Politics / What Is Wrong With Those Supporting Tinubu At The Tribunal? by TokunboCarsOnly: 8:25pm On Jul 17, 2023
Some Nigerians are some set of headless jokes sincerely. Sometimes I feel very depressed and ashamed remembering that I share same country with these set of creatures. How can anyone in his right senses be supporting Tinubu and wishing that the court gives judgement in his favour? A man who knows in all fairness that he robbed Nigerians of their mandate.

Walahi, some beings are cursed from their mothers womb. How can Tinubu who lost woefully in states he should ordinarily win as his strong hold be enjoying any form of support from anyone whether alive or dead? Tinubu lost Lagos his strongest hold. He lost Abuja the seat of power where he is even more prominent than some of his opponents in the election. Tinubu lost Nasarawa where the chairman of his party hails from. He lost Plateau where the Director General of his campaign came from. He lost Rivers and a host of other states. If he lost in all these places so where did he get his votes from?

As simple as the above question, it is difficult for some half heads to comprehend and to answer. But they keep forgetting that sensible and objective Nigerians are smarter and know who they voted for. You won an election, yet you were decleared winner in the middle of the night when all men were at sleep. By the time people woke up in the morning not a single jubilation anywhere. Even the people supporting him couldn't even celebrate it. They forget that as bad as Buhari was after his first tenure, there were pockets jubilation when he was announced winner for his second term. Again, Tinubu swearing in was another mourning mood because Nigerians with soul were not happy with INEC declaration. Yet these people wants us to forget and move on like nothing ever happened because the world revolves around them.

Well, I don't want to sound too sure because Nigeria is a nation of anything goes. If all things go well at the court Tinubu is already on his way back to Bourdillon. You can't sustain power by such brazen criminality. Tinubu never won the election, you know it corn head and I know it. Say the truth, stop being wicked to your unborn generation.

Politics / An Open Letter To Simon The Son Of Ekpa by TokunboCarsOnly: 11:08am On Jul 17, 2023
Simon nwa Ekpa, normally, the popular word DEAR is the right word to employ when addressing someone in written letters like this. But I intentionally omitted it, and I am addressing you in your name because there is nothing DEAR about darkness. It is part of my own way of registering my anger and protesting your nonsensical sit-at-home ravaging the once peaceful and industrious South East, my beloved only homeland.

I have carefully monitored your demonic activities in the South East, I have read on the pages of newspaper and I have watched on the news and with sadness I have noted the very careless, wasteful, meaningless, retrogressive and reprehensible insisant Sit-at-home orders which you have issued without remorse and how you have instructed your boys to ensure its enforcement. To you and your fellow half head gang men, Sit-at-home is the only way to drive your grievances home. To you and your abysmally failed co travellers, sit-at-home is the only way to get Nigerian government to listen to you and to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from unlawful detention.

I don't know those who have continued to tell you that you are doing a great job in this show of shame and self destruction, they have vehemently refused to tell you the truth, which is that your actions are killing the South East economically and politically and that your orders are counterproductive.

Simon, your mode of operation is not only a blind one, it is laughable and it is acaic. As things stands, I am tempted to suggest that you are not working for what you claim, the restoration of Biafra and the release of MNK. No genuine freedom fighter deliberately destroys his father land. No genuine fighter kills his own youths and watch them buried enmass. For goodness sake, why do I have this feeling that some powerful entities contracted and paid you to destabilize the once peaceful South East of Nigeria?

But in all fairness to you, let me give you the benefit of the doubt at least until I can prove my assertions right. At least you are innocent until proven guilty by the court of competent jurisdiction. So let me keep it as what it is the illusionary fighting for Biafra and the release of MNK. If truly, they are the reason you do what you do in the SE, then you have missed the whole thing and you really need to be tutored on how to cause civil unrest and to get the government to listen to you.

More specifically, may be I need to point you to how Niger Delta Militants secured government attention under the regime of late President Umaru Musa Yar'adua. It is possible you were a new born at that time because if not, you ought to have learnt one or two things. Guess what? Niger Delta militants courageously took their fight to the doorstep of their perceived enemy the Nigerian governemnt. They bombed governemnt owned pipelines and oil facilities. They ensured the kidnapings of mostly high profile oil workers and expertrates in their region and only set them free after heavy ransom have been paid. Before you know it, government started loosing money, they lost sleep and everyone began to run from pillar to post looking for ways to stop the sabotage that was going on in the South South region. Cut a long story short, Governemnt invited them for dialogue, gave them VIP treatment, negotiated with them and settled them with amnesty. Mind you Simon, Asari Dokubo fought from the creeks. Tompolo was under the water day and night. Boy Loaf was never in Finland either. They were all in Nigeria and fought in Nigeria. Take it or leave it Simon Nwa Ekpa only cowards like you fight from a foreign land.

