There is no tribe in Nigeria that hates the Igbos more than the South South. It was the only place an Igbo man failed to recover his property after the civil war.
In all the elections in Nigeria before this Jonathan' s election, they had voted in line with the North. We lost the civil war due to there sabotage.

As per the constitution all Buhari is needed to do is write a letter to the national assembly that he is going on vacation. Automatically, the vice president becomes the acting president. He does not even need to mention the vice president any where in the letter.
