She was well educated and comfortable not to be a child bride, and she was 18yrs and just 2months shy of being 19yrs when she married Buhari. None of their 5 children together is as old as 28yrs that their marriage anniversary will be by December 2017.

Because Nigeria is a lawless country. A law court acquitted Kanu of all charges without any bail condition. The FG didn't release him because it didn't suit them. Ecowas court asked FG to release Kanu. It didn't suit them, they held on him. When the finally got what suited them, they brought it to Kanu.

The federal government itself withdrew charges against Kanu at a lower court, submitting to the court a decision to pursue the case at a higher court. As such Nnamdi Kanu was discharged by the judge because the government had no case against him anymore before that court.

The same government prosecution that withdrew the case,then filed the charges at a higher court, and Kanu was granted bail having filed for one. The federal government simply tabled more charges and he was retained under arrest till he finally got bail for the current charges against him.

Kanu's actual trial is yet to begin under any court, hence could not have been acquitted of charges that are still pending before the judge.

The federal government is not prosecuting Kanu in ECOWAS court, as such ECOWAS court cannot grant bail to an accused that was never brought before it for justice by the prosecution.

The Hisbah you are yapping about was established by state and are lawful entity. They have concerned themselves with the sharia related objectives for which they were established.

The state government has the right to create agencies a la LASTMA or LAWMA of Lagos, and the sharia that is state law enables the creation of such sharia police to monitor compliance. Abia or Anambra or Imo, also have state agencies that range from traffic, to sanitation etc. States also have some measure of input in the security setup that exist within their respective boundaries.

States have authority.

Kanu is just an individual. How long will it take you people to understand that Kanu is not a constituted authority?
