komekn: Forgive my impudence.
But l absolutely do not share your view we are at complete opposite ends.
This is crass ineptitude and incompetence, you are in a hostile war zone. And you have zero situational awareness, that's unforgivable.
How can you commend dereliction of duty and failed leadership.
Is it a lack of knowledge or very low expectations, but we accept TOO MUCH RUBBISH in this our beloved country, at all levels. From the top to the bottom.
That's why we the giant of Africa are close to becoming a failed state. even if he was aware of terrorists presence in the area it will be suicide for them to fight Back No AA plus the Ezugwu wasn't functional The terrorists would obviously come with AAs and RPGs GPMGs how do we deal with that. Like it or not some lives where saved You should understand Whyem I get your point though BTW where have thou being E don tey we argue |

shadowprimezero: Some more bad news from a few days ago lads. We've lost one of our ATR-42 ISR/ELNIT aircraft to a runway accident two days ago. There were no fatalities thankfully. Apparently the plane's wing struck some vegetation when taxiing down the runway. From the extensive damage, the airframe is probably going to be written off. let's say it's written off our ISR platforms left are 1.ATR-42 2 King Air 350i 1 Diamond Guardian 2 CJ3 It is well with NAF |

Covert1: Dunno why most struggle to accept the facts even while staring you in the face. It is open source intelligence that the JF-17 block 11 is a 4+ generation aircraft. The ace NAF agile fighter pilot himself said it's a 4.5 cadre generation fighter jet and went on to reel out its specific performance capabilities he's permitted to divulge which is just too impressive that it leaves one speechless. It is a net-centric platform able to share active data with other aircrafts and ground elements. And the list goes on and on. Having this capability in Nigeria and Africa without strings attached is truly a pure sovereign purchase and a good buy. Trust the NAF to maximize its potential. other stuffs where displayed too right Abeg post |

Xbee007: - Still on JF-17 Thunder.
- It seems Nigeria Air Force is now producing unguided rockets. See 2nd image.
- GIDAC is still very much active.
- MI-171 helicopter finished maintenance in Kaduna.
* The look of Kainji is really impressive.
* The drones are coming this year.
* NAF is definitely not satisfied with the current numbers of platforms. Acquisition of more platform is on the table. Yeah seems like NAF is now mass producing rockets for her platforms including the Launchers The Kainji base is very well superb they should perhaps update Composite group and strike Group Base in yola and maiduguri the same way Guy like say the JF17 reach 12 e for make sense just look at how nice they are coming out of the hangar |

NAF pilots currently in the Hotzones in Nigeria especially those in NE It's only God that will bless them we should put them in our prayers Every Night and Day From Air interdiction to CAS everyday even Air support for NAF SF that recently conducted CSAR around last week.. It's not easy. The drones should come on time so some of these pilots especially SkyHawks (mi35m) would rest small.. |

Whyem15: Better to run than to be caught and slaughtered, there is no shame in running, especially when you are outnumbered. The 7 division has never been up to full strength since it was created, they have lost several men to death, diseases and desertion. Majority of the unit are far below strength and those still in active combat status have reached their burnout phase. They should have been rotated out since, many have spent years on the Frontline and while being poorly catered for and equipped at that. The 7 division is responsible for the security of over 16% of Nigeria's land mass in a region with unfavorable terrain, weather and other conditions. They have recovered most of the towns and cities that were under insurgents control just 7 years ago. It is Nigeria that failed them, not the other way round. mature talk here..... |
