Good day all, so I applied for UK visa may, 2019,after about 5months I got an email from UKVI that they had issue with my biometrics, that I should withdraw my application and I'll get a refund or I should go ahead for a review if I'm not satisfied with their response.
I sent a complaint email stating how dismayed I was with their service and what refund they want to make?
Are they going to refund my time and all the calls I've made?
My going and coming to tls all the time to check my application status?
So I got this email today, dunno what to respond..

What can I do about this

I did boss, and all they said was they'll escalate.. They've don't that 3 times now.

I got a mail that my application has been received, uptil now, no email from UKVI, I've called and sent emails.
Nb : my documents are legit, even asked my office if they've received any call or email from UKVI and they said NO.
Is anyone going through the same? This is becoming tiring.

Pls what does this mean?

Bros this one strong oooo. it means you should provide a proof ( a German language certificate at C1 level). That's to say that you should show them that your level of comprehension of the Deutsche language is very much advanced.

na I'm be say you fit sing reggae bluez and pop music for German language or you fit toast girl for German and stage am with gist for almost one hour non stop. lol

Since my previous degree was in English.
Its a masters program.

Good day all,I saw an institution that actually caught my attention,msc in marine technology,I work as a marine surveyor with bout 4yrs experience,I'll be through with my hnd by oct.
Want to know if German schools accept hnd for msc.
The msc program is for two years.

Bisometric on the 8th of November [this month], got Mail on the 24th of Nov @12:35pm that decision have been made,anothermail popped in @3:51pm, ready for collection, now it's a Friday, no courier service, got to wait till Monday, clock ticking, finger crossed, no call was made through to my office to confirm if I'm with them, as I was with admin manager on the morning of same Friday.... Not scared cos I believe it's settled but anxious and a bit nervous.... God help!

Hotel reservation
Introduction letter from where I work
Confirmation letter
Letter of leave
Pay slip
Bank account 6months print out with balance of 1,350,000
change of ownership of landed property (deed)
Car document
But I'm quite confused concerning tax document as it's been deducted by my office before remitting to my account, how do I prove to the Eco I pay my tax,though it's shown on my payslips.

With your MasterCard details they can pre-authorize your card for the amount any time after the booking even if its free cancellation. However note that pre authorization does not mean they will deduct the money. Technically what pre authorization means is that the amount will be held for a number of days and then released back to your account provided check-in date or free cancellation date is not due. some people use cards with no fund (the danger with this is that booking.com will try to pre-authorize the card an once there is no money or insufficient funds they will advise you to either fund the account or give another valid card details. if you don’t do this in a day or 2, the booking will be cancelled.
You can filter on booking.com and pick hotels with ‘No credit card needed’, in this case even if they ask for card details, the card will not pre-authorized. Advise “still use a card with no funds and don’t fund for the duration of the booking”.
Secondly, there are hotels in UK that allows free cancellation up to 12 noon or 1pm on arrival date (http://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/home)

You dont need tax clearance for visa if you are paye it will show on your pay slip how much tax was deducted if you go and pay personal income tax that is automatic refusal dont mention anything tax clearance cos they would have seen it in your pay slip

Thanks,I guess you're saying my payslip is enough to show that I pay tax and I don't need any other documentation from the tax office or my office where I work to prove that I pay tax?

Your salary coming late does not matter at all; some people are paid beginning of a month (for the previous month), middle or end; as long as it is reflected in your payslip and bank statement.

As for the £300,000 non salary transfer, personally I would say avoid it. If it is money owed you, you could provide the sender an alternative account to pay into, collect it cash or defer the payment until after your visa application. Ordinarily as your monthly income is more than the £300k one off payment, it might not matter much but you would have to explain the source of it. Now, this is the trick; it is down to the ECO to see sense in your explanation or not. Instead of going through that huddle why not just avoid it...

Actually I made the transfer with the same account I'll be using for my application and I tagged it "borrowed". Now the person will pay back soon.
(Its 300k in naira not £)

thank you all for ur helpful responses,I requested for my tax clearance from my admin/finance manager in my office and he said we pay all our workers tax with just one card ,which is in the company's name ,so I went to the tax office closer to me myself and they said I'll have to pay 5k per annum if am paying for two yes,with another 20k which makes is 30k,I don't have a problem with this,but I don't think this will show where I work,its just a personal tax stuff not in accordance to my payslip, can I use this?

Pls gurus in the house,does the fact that my salary comes late ,like on 10th sometimes affects my visa application?
And also, can I receive cash up to 300k in my Acc without been accused of lump sum.
I earn 325k per month.

I heard UK center in Victoria island now charge extra fees, how much exactly is it?
And I plan to visit the UK for Xmas and New Year, when is the best time to apply, as I've seen a requirement that says not more than three months from the day you're planning to travel, thank for your helpful responses.
