yeah, the fight was tough, sure kakashi might not be able to stand itachi, kakashi has got a whole lot of skills and he as a better fight reading mode than itachi, if u have seen any edition of naruto's movie ull understand.. but lets talk about sasori, sakura and chiyoba.. what you think will happen

The old womans name is 'chiyoba sama' well from my reviews too Gara aint dead yet, the one tail issue was disrupted by the konoha jounins (kakashi, naruto, sakura, lee san, guy, tenten and neji) its gone along way from there sha, naruto and kakashi av gone to help gara, while chiyoba and sakura are fighting with sasori (the master pupeter, he also happens to be chiyoba sama's grand son )..

well as an ex-skinny guy, my advice is this,

1, rest well.
2, eat well too, u could use mulitivatamin drugs to enhance your appetite.
3, just do light work outs, like curls, push ups, and triceps builds. (they dont av to come regular)
just anytime you feel like is okay, but make it a lil frequent for a start. probably once a day b4 bathing..
4. Avoid too much off stressfull activities during the day,
5. talk less, think less and try to sleep deep at nights.
try that for 1-2 months there sure should be a diff. except you av be evil spelled by ur late great grand mother to remain a skinny bone 4 life

the body builds and excercise would be too stressfull and more like a rush, just keep it simple, and track your weight frequently, when you notice a change, it gives you more encouragement..

nairaland is a forum we all know that, but what makes or justifies the amount of traffic that there is would be the more things we could do on it. I feel nairaland should have extra stuffs like

a good interface would do the forum a great deal too, stufs like directories, event calenders, blogs . also i think a chatting room would not be a bad idea. ill add more stuffs after i get to see more comments from other people