Unfortunately, in your own case, what you are doing in the South East is destroying the businesses of our people thereby causing them additional hardship while you enjoy the cool weather of Finland. Are you not a wicked man Simon? A few whose businesses are still grasping for breathe have since moved to neighboouring city like Asaba. Those corn heads who are under your command and control have killed many innocent Igbos especially vibrant youths all in the name of fighting for Biafra restoration and the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. If I may ask, does that really make sense to you?

Simon Ekpa, let me tell you one irony today maybe this will force you to have a rethink, that is if there is still any iota of conscience in you. You came from a region that is most hated as far as the Nigerian project is concerned. The Nigerian government don't care whether you stop the madness going on in South East or not. They already love it and pray it continues. Anything to destroy Igboland is a task and a welcomed developement, know this and know peace Ekpa.

It is like seeing your enemy under the knife. What will you do? Rescue him or allow him to die? That is the exact scenerio playing out between your region SE and Nigeria. If you think you will ever get the attention of Nigerian government with this show of shame going on in the SE then the joke is huge on you because the country you think you are fighting wants you exterminated today or tomorrow, if you don't know that is why they enjoy your myopic sit-at-home and want it to continue. The only unrest your enemies will understand is the kind that unsettles and rattles them. The kind that threatens their cash flow. They will pay attention to you if your sit-at-home threatens their lives or the lives of their loved ones, or do you think the Nigerian government does not have what it takes to end the show of madness you have carried out in the SE? Mr Simon, the Nigerian governemnt that I know have all the arsenal needed to subdue you and yours within days and restore peace in the SE. But they just enjoy the fact that you are destroying your own people and your homeland. Simon, It is time to use your brain.

You can not be more Biafran than MNK whom you claim to fight for his release, yet he was not this mad, he was not this senseless, MNK was not this calous and unrepentant like you Simon. My plea is simple, call it off before this fire consumes you. If this madness continues unabated, we will have no choice in SE to wage war against you and your toy gun carriers. If you think we will idle away and watch you burn down our homeland then you must be joking.

How can you continue to order a series of Sit-at-home in a country where you have no single business or investment? Simon, you have nothing to loose if this madness goes south but some of us do and so we will not watch you carry on unchecked, never.

As a pointer to the fact that you are sick and needs urgent mental help, you have taken this madness to Lagos and Abuja. You have called for sit-at-home in Lagos and Abuja another mans land, what a gut, what a temerity and what an efrontary. With this new development, just be rest assured that your end is near. Flies that refuses to listen, will surely end in the grave with the corpse. Desist or face the wrath of the people.

Politics / Asari Dokubo, Appreciation On One Hand, Correction On The Other. by TokunboCarsOnly: 12:24pm On Jul 06, 2023
I sincerely want to thank Asari Dokubo for summoning the courage to plead with Nigerian government to let Igbos go. I also appreciate him for promising to collect one million signatures and to lead a match to National assembly so that Igbos can be allowed to exit Nigeria.

I wish Asari Dokubo can achieve all these within a day. Nigeria is no longer pleasant. Only ignoramus will keep cheering the gradually dieing nation called Nigeria. A nation that breeds injustice can't stand. A nation that encourages evil is only on its way to oblivion. I have no joy being called a Nigerian, not because I am Igbo but because my country have failed me woefully. So Asari's call is in other. I am not interested if his call is born out of malicious intentions or not. On his call, I must say well-done.

Frankly, I do not know why it is taking Nigeria too long to conduct a referendum for the Igbos to determine if they want to go or not. The delay so far to me, it is either Nigeria can not exist without Igbos or it is clearly a case of conquer and rule which will not benefit anyone in time to come. Ordinarily we ought to have passed this level by now.

