Does Innoson build from the scratch?. From what I know, only the frame is moulded locally, other components are imported and incorporated. Basic iron-smithing if you ask me.
yeah exactly I meant like 60 percent of the vehicle is Nigerian made......Parts of the engine,Body frame though they copy Chinese design....,chassis....then other electronics, seats e.t.c are imported

PetsRe: Breeding Plan For Beverly. First Of Its Kind For A Lhasa apso In Nigeria by Toju200(m): 9:26am On Aug 27, 2019
But sir some of your condition are just too tough...what if some has a very pretty lhasa apso but don't have their parents certificate...why should it affect their mating what if some was just gifted to someone...the factors that you have to consider is perhaps the health status of the dog it's temperance and neatness....that's all.
PetsRe: Breeding Plan For Beverly. First Of Its Kind For A Lhasa apso In Nigeria by Toju200(m): 9:08am On Aug 27, 2019
Jackofall:
Beverly started her first heat when she was 8 months old. I can't possibly breed her at that age because she is like a 12 year old girl at that age.

So since her first heat I have been searching for the best stud that complements Beverly's appearance and temperament for months.

Most of the studs I saw there was no way to know their real appearance because their coat were cut short and shaved.

Some people had good stud with the coat intact but didn't have record of the parents of the stud. Some studs were simply owned by breeders who didn't look after their dog well. I would state my reasons for not choosing them.

1) If you have a lhasa with clipped/shaved coat there is no way I will know if your lhasas coat complements mine. How will I know how beautiful and conditioned looking the coat is? How will I know if it's straight or curly? These characteristics are very important to the standard conformation of the lhasa apso breed. I cannot breed my bitch with a stud I don't know how good his coat looks , so that's a disqualification.

2)If you have a good looking stud but you don't have the record of the parents , the job is half way done. The reason for this: it can happen that the stud's father is good looking but the mother is substandard, the stud can luckily pick the good looks Gene (dominant Gene) of the father , thereby having the substandard look of the mother hidden inside his Gene(recessive Gene), so it's when the stud starts breeding that you would begin to see substandard pups being produced then you start asking yourself how come? As important as the appearance of the dog is , it's also very important to see the parents of the dog , this is a better way to assess the dog's appearance as it reveals more information of the genetic composition of the dog. If you have information about the grandparents, it's even better as this would reveal deeply recessive Gene of the dog that cannot be seen in the stud, but the stud grandchildren or thereabout.

3)If your dog is good looking and you also luckily have the record of its parents but you are not taking good care of the dog, what's the use? No matter how quality your dog is , and the records you have , if you do not take good care of the dog , the dog's good Genes are as good as none. It's very important that the dog is raised in a family setting , well fed , loved and given everything a dog needs , this would ensure that the genes are manifested maximally. Without substance , the genes cannot perform as they ought to.

This was a very tedious work for me and it took me months of searching and referral to finally find the best lhasa apso stud that meets all my criteria and also complement my Beverly. The pedigree of the stud and the pedigree of Beverly are both recorded online. What is left now is for Beverly to mature, so her pups would have their pedigree recorded up to the 2nd generation at least (this is the closest to pedigree we can get in Nigeria).

Also when I want to sell her pups , you just have to be a regular family person who just want to have a family pet and is financially stable , not selling to just anybody.

And of course only the category of people I want to own my future pups would be able to afford them(they are not going to be cheap).

Also you are not just going to get a pet from me, you would get different paid ebooks from Amazon on how to take care of a puppy , training and dog behavior books , books for the lhasa apso breeds and some AKC books for dog owners. You would also get articles about dogs written by me, and 2 months of free consultation and guide on your new dog(should you encounter any problem/issues) when you get one from me. Also each pup would have their personality testing using Wendy volhard puppy assessment test, to determine how their temperament would be in future. Your satisfaction would be our utmost priority.

What is worth doing is worth doing well.
I have a male lhasa apso virgin grin but I don't know why I can't upload the pictures...but I can send u on Whatsapp just need ur number

