I'm not sure what some of you read. This is just the response of CSU counsel, and to the effect that they are not comfortable about the scope of discovery sort by the plaintiff, Atiku.

They stated that a Tinubu, now presumed to be the president of Nigeria, graduated from CSU. A Tinubu attending CSU is not in contention. It is also not expressly alleged that this Tinubu did not attend the institution, only that the discovery sort after is to enable the plaintiff to understand why there are obvious discrepancies in the diplomas issued and why, including miscellaneous issues therein, including the suspicious departure of a certain individual from the institution.

And this information will be relevant in a possible further litigation of the matter pending at the PEPT at a higher instance. This satisfies the question of "Show cause".

The relief sort is competent under US law and I believe the Judge will grant them.
You are so foolish in trying so hard to be stupid.

So why is The university acknowledging that the Bola Tinubu they are referring to is the President of Nigeria?

Or better still, why is the university deferring to the objections of the Bola Tinubu that is the President of Nigeria and not the imaginary female Bola Tinubu that should be communicating from the grave?

You need to be rehabilitated from idiocy.

Finitto.

For those who do not have power to read, let me paraphrase in pidgin.

The school say Tinubu, the president of Nigeria attend their school and graduate for 1979.

They come add say, they non understand how school when person attend and graduate in 1979 go heip Atiku Abubakar case for election when they do for 2023 for faraway Nigeria. As in school for 1979 and election for 2023, say as an institution of learning say they non understand the correlation.

They con even talk say if non be say na court tell them to provide this information, e for be like say the person wen make de request na werey, otherwise, how you go talk say they case you don close your case for Nigeria but you wan get information when non concern your case but in case of future case. Na so all of una de think for that una country abi na just this Abubakar?

The school con even vex the more con say, what nonsense? What effrontery? How dare you qwestion our criteria for admitting students into our university? what is your business about how we decide to admit our students, IS IT YOUR ADDMISSION? Do you think our school is a local school. Kai, which kind see finish be this? They still say, they agree fully with Tinubu wen talk say the other information wen dem de ask for non concern Atiku. Werda he get gel friend for school o, or he de late come class o or any of those private information non concern the school as they get better things to do with their time. Time wenn dem suppose de use do research they go de uses am attend to nonsense inquiries.

Abeg the letter is very funny that I am almost tempted to think it is fake.
As in, the school sef dey vex say na so Nigerian politics no get direction.

The school is obviously tired of Nigerians making the same enquiry all the time, hoping that their prejudices would be upheld rather than dispelled.

Emefiole.

I like how he severely punished those who embraced suffering due to cash scarcity in the hopes that their candidate will win.

Las las, na Tinubu win the election, got sworn in as President, and even became ECOWAS chairman.

Since then, those people have hated ECOWAS like they hate Osus in their midst.

They have hated democracy like they used to hate Niger Republic when Buhari was in power.

They now love military coups like they love IPOB.

Atiku might be cumming, Obi might be couping, but it is Tinubu that is ruling with his policies now.

You are the dumb person here sir. Yes! ECOWAS is a West African regional block, but Tinubu is the foolish criminal every sane person knows whose illegitimate presidency is being contested in Nigerian law court, but hurriedly went to add the ECOWAS leadership to it. because he knows the constitutional implications of his being there

That the US, France, and the West are using the heroin drug baron and man whose entire life have been all shade of criminality( from genealogy till date) as a proxy to fight the Nigerien war and continue to exploit the continent is no hidden secret.

Even Buhari, Babangida and Abacha told the world to avoid sanctioning Nigeria when they did their military coups back then and ECOWAS was still toothless and useless. Meanwhile what has the ECOWAS done about all the power-drunk sit-tight geriatric and autocratic presidents like Paul Biya of Cameroon?

If you're still in doubt.Check all the newspapers captions across the world. Nobody is addressing ECOWAS but Tinubu because it is known fact that he is using the proxy war to legitimate his illegitimate presidency. A fish always starts to rot from the head.

Let them ensure that democracy is restored to Niger Republic, and the legitimate President is also returned to power.

Obidients are looking up to judiciary in Nigeria over a contested presidential election that an Igbo candidate claimed the winner did not merit.

Same Obidients are also the ones supporting a military junta that illegally and treasonably sacked a democratically elected government.

Same Obidients want ECOWAS and other foreign nations to respect the sovereignty of Niger, even when the legitimate government wants those world powers to remove the military junta, so that the legitimate government can return to its constitutional duties.

Obidients want the very same foreign powers to help them remove the democratically elected President of Nigeria. They have written letters to ask that the President in Nigeria should not be recognised. They have forgotten that Nigeria is also a sovereign state - one that is even having the legitimate and democratically elected President in power.

What do Obidients truly want?

The majority of Obidients are Peter Obi's fellow Igbos who wanted to achieve their tribal agenda, so all queued up behind the same failure they had condemned in the past.

What is their moral character judging by all their unstable interests that conflict with each other?

Truth is many of us who grew up with knowledge of our uncles, aunties, and cousins residing in the UK, do not really rate them highly when it comes to generosity.

We were struggling here.