But I have a few issues with some of the things the big mouth Asari said in the video clip he posted online. first is that he is bigger than the Igbo Nation. That alone to me sounds like a joke taken too far. It is unacceptable from a clout chasing individual like Asari who have terrorized this nation before now. Asari Dokubo can not be bigger that even a community let alone a local government. But I understand his frustration. I understand his outburst. Whatever the case maybe he hopes that Tinubu gives him something to keep feeding on hence the fight against Igbos.

Asari must be told that he is a nobody really. He should be asked where he hid his ugly face throughout the tenure of Buhari. Under Tinubu he has found his voice and all of a sudden his main problem is MNK and the Igbos. Asari is a mere mortal who can sleep today and not wake tomorrow. The likes of Tompolo, Ateke Tom and co have more respect than him, so he should not arrogate so much to himself.

Further correction, he said that when the Igbos goes they will never have access to Ijaw territory especially in the area of shipping. First, Ijaw is part of Eastern region which was balkanized by the Nigerian government for political and economic gains. Unfortunately, as enlightened as Asari claims, he doesn't even know the reason for SE and SS. But when we get to the bridge we will cross it because the reality on ground shows that majority of the people that make up the present SS region are Igbo speaking citizens and am sure that when Igbos are allowed to go, these Igbo brothers and sisters scattered in Rivers, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Benue etc will join their kits and keen in the SE. Then we shall see what remains of his Ijaw people.

I want to end this here because the man Asari does not deserve to be dignified much. My reason is simple, Asari is another version of Fani Kayode. He is looking for recognition, relevance and his daily bread. Unfortunately for him, Igbos are the wrong set of people to mess with. It is only a matter of time before the hen will come home to roost but till then let it be on record that Asari is evil and that he is speaking for himself and not for the good people of Ijaw.

Politics / Tinubu regime And his Dumb Experiment With Nnamdi Kanu by TokunboCarsOnly: 4:10pm On Jul 05, 2023
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who was illegally extradited from Kenya in 2021 has been discharged and acquitted by the Nigerian court for several months now. Yet, the then Muhammad Buhari refused to release him and since then MNK has remained in the DSS custody.

Let's even assume that Buhari had the right to hold on to MNK within the period of court proceedings against him. But after judgement was passed in favour of MNK and even damages awarded to him, it became unconstitutional for Buhari regime to still hold him in dungeon. Unfortunately, all the lawlessness and executive rascality of Buhari over MNK went on unchecked. Today, Buhari has left office and Tinubu has taken over.

The big question now is, under what legal premise is MNK still in prison under Tinubu regime? Of course, since the court have decleared him a free man, it is now clear that his release is solely with the permission and instruction of the president. So why has Tinubu not ordered DSS to let him go? MNK case is like a child held hostage in a room, when the people who held him moved out, a new tenant moved in, saw a child chained to the floor, the new tenant looked at the child, hissed and continued living with the child while he remained under hostage instead of raising alarm and calling for the child release. That is exactly what Tinubu is doing right now with MNK.

Today, South East have witnessed the height of political and economic sobotage orchestrated by armed men who constantly declear sit-at-home in the SE every Monday and sometimes for days. These killer squad do not only make statements, they match their statements with actions by killing innocent citizens who refuses to obey their sit at home order.

The once South Eastern region is now a hostile place, a terror ground flowing with blood of the innocent. The economic life of the SE have worsened since this madness began, yet federal and state governments are doing next to nothing to ensure an end to this unrest.

While I condemn the activities of these young men who wield gun and take the lives of innocent citizens not minding the economic hardship their action inflicts on the people of SE, I am also compelled to ask, why has Tinubu not ordered for the release of MNK so that SE can have peace again? At least, we can understand that MNK Carried out his civil disturbances under the Buhari regime, but for Tinubu, what is MNK offence to warrant him being in detention till now?

Before the attack dogs of Nairaland comes for my head, please instruct your pay lord to release MNK. At least he has not committed any known crime against Tinubu and his regime.

Politics / Re: The North Should Support Goodluck Jonathan In The 2027 Elections by TokunboCarsOnly: 1:10pm On Jul 02, 2023
rano1:
Goodluck Jonathan should be supported by the North in 2027 election so that he can complete his tenure for the presidency, complete the presidency being in the south for 8 years and give Ibo people(given his lineage) and the wider South-South a sense of belonging. If PDP want to get back into power Jonathan is their best bet in 2027(One-term candidate!!)

