ugo4u: This one go fit enter sharp corner so? Let it sha be deployed let's see her performance but from the looks one will want to believe that they paid more attention to her resistance to mines, heavy and light weapons hopefully she won't sacrifice much of other capabilities when put to test in the battlefield. the vehicle looks nice but certainly not for maneuverbility.... |

DEFENCE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BUREAU EXPRESSES SATISFACTION WITH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS IN DICON The Director-General Research and Development Bureau (DR & DB), Air Vice Marshal Onyemaechi Osahor has expressed satisfaction with research and development efforts of Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) Research and Development Centre. The DG DR & DB who was represented by Brigadier General Musiliu Bashirudeen made the remarks when he led a team to DICON Headquarters on assessment visit. According to him, the collaboration between DR & DB and DICON as well as other Defense-related institutions with research and development outfit became necessary owing to persistent security challenges confronting the nation for which an urgent solution is needed, adding that DICON in recent times has been rated high in terms of proffering such solution. He further stated that he was delighted that DICON’s research and development efforts would not only end at the prototype level, but would be poised to mass produce military products needed in the theatre of operations across the country, especially in the North East. His words: “I am happy with the level of innovations injected into fabricating combat vehicles with about 70 percent local content giving priority attention to the safety of the troops which should be the main concern of every right thinking commander”. He added that there were lots of disappointments with Hilux vehicles with special emphasis on the failure as a result of rugged terrain, but that the new vehicles manufactured in DICON were designed to mitigate many challenges common with those imported vehicles. On the issue of ammunition, the team leader noted that with the production process witnessed in the factory during the visit, he was highly optimistic that DICON would be able to meet the ammunition needs of the nation’s Armed Forces and other paramilitary agencies. On his impression about the efforts of the new DG who is barely 3 months old in the helm of the affairs in DICON, he stated that he was highly impressed with his efforts, stressing that Maj Gen Victor Ezugwu had always been a trail blazer judging from his antecedent. He further stated that he was in full support of his local content drive in DICON, stressing that it was the best way to go since most of the spare parts could be obtained locally which could huge conserve foreign exchange. Earlier, the DG DICON, Gen Ezugwu who was represented by the Director of Engineering Services, Navy Capt Emmanuel Ebe said he was delighted that DICON had been rated as one of the dependable ally of DR&DB in her quest to find urgent solution to the security challenges facing the nation, stressing that with the efforts of the current DG and his leadership team, there was light in the horizon. In a well detailed brief he highlighted the achievements of the management under the leadership of Gen Ezugwu to include: manufacturing of combat vehicles in collaboration with Command Engineering Depot (CED), production of the 7.62×3.9mm, establishment of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Office, manufacturing of dummy rifles for training purposes, reviving of moribund factory where ballistic vests, helmets, night vision goggles and other ordinance materials were being produced among others. He expressed the gratitude of the DICON family to the Board of DICON headed by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence (MOD) Mrs Nuratu Batagarawa, the CDS and Service Chiefs for their strategic guidance and other numerous support. |

IamAnderson: yeah hopefully the shedding will stop soon because their is fur literally everywhere right now. on the compound walls, on our clothes, the center piece in the parlour, I'm tired of sweeping and brushing them off the work nor be here oo I should start preparing myself.... but I do brush mine every day.... |
Pets › Re: Diary of my Caucasian Roscoe by Toju200(m): 1:51pm On Sep 22, 2019 |
IamAnderson: For some days now I've been finding fur all around my house and compound and immediately I knew the culprit. I haven't been able to groom him for about 2weeks now but the amount of fur I combed out surprised me, I had to even sweep clumps of fur out of my bathroom after bathing him and pull out some from the drain. the one on the pic is just the fur I combed out from his body his puppy fur is finally gone lol, he has been shedding them off heavily for some time now and I think this is close to the last one because the puppy fur is almost completely gone.
I try to comb him once a week to prevent matts and tangles and it works, if the detached fur isn't there to tangle with the new one then his fur will be free and neat. sometimes when I'm free or bored I just call him and run a comb through his fur. wow dats alot |

IamAnderson: keep on playing it with him, it'll boost his confidence. let him win the game too.
also, try and chain him up then let an intruder walk in then see if he'll bark, if he does, let the person run away. this will also make him more confident in his barking, it'll make him feel his bark can actually scare people which will make him bark at people more.
if he doesn't bark then let the fake intruder attack one of the people he cares about(everything should be staged by you, just find someone that'll help you do it). this might provoke him to bark and try to attack, when he does this let the person run away, this will make him more weary of strangers because he'll feel like they can harm you. sorry I'm just typing this fast right now, I would have been a little more detailed but I think you can get the points thanks alot sir |

BabaOwen: Boko haram can't hold a single village in Benin republic, but boko haram can hold more than one town in Nigeria
Benin with less than 5,000 troops is far far more peaceful than Nigeria with a large military force struggling against a rag tag boko haram. You don't still understand it, Benin republic security are more competent than Nigeria, a group like boko haram can never exist in Benin republic.
What was the population and numbers of military personnel of Finland compared to that of the USSR military personnel and population? You think war is like ludo abi? . U think so Broda.....If Boko Haram or ISWAP heads now to Benin republic...hmm it is finished ooo...it won't be easy for Dem at all...Now I get ur points though but if it happens it will be another #Mali Intervention |

IamAnderson: if you and Greenarrow01 need some tips I used to boost Roscoe's guard instincts I can help too.
the instincts will manifest naturally but their are some small trainings you can do with the dog to make it respond more aggressively to intruders. it works better when the dog has already started showing signs of aggression tho Alright sir u can share it with me on my thread sir.. thanks |

Greenarrow01: Mine is even a bit worst. When other dogs are barking at it.. It will never bark back.. Or even do anything.. It will just be looking at them. Dude will be following birds and lizards up and down.. It will be 6 months on 27th.. I dont cage it.. I walk it 2 times a week.. And it has no access to people much lol... mine is super aggressive towards other dogs he does challenge bigger dogs... Since when he was young he do challenge dis Samoyed male in my area....My dog is something else anytime he sees other dogs,he is brutal at first and loves playing rough...But most times later calm and start socialising with them... |