They were struggling there.

Not many Africans make it big in the UK.

Those Nigerians who live large in the UK, actually made their money in Nigeria and spend it in the UK.

I agree.

If a child has no academic challenge that was evident in the concluded term or session, the holiday is for rest and play, or better still acquiring vocational or extracurricular skills as you have espoused.

But many parents are looking for a means to abandon their own responsibility of care, while some are obsessed with academics to the point that they are willing to turn their children to academic robots.

winkTruly!

I remember when Fr Alia was drawing large crowds to the presidential and gubernatorial campaigns in Benue state.

Even when Obidients knew the truth that this Father go spoil things for Peter Obi, they kept reassuring themselves that the large turnout was only for Fr Alia and would not reflect on the presidential election.

Some even went as far as saying that Fr Alia could lose the election if he continues to carry Tinubu matter on his head, and that the presidential election in Benue was strictly between LP and PDP.

Sadly for them, Fr Alia ensured he used his popularity to win Benue State for the Muslim-Muslim ticket of Tinubu and Shettima.

Many have a lot to learn about national politics that Tinubu mastered to win the highest votes in SouthWest, NorthWest, and NorthCentral.

You and your kind often amuse me..😂.

Fortunately, the advantage you wield above the others is your ability to express your opinions lucidly.

Miscreants and destitutes under bridges and in bus stops currently, cannot be returned to anywhere because they're indigenous Lagosians. Best your government can do is rehabilitate and resettle them for societal benefits.

And as per your assumption of existing guilt, there is none on this end, I most certainly can assure you. I am not a part of your usual victims of hate and slander.
So those returned to the North and Anambra were Yoruba?

Or the Igbos were picked from their shops at Alaba or Idumota?

It is obvious that just like Gov Peter Obi, you cannot stand the shame that Igbos left their villages to be destitute under the bridges of Lagos.

You lots are irredeemable.

Anyway, we no dey look Uche face as far as developing our state is concerned.

You can dance around historical events all you want and seek to hide under the cloak of ambiguity, but we both know what you meant when you posited that government should round up "miscreants" and send them back to their "states of origin".

This subject of discourse is not about Obi or his time in governance. It is about Lagosians sleeping in bus stops and turning same to tax offices and market places..😂. If you're half as smart as you claim to be, give the needed advice to your Lagos government to create employment opportunities for your youths so they'll stop touting and sleeping in public facilities.
We don't both know the same thing.

Fashola returned Yorubas, Northerners, and Igbos to their origins.

It was Igbos who lamented and wailed endlessly.

So when I say the state government should reenact the same policy to return the miscreants and destitute, I did not intend any particular tribe or the absence of Yorubas.

You alone are responsible for your misunderstanding, fuelled by guilt.

And Lagos State is not responsible for every Nigerian looking for a job in Lagos.

Let them return to their state of origin which they recently departed to come reside under the bridges of Lagos.

Fashola understood this, Sanwo-Olu should understand also that Lagos is not responsible for the burden of every other state.

Stop wailing like Igbos were wailing then.

People sleeping in bus stops and under bridges are Lagosians and Yoruba people, not other tribes.

It's a well established fact that the average Lagosian is poised to selling off or leasing his landed assets for the monetary benefits, because he feels he can never be stranded in "his home". And guess who constitutes the available target market? Strangers from other states.

No sane indigene of another state will move to Lagos without making adequate plans for his or her accommodation needs. Even if in a war situation where refugees become a realistic phenomenon, those refugees make efforts to locate kinsmen wherever they're going.

Only a proper Lagosian will feel confident enough to turn a bus stop to his bedroom and even have the audacity to be taking levies from traders using the same spot, the very next morning. And even you know this.

So this rhetoric about Igbos or other Southerners constituting nuisances, is a stale line that no longer flies. Walk to those bus stops and you'll hear those individuals speaking very "thick" yoruba with an indigenous accent. That can only be inherited and not learnt.. grin
I don't see where I mentioned tribe in my submission, unless you are still feeling the heat of Fashola's policy that he copied from Anambra, by returning Yorubas, Northerners, and Igbos to their states of origin?

We all remember those who wailed tirelessly about the matter. More so, the feminine voiced Governor who ran to President Jonathan rather take responsibility for his people who were returned to him after they had escaped the poverty and visionlessness of his administration just to reside under the bridges of Lagos.

The Lagos State Government must do what Fashola copied from other state Governments.

They need to round up the miscreants and those who are destitute, and send them back to their respective states of origin.

For those who station their wares there to sell, they should be warned to desist, and their wares should be seized the very next time they are found within that space.

You need to be a tough Government to manage a stubborn people who would always give excuses why they must even apportion the sidewalks of the roads to themselves while the pedestrian is pushed to the busy road.

It would seem many have lost their ability to be professional due to the love of social media and gossip blogs.

Did Tinubu rig the election by coming a strong 2nd in all the Northern states that Atiku won, or a very strong 2nd in the 2 SouthWest states he lost by only a few thousands of votes?

Many are in need of rehabilitation after putting their hopes on a candidate who could not find any path to the Presidency.