I based this argument on the following reasons: As a Northerner, I cannot support Peter Obi as I feel he is too clannish for me to support given his previous antecedents in the 2023 elections.
Secondly, I believe Nigerians will be fed up with the Tinubu administration as the cost of living increases over time. Furthermore, I believe the following reasons will be to Goodluck's advantage:

Experience and Stability: Goodluck Jonathan has previously served as the President of Nigeria from 2010 to 2015, providing him with valuable experience in governance and leadership. By electing him for a second term in 2027, the country can benefit from his knowledge and stability, allowing for continued progress and development.

National Unity: One of the key goals of any democratic nation is to promote national unity and inclusivity. By having Goodluck Jonathan as president, it can help bridge the gap between different ethnic groups and religions, including the Igbo people (who feel marginalised). This sense of belonging and representation can contribute to a more cohesive and harmonious society. So many people are not happy with the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the APC.

Economic Growth: Goodluck Jonathan's previous tenure saw some positive economic growth, with Nigeria experiencing an average GDP growth rate of over 6% per year during his presidency. By giving him another opportunity to lead, it is possible that he can build on his previous achievements and further stimulate the economy, benefiting all Nigerians.

Political Stability: Transitioning power smoothly is crucial for political stability. By allowing Goodluck Jonathan to complete his tenure, it demonstrates a commitment to democratic principles and upholding the rule of law. This can inspire confidence in the political system and contribute to a more stable environment for future leaders to assume office. It will also increase the sense of belonging of the SS and the SE

A Balanced Power Distribution: By having the North take over the presidency in 2031 after Goodluck Jonathan's tenure, it allows for a fair and balanced distribution of power among different regions of the country. This rotation of power can help address concerns of marginalization and ensure that diverse perspectives and interests are represented at the national level.

A changed man: Goodluck Jonathan's previous tenure as president has provided him with valuable insights and lessons, allowing him to enhance his leadership in a second term. With improved governance skills and institutional knowledge, he can address past challenges and implement effective policies. Jonathan's return to power would bring about collaborative leadership, inclusive decision-making, and a strengthened focus on economic development, all contributing to national unity and a better Nigeria.

I think as we approach 2027, so many people in the PDP and in the North will be open to this argument. Majority of Tinubu's votes were from the North(63%). If he looses Northern support he will not get re-elected. This argument will get stronger if Tinubu decides to run a biased Administration as he will quickly loose the Northern support.

If Goodluck should decide to run he will win easily and defeat Tinubu based on the above permutations.

Oh Obi is clannish?

But Buhari who appointed all his village people into power is not clannish right?

Now Tinubu have also started appointing his people he is not clannish abi?

Again, so Jonathan who is from Bayelsa is suddenly an Igbo and so re-electing him will serve as a balance for Igbo presidency right? So you mean SS and SE are one and not divided abi?

Good job if only you will spread this same new and hold on to it forever.

Politics / Re: Why Won't South East Leave South South Alone? by TokunboCarsOnly: 9:36am On Jul 01, 2023
Odibembem:
The South South is broadly made up of two parts, the Midwest axis (Bendel or Edo and Delta) and the Calabar- Rivers axis (made up if Cross Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Rivers and Bayelsa). While the Midwest axis was excised from the old Western Region, Calabar- Rivers axis was excised from the old Eastern Region. Note however that since it's excision, d South West Yorubas have never laid claim to d Midwest region of South South. They moved on and allowed Midwest South South enjoy their "independence".

On the other hand, the South East Ndigbo have not allowed the South South to be. Either their political leaders are claiming South South is part of them or their Biafran zealots are carving maps designating SS region as integral parts of Biafra irrespective of d feeling of the people. Their celebrities and activists even make provocative comments and posts declaring that South South doesn't exist in geography forgetting same argument can be made for Midwest and Middle East yet d world recognizes d Middle East.

The SE is behaving like a lover who wants to keep dragging an ex who has long moved on. When u compare them with how d SW has allowed d SS be despite Midwest being once with them, u can easily tell why d SW are doing far better than d SE in d Nigerian project. Let d SE leave d SS alone, d forced attachment is annoying. Of all d regions in Nigeria only d SE is refusing to accept and respect d "independence" of d SS region. It's things like this that are making others not to trust d SE and in turn d SE would claim others hate them. No, your attitude is bad and annoying, change it and no one would hate u or marginalize u. U can't claim Hausa Fulanis hegemony on one hand why u are doing far worse to d Niger Delta people. Be satisfied with your region and make the best out of it.

