and also the cost of caring for the pups for 8weeks and vaccination. Also there is no assurance you will sell everything at 8weeks, so some of the pups will be your responsibility for the subsequent weeks. Dog rearing is a side hustle and not a main hustle
if you know your onions well you gonna sell it within 7 weeks. You need learn from those in the business… people are willing to pay fortune for it in Uk. Bull dog no they tale for ground. As far it is KC registered it is gold. Concerning vaccination your insurance policy covers it. It just £3000 u need for food and insurance alongside few of your time.

Abeg give the full gist , let’s also benefit , we are all in a virtual clique
lol….. this a very simple common sense biz for lovers of dogs.

Firstly get a dog friendly apartment then proceed to this website https://www.pets4homes.co.uk/ search for English bull dogs…. Carefully go through the features of the dog…. Only purchase the ones that are KC registered ( not cross breed and certified by the Kennel club). You could get a puppy of this type for £3000 or above…. Insure the dog with a vet which costs £40-£50 monthly and you get their feed which is £50, meaning basically in a month you spend £100 on each dog if you have more than one. The Dog will be fertile to give in at 18months and it delivers it puppies within 60 days, kindly mate with the same KC registered male British bull dog, depending on how lucky you are your dog could produce 6 to 12 puppies like my friend’s dog gave birth to 12, each of this puppy have been sold for £3000…. Kindly multiply 3000*12= £36000 on just one dog oooo let say he has three of same dogs u see he is in big money. Note he only spent £3000 for the 18 months including all miscellaneous with his precious time in nurturing the dog.

If you have a male British bull Dog KC registered bull dog just put them up for mating. You get paid £500 for this.

Who knows that by owing three female British bull dogs one could be making £57000 every two years at minimum while owning a male one you could be making £2000 every week. Eyes need open for this Uk. Walk with the right clique and your eyes gonna get open to things you couldn’t comprehend that gives money.

Not like that for everybody, you know.
I had some before we japa and the same people taking care of them while I was in naija are still doing the job.
Let's say I was lucky.

Also depending on the parts of Nigeria you invested in.

not about where your real estate is located as I have properties in high brown areas in Lagos and Abuja…. The Nigeria economy is not conducive for real estate at all. I have properties I built when Naira to usd was $289 $330 respectively while at the result of the increment of the rate right now I told my tenants I would be increasing my rent they kept on yawning and groaning saying they can not afford the rent, I don’t blame them too cos their salary still remains the same . Your real estate investment don’t grow proportionally with exchange rate in Nigeria. It useless investing in properties in Nigeria.

Hi @thegurus

I am lost on what to do...

My husband and I have both studied and lived in the UK some years back before moving back to Nigeria 4 years ago before our visa expired. However, we are both coming back to the UK in September for his PhD studies while I come on as a dependent.

I do not know how to say this but I have to. During my stay, i took an unsecured loan and credit card loan from a UK bank and I didn't pay it off before I left the UK and I totally forgot about it while in Nigeria. i recently logged into my UK bank account this week and I saw the deficits. There was no official mail from the bank during the years I was in Nigeria so I wasn't in the know. Although i should have remembered that I didn't complete the payment so it's all my fault.

I tried to access my credit score and as expected, it has been impacted and I observed that the money has been passed off to a collection agency.

I would like to know if

1. I can contact the collection agency and find a way to pay off the deficits or have some kind of a structured repayment plan.

2. As my husband and I are both coming to the UK this September, can this affect us from securing accommodation in the future, especially when they do a credit check on our documents?

I would really appreciate your response and I do hope to be able to clean up this mess I created.

This is not a problem landlords or agency only does soft checks which don’t print that record out. Kindly pay your debt once you get to Uk. Cheers !

Greetings gurus in the house, Pls I need candid advice..

In 2019 I applied for tourist visa through a desperate agent, here are they following he did on my uk data history. I wasn't married yet, he filled am married with a son dependent to make it look as if I have ties here, secondly he stated av been to south Africa and France but no fake stamp was on my passport, thirdly my parents and I wasn't bearing same surname, he has to use same surname with me to avoid surname discrepancy..
Finally I was denied visa but one of the reasons was immigration history and that the account statement wasn't genuine.

However, am legally married now and my wife is about to travel to UK with study route and I want to apply with her as dependent

Pls how can I go about it? @ justwise and other guru in the house, I need your candid advice. Thank you in anticipation.

Based on that highlighted part it means you have been banned probably for 10 years or more. If that last application is more than 10 years you are good to good but if not no chance for you. Account statement forgery is a very big case.

Does do your own thing ...means short cut that can lead to trouble. ....

You do know UK is good at record keeping when it comes to breaking laws and even things like ILR has a section that can be affected in terms of good characters.

E easy to advice wrong thing but sadly when wahala starts na only person go carry the heavy cross.
even somebody that have been to prison with bad record gets ILR as he meets other criteria or give reference to anyone you know that have been denied ILR owing to your claim and not hearsay. I am not advising people to engage in criminality but the way you guys portray the system to be is not like so. The Uk system is built on lies and deceit. I know this is a faceless forum everybody get he own thing.

Please can I drive with my Nigeria International drivers license here in the UK?

I've got just the provisional license which I can't drive with till I get the full license.

Also, when insuring the car, I'm I using my provisional license or International license for it?

Simple trick: use your provisional license to get insurance

Then drive with your Nigerian local or International driving license for one year.

No jam person motor o or else u go hear whee...

People argue a lot on Nairaland even on topics they are not informed about, instead of just learning. Even in the example he gave, having an MBBS or MD with a license to practice medicine in the US is still not enough to qualify you to practice medicine there. You still need residency training. Get an MBBS and a medical license (USMLE) - you still cannot practice medicine in the US if you don't go through residency.
you hit the nail on the head bro! I don’t understand why some people will come out here to misinform people. He is arguing on what he doesn’t have an idea of, who knows he
might still be a jambite.

Kindly revert back to my first post.
She can have a masters degree in nursing, however if the intention is to practice nursing, it's impossible without the rn or first degree. The best the the person can indulge in, is research, but not practice.

For instance here, there are people with MBBS and MD degrees, but not licensed to practice medicine in the US. The degrees do not always quality you for clinical work.

Peace out

learn brother and stop arguing blindly. With MSc nursing(Pre registration) you can practice as a nurse as you will be issued with a valid NMC pin as it is the case in Uk. As far you have a degree you can opt in for the MSc nursing pre registration course and qualify as a nurse.
