TravelRe: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 5 by Tobexin(m): 1:13pm On Jun 12, 2021
Fk1987:
Greetings gurus in the house, Pls I need candid advice..

In 2019 I applied for tourist visa through a desperate agent, here are they following he did on my uk data history. I wasn't married yet, he filled am married with a son dependent to make it look as if I have ties here, secondly he stated av been to south Africa and France but no fake stamp was on my passport, thirdly my parents and I wasn't bearing same surname, he has to use same surname with me to avoid surname discrepancy..
Finally I was denied visa but one of the reasons was immigration history and that the account statement wasn't genuine.

However, am legally married now and my wife is about to travel to UK with study route and I want to apply with her as dependent

Pls how can I go about it? @ justwise and other guru in the house, I need your candid advice. Thank you in anticipation.
Based on that highlighted part it means you have been banned probably for 10 years or more. If that last application is more than 10 years you are good to good but if not no chance for you. Account statement forgery is a very big case.

Does do your own thing ...means short cut that can lead to trouble. ....

You do know UK is good at record keeping when it comes to breaking laws and even things like ILR has a section that can be affected in terms of good characters.

E easy to advice wrong thing but sadly when wahala starts na only person go carry the heavy cross.
even somebody that have been to prison with bad record gets ILR as he meets other criteria or give reference to anyone you know that have been denied ILR owing to your claim and not hearsay. I am not advising people to engage in criminality but the way you guys portray the system to be is not like so. The Uk system is built on lies and deceit. I know this is a faceless forum everybody get he own thing.

Please can I drive with my Nigeria International drivers license here in the UK?

I've got just the provisional license which I can't drive with till I get the full license.

Also, when insuring the car, I'm I using my provisional license or International license for it?
Simple trick: use your provisional license to get insurance

Then drive with your Nigerian local or International driving license for one year.

People argue a lot on Nairaland even on topics they are not informed about, instead of just learning. Even in the example he gave, having an MBBS or MD with a license to practice medicine in the US is still not enough to qualify you to practice medicine there. You still need residency training. Get an MBBS and a medical license (USMLE) - you still cannot practice medicine in the US if you don't go through residency.
you hit the nail on the head bro! I don’t understand why some people will come out here to misinform people. He is arguing on what he doesn’t have an idea of, who knows he
might still be a jambite.

Kindly revert back to my first post.
She can have a masters degree in nursing, however if the intention is to practice nursing, it's impossible without the rn or first degree. The best the the person can indulge in, is research, but not practice.

For instance here, there are people with MBBS and MD degrees, but not licensed to practice medicine in the US. The degrees do not always quality you for clinical work.

Peace out
learn brother and stop arguing blindly. With MSc nursing(Pre registration) you can practice as a nurse as you will be issued with a valid NMC pin as it is the case in Uk. As far you have a degree you can opt in for the MSc nursing pre registration course and qualify as a nurse.

fumble on... which countries have you been too I haven’t been too? You want me to mention them? You have money to take care of your family ? Really you won’t be asking for how to get job in Uk by deciding which course to study. Keep fumbling mr man.

I would also reiterate this don’t sour my dignity with the words looking for victim. I have done business with people in this thread running into millions of Naira without issue or concern.

I never told u to do business with me. Please mention where I asked you too. I do my job offline and I am happy with it. What’s your problem with that? We have been doing business among ourselves here in this same thread. Lexus and I have transacted up a million deal without meeting each other, Omopapa and I have also transacted deal running into millions without meeting one another so what’s your headache?

This shows you don’t have a register company you are just do this under ground we all pray it doesn’t back fire on you some day
you guys are bad Belle out here! I am not surprised seeing Nigerians doings, trying to bring others down. I don’t know what will backfire at me when I don’t take money from anybody anyhow. All this long talk started because I asked for ID and the reason I asked for such is because I don’t want it to backfire so that your prayer wouldn’t work. Several people I met out here have helped me with funds transfer severally without any issue and I don’t remember they have any registered business. Please keep your beef to yourself. I have been doing this business and I kept my game tight on it as I don’t just recieve money from strangers without prove you own the accounts. Banks have severally blocked my account and I show them invoice of transactions to see source of funds and they opened it back without long story.

On this same Nairaland ohhh...
I have ‘met’ 3 persons who exchanged £ for Naira for me.
The first person sent me the naira, even before I sent the ££ I was astonished at the trust.

When I contacted MamaTukwas, the exchange was so smooth I was surprised.
On another occasion, I wanted Naira, I sent @Omopapa a message on this same Nairaland, gbam! Money hit my account.

When I wanted to use small world, they asked for my documents. I grudgingly provided, because they are a company, with a registered address.

I guess you need to mention the name of YOUR the company, then I could check to know if the company has the capacity to request my passport, driving licence and BRP
two of those you mention we have transacted many times. Like I said I don’t need your ID if your recieving account in Nigeria is the same account I receive money from in Uk. This is a simple thing. I wouldn’t want hackers to send stolen money into my account that’s why I requested for that.

In as much as the hussle is real , you are playing with fire doing this on a student Visa.

Once the bank start to observe some kind money in and out you can be subjected to all sort of red flag. Offcourse I know you have a back up explanation but it's really until trouble happens you see HMRC red eye
AS far company i am with is registered with E-money cert, as far i didnt steal people money or forced them to send money, when all funds to be received will be issued with invoice of transanctions, when all taxes would be paid.