There is nothing like South South oga. Use your head, apply your brain. For your own good align with your Igbo brothers whom you share everything in common with. The way Nigeria is going if you miss the opportunity of being part of Igbo I sorry for you. You still don't understand what you are up against with you balkanized region where a PH man does not understand the language of a Bayelsa man or Edo. Dey play.

Politics / Ndi Igbo, It Is Time To Go Home. by TokunboCarsOnly: 8:07am On Jul 01, 2023
Ndi Igbo, whatever has a beginning must have an end. Even the Holy Bible according to the book of Ecclesiastes, says, "There is a time for everything under heaven..." Needless to recite "a time to be born and a time to die", "a time to go and a time to come back home". As an Igbo man or woman living or working or doing Business outside the South East and especially in Lagos, you don't need anyone to tell you it is time to go home. But incase you need someone to remind you, then, it is time to go home.

Igbos are not bastards, but we have acted as if we are. Ndi Igbo are not homeless, but we have taken the form and the colouration of homeless people. Igbos are not root-less, but our attitude so far have suggested as though we have no root. We are a resourceful tribe, but we have acted beggerly and so have been treated as one. Yes, our homeland is underdeveloped, it is being ravaged by erosion and state sponsored criminals but we have behaved like our homeland is Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore or China. We are the descendants of the great Jews, but we have been treated like the children of a lesser God.

We have been stripped of honour and there is no dignity anymore with us. Like a baby, we have been thrown away with bath water into the cold but we know it not. The glorious future before us as ordained by God is suddenly becoming bleak, hopeless and shattered simply because we share the demonic bond of a nation that has taken so much from us but have left us with so little.

Our youths are constantly under the knife and gun, our mothers are rapped, our farm lands are trampled upon and our lands are taken with brute force. Our homeland is militarized, every kilometer on our highways reeks of checkpoints as against what is obtainable in other climes. Our voices are suppressed and we dare not speak. In fact, before our Pharaohs, speaking means death. We have become aliens in our own ancestral land. We cry blood, but no one cares, we wail, but our shredded voices and bleeding hearts means nothing to our oppressors. We are held hostage with great abandon and conquered on all fronts, yet no hope of rescue.

Despite the fact that Ndi Igbo have demonstrated resilience, we have demonstrated faith in the Nigerian project, unfortunately Nigeria have demonstrated cruelty and hostility back to us. We have made significant impact in every sector and have left our footprint on the sands of time. Our efforts can be seen in Alaba international market, Ladipo, Aspamda, Mandilas, Nollywood, Academics, Medicine, Production, Importation, Entertainment etc. We have also shown this same spirit in Real Estate, we are scattered all over places like Ago Palace, Banana Island, Festac town, Amuwo Odofin, Satellite town, Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, VI and several other places. The story is endless and the same in Abuja, Kano, Maiduguri, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Asaba and great beyond. Only posterity will pay us.

But again and unfortunately, our adventure and spirit of contributing to other peoples land have not paid off. Instead we have been demonized, villified and threatened with death and extinction. We are chased everywhere like rat intended for the slaughter. It is crystal clear even that we are no longer wanted in places we thought were homes. Because of that we have lost our ease in zion. Our children are no longer safe in schools because their surname is Nwachukwu. They have been marked down. Before our own eyes we are being stripped of our fundamental human rights to live freely, do business and own properties in the same country we founded together with them. We are no longer respected as a people. The new order is simple, show that you hate onye Igbo and gain fame and stardom. Our presence infuriates our hosts and I say again, Umu Igbo, it is time to go home.

Whether you agree or not, everything in the Nigeria project today is working against the Igbo man. We must learn from history so it will not repeat itself only if we are wise. We are still counting our losses for 1967. We have not recovered from the sound of bombs and artilleries that destroyed our homeland from Owerri to Arochukwu, from Okigwe to Nsukka. The 1970 bitter and brutal experience is still with us, the scares have refused to disappear and our enemies are bent on seeing to it that history repeats itself. But it is within our capacity to either say yes or no to them.

Look back, you will notice the trend and the cleverly orchestrated political pattern. We have become handicapped in politics. There is no hope of an Igbo man becoming Nigeria president anytime soon. We practically beg for political appointments. Our governors are fine with shaking of hands and taking pictures with those who have collectively enslaved us. Our kings barely make a statement. Golden tongues have turned lead. Our social cultural groups like Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo are not helping matter either. If care is not taken, we might even loose everything economically in the nearest shortest time.