YOU HAVE DONE WELL – COMMANDANT NDA TELLS DG DICON
The Commandant Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Major General Adeniyi Oyebade, has lauded the efforts of the Director-General Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON), Major General Victor Ezugwu, for his sincere Commitment to repositioning the premier industry to an enviable height in line with the vision of the founding fathers.
He made the remark when the DG DICON paid him a courtesy visit at the permanent site of NDA Kaduna.
Harping on the onerous task of making Nigerian project work, the Commandant stated that, the clarion call to give the best to the nation was a project everyone could contribute meaningfully for the development of the nation, stressing that the nation was in dire need of such contributions. According to him, the military stands for the defense of the unity of the nation despite the current challenges facing the nation and it must be seen upholding this role at all times.
He further stated that the NDA under his leadership was inculcating the values and ethos of national unity in the cadet since they were the future leaders of the Armed Forces of Nigeria.
The Commandant who also noted that the Engineering Cadets were making the nation proud especially in research and development, disclosed that there were quite a number of prototype research products they hoped to exhibit during the 2019 passing out parade.
He commended DICON under the leadership of General Ezugwu for producing vehicles and ballistic materials in the theater of operations across the nation, particularly the North East.
The Commandant NDA also said the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Tukur Buratai has made some giant strides in the area of production of combat vehicles for the Nigerian Army with 70 percent local content stressing that his efforts were worthy of commendation by all well-meaning Nigerians.
‘Nigeria has a huge market but we want to dominate the West African market in the nearest future if we continue with this tempo,’ he said.
He called for robust synergy between DICON and NDA especially in the area of research and development, adding that the grant received by NDA might be spread for the benefit of DICON Research and Development Centre in their collaborative efforts.

Earlier, the DG DICON, Maj. Gen Ezugwu said he paid the courtesy visit with the aim of leveraging on NDA’s support in the fabrication of military products for the nation’s Armed Forces with special emphasis on the Faculty of Engineering.
He noted that he was impressed by the technological breakthrough of one of the cadets who researched and produced a prototype drone; He, therefore, pledged to sponsor an award of N250,000.00 Naira for the best graduating cadet in R & D with a view to encouraging innovative Science and Technology.
‘Science and Technology are research-driven and it should dovetail into mass production hence DICON will be quite interested to promote these.’
The DG who further described NDA as a symbol of the Nigerian Armed Forces said it would always be one of the major end-users of DICON products, especially the ones needed for training, therefore DICON would ensure high equality.
He stressed that he would not supply what will be below the Commandant’s standard.
He expressed appreciation to the Commandant for being his good mentor right from his cadetship training period in NDA till date.
He further disclosed that DICON in partnership with Command Engineering Depot would be rolling out about 20 different combat vehicles produced locally, stressing that he would use local content to achieve DICON’s mandate.

Because despite the amount of arms they capture from us, they end up losing 60%-70% of it to aerial bombardments. So in operational terms, it is not just the weapons they steal from the military that is sustaining them.

It's all a strategy. Stealing the weapons and forcing the Airforce to locate and destroy them is a ploy to not only beef up their own armoury, but also deprive the army of critical arms and dampen the morale of soldiers.

The Elbarnawi faction receives a lot of weapons through that LC corridor from it's Libyan and Malian allies. These people actually travel out of the country through that route to negotiate arms deals with allies, smugglers and black market profiteers.
Western nations around us in Cameroon and Chad are drawing their attention ISiS is already in Africa I mean the OG Dem...the ones day has operated in Syria and Iraq Dem don land for West Africa o.We pray we don't end up like Afghanistan, Syria or Iraq cos eehh the way this war is going....We dont know who is winning or losing today is Army 2morrow ISWAP ambush,Next NAF airstrike....Shebi Niger gave US right to operate MQ 9 reaper drones why aren't they helping out in monitoring their borders to help curb infiltration of arms.. ?

he's still a puppy at 4months, he's already barking, give him time for the guard instincts to kick in.
you can aslo stop him from playing with strangers in the house, anytime someone is around keep him away, with time when he's sees a strange face he'll bark to alert you.

also leaving the dog outside more often helps quicken his instincts, let him sniff around his environment and get comfortable, after hearing all the noise and smelling the strange smells of people passing he'll know he's meant to guard the environment.
he's a guard dog by nature, it'll kick in someday
thanks

So annoying when you see ISWAP gun trucks and Artillery in NA colours, damn!! Even the new Innoson patrol truck has been gifted already? who knows, by next week, we see them driving around in the new proforce MRAP recently acquired, I just wish Nigeria as a matter of policy should end equipping regulars and focus resources on special forces.
We lose more men and resources recovering/destroying our equipments than we spend to defeat terror, what kinda war is that?
But wait sooo with the US and France deploying jets and drones from Niger and Chad them nor fit help us indentify Targets since most of these Idiots Dem operate from those countries.....The work sef too much for NAF grin only Dem go operate from Niger and Nigeria go conduct ISR,SAR,Air interdiction majority of the air operation is carried out by NAF And Also I blame so military leaders for this shit that's happening.....
