It is not the job of Rivers State to fly air raids or patrol border for national assets. At the moment that job belongs to FG.

This cannot be the first shipment of armoured equipments into the country. If under Buhari's administration of scrutiny, and one in which the Director of Customs himself is a hawkeye, they can attempt to smuggle in armoured airships you can imagine under Jonathan and with an Ibo at the helm of affairs in Customs how many dangerous and counter-security equipments has been brought in under cover.

But one confusing part of the story,and I want those in the know to help me out here. Is James Ibori not a British Citizen? I am about 98% sure he is,via marriage to his wife who is British by birth and they both lived in England for years as a couple.

So,can the Nigerian Government force the British Government to send Ibori back to Nigeria?considering the fact he is British too?
If he is a British citizen, Britain will not allow that because Ibori can claim that he will not receive a fair trial.

All these boils back to incoherence in the leadership style of the president. If there is any coherence, how can the dss acting contrary to the President's decision? Is the dss suppose to submit such report to the Senate or the presidency? Honestly Buhari is not ready for serious governance!