Our youths are arbitrarily shot in Orlu for declaring Biafra as their last hope, Izunna is not safe in Ihiala, the streets of Aba are hot, buildings are ripped wide open by bullets, markets are deserted courtesy of the agents of state. Everything Igbo is an abomination in Nigeria as far as they are concerned. Extermination is the only option left and so it is a task that must be accomplished which ever way. The North are not our friends, the West are worse off, they have made significant inward roads into the ranks of our dear brothers in the Niger Delta, they not only penetrated them but many have been bought with a price against us. It is now purely the Cain and Abel story. We are left alone like a lonely tree in the middle of an endless ocean.

The last general election will forever remain in our memories for a very long time. It was a clear case of hate, distrust, harassment, intimidation and disenfranchisement. Igbos were robbed and humiliated broad day light. Our foes did not hide their irritation and disdain for the Igbo man. In summary, it was pure hate taken too far. The bounced thier own people at the pooling units, It was that ugly that they mistook them for the igbos because they looked too neat and healthy.

But do we really blame them? Personally I don't, I blame myself who have rejected everything Igbo from my language to my homeland, I have abandoned my belief system and all that makes me the unbeatable Igbo person and i have taken up everything that stares me in the face which I know are strange. But we must realize no place like home. They lie that our home is landlocked but we are wiser now. They say leave us alone but deny us the instruments of referendum to determine our fate. Interestingly, their propagandas have been deflated and bursted and we have found ourselves again and we are ready to make a loud statement and that statement is that our home is good enough for us.

Remember the old saying, "it is too late to cry when the head is off". Time to act is now, tomorrow maybe too late.

A word is enough for the wise.

Your skewed cunny and twisted position Sha. Since a Yoruba man is now a commissioner in Anambra, I had thought you will encourage that an Igbo man be same in Yoruba land? But no, you twisted it as usual.

The SW is the real region ripping every other region off. North supplies the nation with everything agriculture. SS and SE supplies everything crude and palm oil. SE runs 75% of all the businesses and keeps the seaport in SW going. Like seriously what does the SW bring to the table abeg. It is time we discuss this issue so every body go know their level.

I've seen and read of a single man protest in the past in this same Nigeria during the time of the most brutal dictator a state could ever have, also read of same about some of the nation's you are making reference to. Can you kindly avail us with such records of you engaging in similar 1man public protest?
Btw, you might need to start from your spellings.

And what if I tell you am not a Nigerian but a foreigner living in Nigeria?
Politics / The Nigerian Spirit, Bravery Or Cawordice? by TokunboCarsOnly: 4:19am On Jun 29, 2023
I have been in very deep thought about the people called Nigerians. I have taken time to study them, observe and listen to their conversation about happenings around them and I wonder the deity that made these set of people. I marvel at their adaptation to abnormally, I wonder their spirit of tolerance and ability to move on fast in the presence of political and economic provocations that should elicit wide spread protest and forcing reversal of inhuman government policies and I ask, the Nigerian spirit, bravery or Cowardice?

Right from time, Nigerians have demonstrated high level of acceptance of whatever their government throws at them. Their political leaders live in affluence with their families and cronies at the expense of the poor masses yet nobody cares. In the face of all, the little fraction who try to build opinion around the evil machinations of government are castigated, called names, abused and sometimes threatened or seen as anti government. Most dangerously today, anyone who dares question the activities of government is tagged in a certain ethnic or religious colouration.

Of course, many do no think that the greatest undoing of an average Nigerian is tribalism and religion. These are the reasons Nigerians are who they are. These are the reasons Nigerians don't achieve much with the instrumentality of government. Tribalism and religion are why Nigeria and Nigerians are where they are. Because the man in power is from my region or same faith with me, then he can do whatever he likes I don't care and I can even kill anyone who talks ill about him. That is the spirit of an average Nigerian. Again I ask, is this bravery or cawordice?

Today, patrol price has gone up, prices of foodstuff is on the rice, car owners will start paying annual fee for their cars, subsidy has been removed without adequate measures in place to cushion the effect, proposed salaries increase for public servants underway at the expense of the poor masses, electricity tariff about to skyrocket by 40%, insecurity is daring, no sector of the economy is vibrant and delivering at maximum best yet not a single protest whatsoever, again I ask, bravery or cawordice?

