cococandy: Thanks guys. I really appreciate.
Thorpido I can do those others but I don't think I can drink 10 glasses of water a day. It's so hard. I've tried before. Awww why?You don't want to wee often or the water doesn't taste fine?I know it's hard but just try to get as much water as you can. |

Onegai: I did the coconut oil and Shea butter and it worked. One of my brother's put me on an Olive Oil diet: we cooked everything. with olive oil and made me take. walks daily. I also went swimming till 7 months (I complained but then he showed me his friend who went rock-climbing 6 months pregnant and I shut up ). 3 weeks to my due date, people still. assumed I was only 5 months preggers. Odikwa risky. Swimming is very good for pregnant women. |

cococandy: But how do you prevent the thing from coming in the first place? My tummy is getting bigger and I don't want it to come then I'll start looking for cure.
Any tips? Cc: Chillisauce Efemenaxy Ifyalways Kilode100 It's mainly genetic but there are some things that help prevent or slow down its appearance. Drink lots of water. You will take about 10-12 glasses daily whether you're thirsty or not. Rub your belly, hips, thighs with coconut oil and shea butter regularly. Some foods help the body with collagen formation which is the essential thing when it comes to stretch marks.Take vegetables, eggs, chicken, nuts and whole grains well. Also try and gain weight slowly. What that means is that though you'll add weight because of the baby, you should eat healthy.Avoid fattening foods and much of vegetable oil. |

If you can take a break, then do that. You need some time to yourself to clear your head. I hope your hubby can make a change for good. When your fantasy cannot stay within the confines of your bedroom(well kitchen, toilet, garage etc),there is a problem. |

MommyD24: I don't even know where to start from... My story is way too long. I can't even believe how I got here, I just know that four years ago, I was a very bright intelligent student with so much dreams, aspirations and ambitions...but I've lost my way and can't seem to find it back. Failed relationships, a 2year old son, an extra year in school, accommodation expiring next month, no idea on how to raise the extra year's school fees or how i'll even survive. Was it all worth it?No... I've made terrible choices and mistakes.. I just feel is time to pull the curtains.. where do I go from here? Your family? How about them? |

Esthersblog: Yea, but it is not that easy. You know how hard it is to get a job, most men also have ego. He might not want to stay at home while his wife goes to work pending when he gets a job. Yes,things are tough jobwise but like i said if they work for each other in marriage,it wouldn't be a problem. She should take the job and they may observe a trial period of some months to see how it goes. They should be together within a short time. |

The first thing the wife should have done is to get a salesgirl before bringing up the idea with the sister. He also should not have allowed the wife into the bedroom in the first place. She should have managed the parlour as a visitor. Let them both make quick arrangements for a salesgirl so the SIL can leave. |

If you say the job comes with a fat pay-cheque and your hubby's job doesn't pay much,I'll say he should resign and move with you. It can work if both of you work for each other anyway. I don't like young couples living apart. |

In my secondary school, labour (cutting grass, washing plates, cleaning gutters etc.) was shared per portion.
We had a marathon race every year; you line up house by house and everyone is released at the same time.
We were not treated any different except in housing us (hostels).
Even in the dinning hall, we shared tables.
Even in NYSC camp sef, everything was same.
Anyways, we see What we want to see. Did you attend a Fed. Govt. College? |

Mindfulness: Not my cup of tea. Okay. It's not about what humble means,it's about how you want it to mean. That's alright. No law against that. Mindfulness: Sounds cool. I see no reason to humble myself, I was created in God's image. Hmmm.Jesus is described as 'the express image of the Father'.He is also said to be meek-synonym for humble(Don't bother If you are not religious.Just checking your own words). |

Mindfulness: I rather be the worst of people then.
Humble:
1. showing you do not think that you are as important as other people
Proud:
1. feeling pleased and satisfied about something that you own or have done, or are connected with

Anyone who chooses to be humble and not proud has a serious problem. No pity! Humble: 1)Having or showing a modest or low importance of self. 2)Not haughty, not arrogant Source:Merriam-webster dictionary. |

tyconcepts: Exactly what do men want??
I can agree with your point to an extent but generalizing it is outrightly crazy and mind you "money + pride" cuts across both gender not just women. I said many women so it wasn't generalizing.Of course pride cuts across both sexes so it's not just about women but we're talking about women here. A matured man is not intimidated by an independent woman and a matured, independent woman knows she is not in competition with the man and does not flaunt it. |

raayah: Pardon me if I don't see it that way. Except OP picks a fresh 16 year old gir from the orphanage home. Most homes only help you till you reach adulthood. Most of those kids get adopted.
Between adulthood and marriage, who's to say that the director of the orphanage has not been replaced If the child is adopted, then that family becomes her family. Most homes are owned by the proprietress and except they die, they decide on the child. I'm saying this because apart from the proprietress, most homes have carers and volunteers and these people become part of the family.I've actually seen a girl who was raised in a motherless babies' home get married and the home was the family. |

The proprietress of the motherless babies' home is in the best position to receive it or she may assign someone else. raayah: No need for dowry. The child may be motherless but someone raised her.If the traditional marriage is to be observed, they decide how it goes. |
