Tinubu seems to be such an enigma. He has kept his enemies very busy over nothing or very little substance.

The CSU documents that I have seen online so far if authentic may have completely rendered the whole matter of forgery very watery.

Even the opposition supporters are now trying to repeat all they did earlier, most of which the CSU documents and position have rendered doubtful.

The Chicago State University (CSU) has released the academic records of President Bola Tinubu, following requests by Atiku Abubakar, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the presidential election.

Over the weekend, the US district court for the northern district of Illinois ordered the CSU to release the academic records of Tinubu.

In response to Abubakar’s third request — which was to release a copy of the diplomas issued in 1997 — the university said certificates match the format of the Tinubu replacement dated June 27, 1997.

“The documents responsive to this request which CSU, after diligent search, has been able to locate are produced herewith and Bates labelled CSU 0008 through CSU 0010. The students’ names on these diplomas have been redacted for privacy reasons. CSU is also producing, Bates labelled as CSU 0011 and 0012, diplomas produced for other CSU students (with their names redacted for privacy) which match the format of the Tinubu replacement dated June 27, 1997,” the university wrote.



Several samples of diplomas (certificates) awarded in 1979 to other students were released by the university as demanded by Abubakar.

Tinubu had previously claimed to have lost his original certificates but presented a replacement for his CSU diploma to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2023 presidential election.

In the new documents released by CSU, Tinubu was addressed as a “Mr” in what looked like an admission letter.

He also ticked “male” in the undergraduate admissions application form.

However, some of the transcripts circulating on the internet read “F”, suggesting “female”.

The samples of diplomas issued in 1997 released by CSU bear the same font and logo of what Tinubu submitted to INEC, but there is a discrepancy in the date.

CSU had, in its affidavit, taken responsibility for the discrepancy, blaming it on clerical error.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna has rejected the judgment of the governorship election petition tribunal affirming the election of Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

On Thursday, the tribunal upheld the victory of Uba Sani as governor of the state.

The three-man panel via Zoom, affirmed Sani’s victory on “technical grounds”.

In a two against one dissenting verdict, the panel ruled against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Isah Ashiru, for premature filing of the application for pre-hearing.

The tribunal led by Victor Oviawie said the petition was considered abandoned as argued by Uba’s lawyers.

On the merit of the case, the tribunal held that if the petition had not been dismissed on technical grounds, it would have ordered a supplementary election in 22 polling units within 90 days.

Reacting, Alberah Catoh, Kaduna PDP publicity secretary, in a statement on Friday, said the party will seek redress at the court of appeal.

Catoh said a review of the verdict by the party’s lawyer indicated that the judgment did not meet the requirements of substantive justice.

He further argued that the verdict was not in alignment with extant electoral laws, guidelines and regulations.

“The party has accordingly directed its lawyers to appeal the judgment at the court of appeal, Abuja, within the timeframe specified by law,” NAN quoted Catoh as saying.

He also urged teeming PDP supporters across the state to be calm and of good cheer, in the belief that though the walk to justice is slow, they would reach their destination.

It's not only the IREV-Printed CTC results that the INEC produced.

You are still not answering my question. Which one of those documents are blurred? Forms EC8 from IREV or all every order documents INEC certified?

INEC certified the blurred copies that it was printed from the IREV. But is the IREV the basis for declaring results? There are original copies and there are agent copies. INEC tabulate their results from the hard copies.

Those copies were from IREV because the labor party requested them as they wanted to prove that the nonuse of IReV is against the electoral act.

Please, the burred copies are only from the 18000 printed from IREV which i attributed to wrong snapping at the polling booths. There are still originals and party agents also should have their own copies. The truth of the matter is labor party did not have agents.
