. It's the first trimester that is not safe.
As soonest said, the inhibition of the folic acid synthesis is not significant enough to harm the baby.

Why would any man in this generation expect the woman to contribute financially and not want to help with house chores?
The key thing is to be friends first.Marry a man who is reasonable.
Anyone can fit into any role.Roles now should be flexible.

Thanks guys. Time will heal this situation.
like someone said, i didn't test drive. we knew while we were younger and when we got older we just decided to rush in the marriage and now we are living together proper is for me to find out the situation.
It seems the problem is getting an erektion and maintaining it long enough for sexual satisfaction.
There's a solution to this. How old is he?

Name the hospital please

Name the Dr so that we can hasten the withdrawal of his license
mii4u:
such carelessness from a doctor . na wa oo
Are you sure the doctor is at fault here?
From experience, patients lie a lot. When they come to the hospital, sometimes they are told to buy drugs or pay for certain treatments. If they don't have the money, the best treatment is not offered and this could be the consequence.

He, his family and village elders will beg. They will even blame the girl, the spirits and the grandmum. They will settle the DPO and appeal to him as "you are my son's age, let bygones be bygones, this elderly man cannot survive in jail one month" blah blah. And offer money to the grandmum and this case will and.

As proof that everything I've said above is correct, please take a look at Nigeria's number of court convictions for rape and child abuse: abysmally low. Because this is what happens 80% of the time.
So sad but this is the likely outcome. They will say 'considering his age' yet he hasn't gained that wisdom and discipline with age.
We should stop looking at sentiments in this country and ensure justice is done especially in rape cases.I believe it will get better though it's such a drag.
