Racoon: BREAKING: We are not Useless – Nigerian Army replies UK paper
The Nigerian Army has said that it is a globally respected agency. This is in response to an Editorial by The Economist of the United Kingdom (UK) on Saturday where the Muhammadu Buhari administration was described as incompetent, and criticised for being ‘unable to curb corruption’. The piece was titled ‘The Crime Scene at the Heart of Africa’.
The publication also accused the Nigerian Army of selling weapons to insurgents, just as it pointed out that ‘insurgency, secessionism and banditry threaten Nigeria’.
But Nigerian authorities are thoroughly displeased with the report, and have fired back.
In a statement on Saturday by Brigadier-General Onyema Nwachukwu, the Nigerian Army Spokesperson, the agency said it is “certainly not what the so-called report by the Economist tried to characterize it”.

According to the whose name Mokoena Sekhonyana Jobohe, the lady in question complimented his looks and “began following him while he mingled with folks” at the party.

However after he pushed her away and exited the room, she began screaming that he was trying to rape her.
Jobo wrote; ‘‘Met This chick at a house party in Melville South Africa. She said I was handsome and started following me as I mingled with folks. I didn’t pay any attention to it until I walked towards the hallway looking for the bathroom.
When I opened my new of the doors it was a bedroom, she shoves me in and quick slammed the door, locked it and hit the lights. I wasn’t feeling her like that so I pushed her off me and tell her to chill. She kept trying to kiss me and and I then over powered her and turned on the lights. I told her I’m not feeling her like that and to back off. I unlocked the door and when I came out the bedroom sweating and angry her girlfriends were in the hallway. They said where is she??
She then comes out of the room screaming “he tried to rape me!!” Immediately these guys started jumping me. I was screaming she came at me!! I started fighting who I could. The police were called and the chic was crying and screaming! They show up and handcuff me then started man handling me. The owner of the house came running out screaming “where did this happen?” She screamed “in the first room before the bathroom” he then said I have a camera in there that’s my office!
The camera records videos and audios let me show you officers. The chick immediately stopped crying. As I stood there in cuffs, I waited for them to come back. When they did, the officer said uncuff him and arrest her! The men I was fighting immediately apologized. That was my last party on the 16th of December 2019.”

JInseiMatters: Pastor Wf kumuyi was addressing infidelity in marriages, but this time he hit the nail at the very head. He turned to the Husbands and said if your WIFE is not BEAUTIFUL, its your fault. He went further to give an in-depth analysis and then proved his point.
The reason because most husbands (guys) compare their wives with other ladies, is because most times they see their wives at the wrong times while they see those other ladies at the right time. He said, most times Husbands see their wives when they are stressed up in kitchen, in the morning when they just woke up with stinking mouth and unkempt hair etc. However, they see those other ladies only in their best moments, when they dress to kill, with full make-up, bathed with expensive perfume, etc.
postbox: Plans are underway in Kano state, Nigeria to produce 150 MW of electricity from waste. This was announced by Capegate Investment Limited, a Nigerian-based company that specializes in Biotechnology and Waste management, approximately three months after it signed a 20-year public-private partnership with the Kano State Government and took over waste management in the state.
Speaking on the aforementioned plans, Bello Abba Yakasai, the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) said that next year, they will generate 10 megawatts of electricity and in the next five years, depending on how the typology of waste changes, will yield to 150 megawatts for Kano and Jigawa.
A part of a larger waste recycling plan According to the Capegate Investment COO, the plan to produce 150 MW of electricity from waste in Kano is a part of a larger plan where the company intends to establish three major industries.
“One of the industries is what we call a transfer station. This is where all the wastes including plastic, metals, and aluminium among others, will be sorted. The sorted out waste will be recycled or transformed into other products. High-density plastic (HDP) and tires would be converted into burnable oil, while low-density plastic would be converted into shopping bags, water bottles, and other relevant products.”
“The next phase is the diversification industry. In here we will be converting biodegradable waste to produce gas and create steel, which in turn, would be processed into turbines to produce electricity. Under this phase/industry, we hope to facilitate the generation of at least 10 megawatts of electricity before the end of next year (2022),” explained Mr. Yakasai.
In the third industry food waste and bio-waste would be turned into organic fertilizer, which is safer health-wise on crops and human consumption.
