not all Nigeria use car are bad.but 70% are dead cars. am enjoying my Honda accord big time the a.c na die.even at low the a.c freezes.the sound system fire for fire.the gear box changes well and engine steam.I fill my tank and I don't allow my tank to even near half before I fill.Honda cars are very strong and enjoyable. maintain it and it wil serve you.Honda all the way.at least with 520k I got a good Honda.

2.Expecting people to run at pedestrian crossings. Its actually the pedestrians way but he let you use it. So next time be calm.

3.Flashing your full lights in a neighbourhood street. You drive into a street filled with people with your full lights on, driving ethics demands you dim those lights.

Correct, but with the rate some rogue children run across narrow streets between 6pm and 8pm, you sometimes need to honk at intervals in addition to the lights on dim and reserve the high beam as payback for those who don't know it's wrong to drive on high beam.

4. Encroaching on pedestrian walk ways. Simply explained,dont inconvenience the pedestrian by driving into his walking space.

How many roads are even wide enough to comfortably take 2 cars drive side by side? And then with all those who trade or park vehicles on roads.... Pedestrian walkways are almost nonexistent.

5. Indiscriminate Spitting out of the car window with a car behind.



Driving mastered,ethics learnt, happy driving people.

Some people are just.... And throwing out trash too.

The average Nigerian used 2004 to date car being sold for that price is problematic; requiring an expensive fix.

Jejely look for something within your immediate environment if you can't go there with an open mind by yourself. You go to the North and car may not be worth the stress, and you may not get a mechanic you trust to inspect it for you there.

Dealer won't bring car because it's too much trouble going cross country. But if you trust dealer enough to come after sending money to bring it down, then try it out.

I don't care about what transpired between those two, the focus is on the rape/kidnap allegation. Touching her to retrieve his key is not prove enough to label him rapist.
If they don't settle out of court and the guy has a good lawyer, the guy will win this case.

He's suing her for things she did so he won't take her into his house.

His argument that he drove to a safe place which was not even far from the lady's pick up location is tenable in court. If his house is where he feels safe, fine!. Remember he is the plaintiff and he is suing the lady for defamation. Its the lady that needs to prove beyond reasonable doubt the plaintiff is truly a rapist and kidnapper he alleged him to be.

Remember she didn't only accuse him in the heat of the moment when they had the misunderstanding, she published the Guy's picture and called him a rapist/kidnapper on social media hours after the whole saga. If there is anything like "premeditated defamation of character" then she should be guilty of that as well.

Its either the guy goes to jail for raping and kidnapping or he gets discharged, acquitted and of course compensated. Your guess is as good as mine.

Why didn't he take her back to the pick up location?
Would he have done the same thing to a passenger whom he's sure could overpower him in a fight?

He is suing after breaching contract, taking to an unknown location (his house) against her will - after which she removed key from ignition, touching her without her consent - after which she used the pepper spray on him.
As much as I pity the guy, he took too many wrong moves.

Why the emphasis on her speaking Yoruba?
If he doesn't understand the language, how did he know she was relating their location to the person on the other end of the line?
Why assume she was calling people to harm him when he was the one who disagreed to continue with the trip under the guise of not knowing her destination while the lady claims he requested to have the trip in cash or offline?
His big mistake was taking the girl to his house. Who does that?

Not advisable if the primary reason for taking loan is to buy car you will give to a driver and if only means of repaying is gonna be driver proceeds.

You can't charge them using the regular home-made electrical output else, you damage the programming. You need special charging stations for these vehicles, bro. which are ONLY available here in the U.S and NOT in any other place in the world which is why they've not gone abroad yet.
