You writes as someone of diminished intellect, they do not have to come to Nigeria to enforce anything...The plaintiffs are suing for monetary damages and compensations and should they win, an order can be enforced against Nigeria assets including monies and the plaintiffs will be made whole through that process. In admission a lost in an international human right case will paint Nigeria in bad light international will affect the Nigeria's government efforts to get favors abroad.

Finally, Nigeria cannot sue for 'atrocities' committed by US Army in the Middle East, because Nigeria does not have standing as they are not injured...and for your information the US government pays lots of compensations behind close doors to many of those families abroad affected by US wars, many are given cash rewards, other family members remaining in some cases are given priority entrance into US to start a new life - all paid for by the US government, hence you do not see many of those human right violation cases against the US.
Who is talking about Nigeria suing. I am talking about Nigeria prosecuting a case against the US army and government in a case where the plaintiffs are victims.

What is stopping Nigerian lawyers from proceeding to the Middle East and getting the necessary evidences and witness statements and return to Nigeria to file a suit before a court in Kano.

Isn't that the same scenario with the US lawyers?

It is the USA that will get tired when lawsuits start springing up all over the world against the government.

He's indirectly calling for a genocide against ipob members who will stake their lives for him in event of an arrest and a genocide against them is what the international community is waiting for.

Remember, ipob is neither violent nor armed and are seen as being vulnerable.

Kanu is smart , let's see if buhari will play into his hands again.
Nowhere in the world is the lawful arrest of an accused on the charges of treason, who is violating the bail that can be revoked by the same court, considered as unlawful action. It is only in the self entitled head of Nnamdi Kanu, that he is always the victim and not the aggressor.

The government has approached the court to revoke Kanu's bail. Any attempt to resist his lawful rearrest that is granted by the court, is going to be Kanu's headache.

Any anarchy or genocide that stems from executing a lawfully mandated arrest that is resisted by Kanu who wants to employ a human shield, will be easily ascribed to Kanu, and he will be prosecuted for any such incidents also.

All that Kanu has said and is still saying is already evidence with all the world powers he is trying to associate with by force and by deception.

Then, Chimezie fought back with another post: “May God Almighty give you all the trouble Biafra citizens is facing may it extend to ur first and forth generation.”
When the Americans refused to give him the attention of a civilized society he craved for, he just had to shi.t on the American site like a pig from the jungle that he comes from.

What a shame.

So your own concern is that she is Awolowo's grand daughter, as though that wasn't already public information?

Awolowo stole money from Igbos? Was the money Biafran pounds, and did he enter into their homes to steal it?

Awolowo's greatest mistake was to ensure that all Igbo property in the West and Lagos under his influence were returned unlike the SouthSouth. At least the hate would have been justified.
He also ensured that all federal allocations accruable to the East Central state throughout the duration of the war, was immediately credited to the state after the war.

And IPOB rallies and Radio Biafra propaganda are not hateful and inciting?

Today's rally already revealed Kanu canvassing for war and murder if the government attempts a lawful arrest.

Does the UN and US and UK condone the threats made by Nnamdi Kanu today, against a lawful arrest of an accused for the charge of treason who is wildly violating his bail conditions and for which the prosecution has lawfully approached the court to revoke a bail that is not being respected?

Only if Nigeria is a jungle would Kanu not have his bail revoked by the same court that granted it.

All Kanu has proved since securing his bail is that he does not belong in a civilized and lawful society.

Kanu was granted bail under the law, and his bail can be revoked under the same law.

He remains an accused undergoing criminal prosecution, like all others allover Nigeria and the whole world. So why should his rearrest if warranted by the court, be a call for war?

Only in a zoo will that be deemed abnormal.

“Tell buhari that I'm in Aba and any person who comes to arrest Nnamdi Kanu in Biafra land will die here. I'll never go on exile I assure you."
I concur that Nigeria is worse than a zoo.

If an accused under trial and enjoying a bail with limiting conditions can make the above statement freely without fear, then Nigeria is a jungle without any government.

I hope the UN and USA and UK and the irrelevant Israel are recording all the evidence being supplied by IPOB, threatening the lawful arrest of an accused who is being prosecuted for treason.

Soon some people will claim they are victims, when the records suggests they are the ones fomenting trouble.

which year did Aisha gave birth to Halima?
Atleast we know it was after she was married to Buhari in 1989, after Buhari was released in 1988.

The specific year is not relevant, except that Aisha was not married till she was 18yrs and 10months old, and she was not a baby mama before her marriage.

Ultimately proving that Buhari is not a paedophile like you falsely alleged because Nnamdi Kanu sowed hatred in you.

Since you don't even know their ages, why did you then make false claim below since the start of this argument?

Arda1000:
sorry man buhari impregnated Aisha when she was 12 check your facts
Atleast I have already enlightened you on when Aisha was born and when she was married without being a baby mama. We know that none of her children are older than their mother's wedding anniversary, irrespective of their specific ages.

Just like we know that Kanu Nwankwo married Amara who was 18yrs old then in 2005 and she was not a baby mama. As such, we already know that none of Amara's children with Nwankwo Kanu is older than their wedding anniversary, irrespective of their specific ages.

So if you have no knowledge of their specific ages, and you do not dispute the public knowledge of Buhari's whereabouts after his military regime was toppled by IBB, and you do not dispute the public knowledge that he divorced his only known wife after he was released from prison in 1988, and you do not dispute the public knowledge that he married Aisha in December 1989, and you do not dispute the fact that Aisha Buhari was born in February 1971.

Why then do you insist that Buhari is a paedophile for marrying an 18yr old woman, as Nwankwo Kanu also did without you labelling him too a paedophile?

Why is the heart of man desperately wicked and hypocritical?

Why must man lie to himself to feel accomplished?

did she have any children with pmb? if yes I can do with their ages
You should supply us their ages since you have made claims that should have facts backing you.

I have already told you that all of the 5 younger children of Buhari with Aisha are all younger than their marriage anniversary of 28yrs. It is also public knowledge that they only just started graduating from university.

Halima who is the oldest just passed out from law school last year or so, Zahra and Yusuf just graduated between 2015 and 2016. And they are the 3 oldest of Aisha Buhari's children.

That you are agitating for independence or hate your president, is not a reason to destroy your own intelligence.

We know the oldest is Halima who passed law school and got called to Bar during the current Buhari regime. president and she isn't up to 27yrs yet.

We also know Buhari was not married to Aisha while he was military head of state. We also know that Buhari was in jail from 1985 to 1988 in Benin City. We know he divorced his previous wife Safinatu after he was released and married Aisha Buhari in 1989.

It is public knowledge that Aisha Buhari is 46yrs old.

Dude, just own up to your idiocy.

I have already proved to you how she was married in 1989 and without any kids prior to marriage, as such she has no child with Buhari that is older than their marriage anniversary. I have also enlightened you how it is public knowledge that Buhari was kept in jail by IBB from 1985 to 1988, after which Buhari divorced his only known wife, and in December 1989 married the 18yrs10months old Aisha buhari.

All of the above is public knowledge about a former military head of state. It is not hidden.

Hence she did not get married to Buhari at the age of 12yrs or 10yrs or 5yrs, like IPOB propaganda suggest. Must you insist that your idiotic falsehoods must be facts?
