yrret: I watched with keen interest to know which set of people are actually blasting CNN, but to my surprise all name checkers are involved, from yorubas through igbos and Hausa communities were sparking in unison demanding why Nigeria wasn't mentioned.
Truely, we are deceiving yourselves down here. Irrespective of our personal beef, hatred, mismanagement and religion we still love our country more than anything when it comes to external intersection and marginalization.
It could be the reason why international communities are scared of coming to help our internal problems.
Only for CNN not mention Nigeria for news, see as full religion, ethnic groups, haters and 'hatees' become team to fire down CNN.
My Country-My Country! 9ja! I hail!!
The Simple Truth: Americans are scared of Nigeria, Thinking if more recognition is given to Nigeria, we could quickly override their country and Nigeria will just be a country where other countries will emulate from.
I can Bet, Nigeria: will one day become the world's leading country

Music lacks content and just driven by noise which can only be understood when you drugged-up.
Idris Abul-kareem, Rugged Man, Terry D rapman and Terry-G did same and we all know where they re today. People will get tired of the noise in no time
You wont compare him with artiste that have content, Though they might not be at Olamide`s peak, but its certain they will hit it over the years.

Career › Re: HND Holder Vs Third Class Degree Bsc Holder: Which Is Better? - EDUREGARD by Tmercy(m): 12:16pm On Jul 08, 2016 |
Fynestboi: Most probably, contrary to your belief, this is no fight between HND and Degree, we are just here to check and balance. Having an HND and having a Third Class BSC Degree, which one is better concerning regards for each in the employment market.
First of all, Definition of Terms for some of us who might not be so sure of what HND and Third Class BSC are :
HND Holder is one who has completed a course program at a Polytechnic in Nigeria. The certificate awarded upon completion of the program is the Higher National Diploma (HND).
BSc Holder is one who has completed an undergraduate program at a University in Nigeria. The degree awarded upon completion of the program is a Bachelor Degree (BSc).
Now, my own opinion : Since time past the HND has always being considered inferior to the BSc. This, at least, was the idea inculcated in us by the colonial masters and this mentality is what many of us still hold onto today, which is not supposed to be.
It is also important that we know that the university is an internationally recognized higher institution of learning all around the world. As such, a third class BSc holder may sometimes have the opportunity of furthering their studies in a way that the HND holder cannot because a BSc is recognized everywhere while same cannot be said for the HND. Besides, we look down on the HND ourselves in Nigeria, why then would international bodies regard it any more than we do.
Many employers today may not even include HND as one of the qualifications required for job vacancy positions. In light of this, HND holders may sometimes get automatically disqualified before even getting a chance at interview.
Another key point is, an HND holder may secure a good job real quick compared to a third class BSc holder, but the effect of this is that in the long run, a HND holder who fails to upgrade his certificate to a BSc may find himself bowing to that third class BSc holder (who has now added to his qualifications) whom he had left behind all those years ago.
Well, not to sound bias :
Over the years, Polytechnic graduates have proven themselves to be in no way inferior to their counterparts in the university.
Today, a polytechnic student can stand shoulder to shoulder with an undergraduate in the university and even surpass him/her. Besides, Polytechnics have being known to conduct more research and practical works than the university. This prepares the students adequately for what is needed to face the outside world.
In conclusion, it would be wrong of me to declare a third class degree as better than the HND.
So here we are, what's your view.
Graduating with an HND or a Third Class BSC Degree - Which is better?
SOURCE : http://eduregard.com/hnd-holder-vs-third-class-degree-bsc-holder/ Op some universities accepts HND for masters direct if u Ave a distinction or an upper, but I haven't seen d university dat will accept a third class without a PGD |

omoharry: I have attended several Igbo parties and that of the Yoruba..To be honest..Abeg i prefer the yoruba party..food, meat and drinks are readily available..food is usually not sufficient in Igbo party like that becos they must have invested that money on other things to show of at the party such as expensive wines and alcohols.so you will drink enough sha.but food is usally not in abudance.as for meat..just know that you are eating your rice with either a small meat or a largh chunk that looks like meat but is filled up with bones....abeg i prefer the yoruba owambe..i always come back happy and satisfied whenever i embark on any owambe than the other one..i am not a yoruba person so i know what i am talking about.. ori e wambe |
