It can be recalled that yet-to-be identified thugs had set the Complex on fire in October. Brainless politicians and they will still use citizens money to rebuild it. Dishonorable Honorables everywhere without common sense. |

coins501: Oh shut up and stop commenting on things you know next to nothing about, you appear stupid doing so. Firstly the location is not undisclosed, it's in Government house and for your information, they formed a quorum as soon as those assembly members decamped as they seized to be members of the house. I'm also sure you're not aware that two persons from the 27 have already moved to the side of the Governor and more will follow. Oga coins501 no vex, did I step on your toes or kick you in the scrotum that makes you scream and sweat that much. Your vituperation shows your level of ignorance of the law. So continue in your ignorance, for he who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool, shun him. |

chisomkachy: The Rivers State House of Assembly is sitting under the temporarily declared Court-backed Speaker, Rt Hon Ehie Edison.
The sitting is holding in an undisclosed location.
Gov Fubara has officially communicated the N800b Budget of Rekindled Hope and it is expected to be passed sooner than later.
Previous Thread: https://www.nairaland.com/7938756/high-court-confirms-edison-authentic/4#127451832 How many members of the House Assembly are in this undisclosed location. I am quite sure, there is no quorum and yet they are making appointments and reviewing budget. It seems these politicians don’t have a brain and when the judiciary do the needful, they will be shouting up and down followed by their cronies and hired crowds and so called journalists |

You guys should think and just stop abusing people. Not everything is politics. Let’s just wait and see. The internet never forget. A year or two from now, you will eat your word. |

Naija2023: The price of fuel will not drop. Wake up from your delusion . Crude oil is priced on international price. Dangote refinery was a major investment in dollars with alot of foreign staffs, foreign bank loans and foreign investors.
It can only reduce the price by 50 naira per litre maximum which is the cost per litre in transporting PMS from Europe and Asia to Nigeria.
However, since there is already some subsidy in the current PMS at 600 to 700 naira, dangote refinery won't reduce the price by 1 naira. it will only reduce the cost of give subsidy by about 50 naira . Another armchair economist, sitting under the iroko tree drinking palm wine and snuffing tobacco, the man from the land of rising wailers. |

nairalanda1: Dangote refinery won't reduce the price of fuel at all.
The man has to pay loans, pay competitive wages so that workers do not japa, pay taxes and pay maintenance and upgrade costs.
Government thanks to years of mismanagement of which tinubu was a part of , has no money for subsidies So says Nairalanda1, the man from the land of rising wailers. |

tinsel: In 2009, when Obi was the governor of Anambra state, his 2009 budget for Governor's office was higher than that of education and health combined. Compare below his 2009 budget with that of Chimaraoke. Should we discuss how, under your leadership, Anambra budgeted N5.8 billion and N5.3 billion for the Executive Governor's office in 2009 and 2008, respectively, while the total budget for education was just N2.8 billion?
The way Obi talks about health and education, you would think he spent a lot on capital expenditure for them - Governor's office : ₦5.8B - Edu: ₦2.8B - Health: ₦1.5B Compare this with @ChimarokeNamani 2005 budget: - Governor's Office: ₦1.4B - Edu: ₦10.7B - Health: ₦4.3B The man - Peter Gregory Obi lies a lot, out of that gap tooth of his proceeds lies, propaganda and half-truths. |
