Sugarboi1: Don't just read page one, follow the links there for the real juice. Yes, there is a link on page one that leads to a list of people who got PPR as self employed. P.S for newbies: You can read up all the links on page one in about 8 hours. By the time you finish, you'll know more than some of us that have been here for months. You don't even need to catch up on any thread, just skim through content of page one links. Whenever you find something relevant to you, click share so you can find it in future. Some people take screenshots, others have biro and 'express entry' jotter. Good luck to everyone and may all our (positive) dreams come true. 26 Likes 1 Share |

wholesomegrace: Learner when your mates were doing 'bend down select' during university days you were buying from boutique, abi? I think an ordinary wash usually gets the smell out. Those days you wash as usual, then spray perfume. In these days of softener you could do a quick wash, and then extra rinse with softener. 29 Likes 3 Shares |

Kmartt: 1. Go to official website of the canadian government www.canada.ca 2. read up on all their immigration/migration/visa programmes. It's well summarised and won't take you more than 2 hours. 3. go to their contact us page/list of visa offices/ list of visa processing centres 4. Cross check whether the email address that contacted you is on any of those lists 5. if you're feeling too lazy to follow step 1-4 above, you can simply confirm that the email address you're talking to ends with cic.gc.ca e.g canada.immigration.visa.section@cic.gc.ca 6. If you're still too lazy to follow step 5, paste the email address here let's see 7. If you're too lazy to read what I've typed, or too obstinate to believe it's all a scam, then go ahead with your correspondence. I'm sure the lawyer clearance certificate will eventually be duly provided you at a fee just when the deadline is about elapsing. All the best! 28 Likes

etrange: If your work was full time your masters should be part time. NOUN is part time and flexible. Our motto is 'work and learn' If I were you I'd use 2017 as completion date for the masters. Just because it's noun as in a possibility your project result did not appear in transcript in that 2015 you submitted. |

Trick question please. Must children be with their parents to access benefits such as CCB and child care subsidy? If i do a soft landing, and leave my school-age children with my sister who is a PR, will the children qualify for such benefits? Will their benefits be based on my family tax/income bracket, or on my sister's household tax/income bracket? 2 Likes |

conebeam: Are they actually living together? We need to know the source of the ADR before we find a cure. Except for pure VO error, there must have been an address discrepancy somewhere e.g personal history. Is he working in a different city? Did he provide bank documents with different address than her's? Maybe if only one spouse provided SOA before, the other spouse should provide theirs. Both spouse's SOAs should have same address. Another option is a lease agreement that has both spouse's names. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Greatlady234:any It's your choice. You could a) correct the international passport b) do an explanatory affidavit in the error for future sake? I don't even know how this will work but a lawyer could advice further. c) ignore since you don't need the birth certificate. If any siblings ever need it in future LOE or the affidavit above will suffice. |
