Please i need information from some one knowledgeable in the house. My son applied to a South Africa private univesity for an undergraduate study with O'level WAEC. He was offered a one year High certificate course. I called the school and they said after one year he will now proceed to 3 years bachelor degree program. The school did not mention any saqa/hesa. And this issue of saqa/hesa is also confusing to me. Now i want to apply for study permit for him. My question is since the offer admission stated one year Higher certificate course, do i need this saqa/hesa before i can apply for study permit for him.

This election was not won due to the popularity of Buhari. Right now due to igbo factors majority of yorubas still see APC as the best option. Igbos had reduced PDP to a tribal party. Eventually, PDP will be pushed down to only south east states, unless the igbos stop this tribal nonsense. The south south had moved on after the election, but the igbos refused to move on. The annoying thing is that Jonathan is not even an igbo man. We did not talk when the same northerners frustrated an igbo man with the brightest chance of ruling Nigeria(Alex Ekwueme). What kind of politics is this.
I am not happy with this election due to the treatment given to Tinubu even though i am not a yoruba man. But i think the yorubas had decided what is best for them. Next Ekiti will fall. But Rivers i am not too sure.
PDP has to call the igbos to order otherwise the party will continue to go down.

I am not sure about this. Buhari is quietly silencing the opposition through his foot soldiers while showing himself to Nigerians as a good person. His foot soldiers do all the dirty works without him uttering a word and in the process deceiving nigerians about who he is. By 2019 I am not sure there will be any thing left in the opposing camp.
With what happened in Ondo state, he had dealt a big blow for any hope of a third party challenging him in 2019. His foot soldiers had done the dirty work for him in ondo. And he won't talk. Always fear a man that does not talk much.

This is the first time i am really supporting a candidate in Nigeria election. I hate injustice. Tinubu really gave it all to elect Buhari and the treatment he received in return is really bad. I was hoping that yorubas in ondo state will go either for ad or pdp. But with what is happening today, it will embolden Buhari to give it to Tinubu the more. Anyway, that is there own cup of tea. I am not from that tribe.
