Some players are silent achievers and what they do on the field will go unnoticed because of where they play, who they are and the circumstances surounding their stay in such clubs. There are a lot of unsong heros in the world football fraternity and these set of players may appear "not world class"

If a world class player is a player that gets the media attention, command high wage weekly etc and not someone who has achieved as a footballer starting as a grassroot, then some brains need to be checked!!
a player should be judged by achievements be it collectively or individually not by the aesthetics that surround what the guy does on field.
