Well what can I say? I ran my life down by myself and I have disappointed everyone that cares about me, although they do not know it. Your story reminds me of the story of the prodigal son in the bible.One very important part of the story is that the bible says,'he came to himself'.He said i can't continue this way.I will go back to my father's house , even if all I can get is the treatment of one of my father's slaves.
You will have to let people know things are bad and to what extent so you can receive help and be rehabilitated as it were.It's not too late to make amends.Yes you will break some people's hearts but it will be the beginning of your recovery.

I got admission in 2014/15 session, but deferred until this session because I had many older siblings still in school. Well. My mom was hoping to raise some funds for this session but all our efforts fell short. It seems i may lose this admission since there is no money to even defer this session.
I have been attending lectures since january and we are about to start the 1st semester exams this month. My course adviser told me that once exams are through all patments and registrations are definitely over.
I am so so depressed about this. I will definitely kill myself if i drop out.

Since she doesn't live with you,limit her intrusion.Don't pick her calls sometimes or just switch off your phones.
You have your own family now and she has to come to terms with that or be made to.

You don't have to answer her calls all the time.You could speak with her on the phone daily but choose how much you want to say about yourself/family.Tell her about general things without going too much into details.
I don't know what it feels like to have a mum like yours but you've got to create you own space and not let her issues worry you.She has her own family.

It should be the same rule for all males-pastors or not.You need to raise your daughter to understand dealings with males and to set clear boundaries.

Not all pastors are bad and there are some(which i have seen)who set clear boundaries for themselves.I know one who doesn't see females except he has a female assistant with him.I know another who will only meet with you in open places.

You can't ban your daughter from attending church activities or else you might get rebellion,especially if you have one who loves church activities.One way of monitoring your daughter is to attend some of those activities with her.

Muhammed is the only prophet of Allah.(I know all that story of Allah being the Arabic word for God and all that.Allah however is not the One Who sent Jesus).That muhammed started a religion that has many followers means nothing.Buddha also did the same and Hindu has many followers.

Hello Everyone, thank you for replying to my post.

This Sunday is my most challenging one so far, as much as I appreciate all your replies, I am yet to make up my mind about what to do, but I was willing to give £30,000 to my Church, but not these week.

For 1, I feel really gutted. The title of our sermon today is "Serving with all your resources".

From the moment I heard the title, I switched off my mind from the service and I had no interest in whatever was going on in the church again, I felt like I am being pushed to do what I may be willing to do already. That's not the end of it of course.

The pastor announced that I will be made an Deaconess today and asked the church to pray for me for the enabling spirit. But I thought this is a kind of things that should have been discussed with me prior to the time I was called out to be prayed for.

Deep down within me, I felt like, he is trying to do anything possible to make sure I didn't leave the Church, I am more confused than ever. Look at it this way, I am only 24years old, so tell me. Am I to believe this is still the leading of the spirit?

I am seriously confused.

You are a Christian.That means you are a partaker of God's leading.Ask God to tell you what He wants you to do.After a while,your spirit will convince you what to do.
If you feel convinced to pay the tithe,do so.If you don't feel convinced to do so,then don't(though i still advise you pay it,maybe somewhere else).