Why do we tolerate so much as Nigerians? The manner in which we adjust to and move on with life like nothing happened can't be condoned in Ghana or South Africa. Why are we too docile and quiet about our collective sufferings imposed on us by selected few? Why do we easily blend and move on with these unacceptable policies of government? Introduce a terrible policy today, watch Nigerians make pocket noise about it on socal media and in their homes for a day and by the next day it is business as usual. Even a few who try to speak up are villified and demonized forcing them to keep shut, and the cycle continues.

Again I ask, this Nigerian nature, bravery or cowardice?

Politics / Thank You Igbos For Thinking Home Now. by TokunboCarsOnly: 9:31pm On Jun 28, 2023
So just this evening, I met a friend who owns a plot of land in Enugu. According to him he said he already has the survey plan of the property in his name but that his friend who happens to be a councillor there just called him and told him to come home asap to perfect the remaining documents of his property if he hasn't done so. According to his friend, there is now purchase pressure on lands in the area by people from Lagos.

I was happy to hear the news this evening. I am sincerely happy Igbo people are now thinking home. It is only a matter of time some over priced places will become a ghost town.

Yorubas are normal and no worse than any other anywhere in the world and in fact better than most in several respect.

They play politics like it is done worldwide. I.e a game of permanent interests. Especially for stakeholders who understand that if you fail to plan then you plan to fail.

That then does not mean Yoruba are okay with Buhari's nepotistic misrule that led to even many preventable Yoruba fatalities because we supported him to be President hoping he would reciprocate the monumental effort from a political perspective.

What Yoruba leaders, who could not read Buhari's mind, expected was for him to lead well on behalf of all Nigerians to then equitably and honorably support a Yoruba in future in the spirit of. "one good turn deserves another".

You forget that Yorubas, when things started to go seriosuly wrong , fought Buhari, Malami etal exemplarily and unrelentingly to birth Amotekun, fight for VAT fairness for the south, insisted on State police and uncompromising demand for Regional governance etal that would prevent a Buhari happening again.

Move on and stop sounding like a broken record. Tbe problem.with you guys is that you are always bitter, hateful, vindictive and reactionary.

Men sometimes have to accept sh1t has happened and then move to fix wrongs rather than be lamenting about the past every damn day as if muscle still does not exist in the arms to improve the future.

You guys are always fixated with hatefully and unprogressively living in the past. That is your main problem.

Don't support Tinubu. That is your problem. If he succeeds it only damages the stock of Igbos further as a people who can never support what is best for Nigeria and never wishes the "Zoo" well.

I do not agree with a few points you made. First, do you know why I don't like to engage Yoruba people in political discussion? They are very good at changing the whole narrative. They paint pictures of issues that if you are not conversant with that topic you will think they are correct about it. For that singular reason I refrain from any form of debate with them.

But for you, let me make a point. If you say Yorubas fought Buhari then you lie. Fought Buhari with what? Amotekun was not a national interest idea rather regional. So it was for SW interest. Secondly, you will agree with me that Jonathan regime was far better than Buhari. Yet, the SW who we assume controls the media used every means of the media and beyond to fight Jonathan with all forms of propaganda until Jonathan was removed.

If you say the Yorubas fought Buhari, how many protest did they organize? How many SW controlled media even amplified any of Buhari policies to elicit public outcry like they did during Jonathan? For once, did you hear this same Tinubu condemn any of Buhari wrong moves?

Let me not go into other points that you made that I don't consider accurate. The above points are enough to correct the impression that Yorubas fought Buhari.

What does the common man benefits in all these appointments?

I have come across this question severally and for each time I shake my head. Everything will not benefit the common man in some sense, but some may in other sense.

For example, do you know that those in power run the country? Do you know they can make policies that may favour a section and not others and that policy will come to stay unchallenged because they don't have enough human representation in government?

That is why I laugh at people who think religion is not a big issue in Nigeria. Today we have Muslim- Muslim ticket. Take it or leave it there is religious intolerance in Nigeria. So what if tomorrow the Muslims in power decide to come up with a policy that will not allow christians hold services on Sunday vis a vis? At this point appointment has affected the common man.

The point is, in a nation like Nigeria where there is high level of religious and tribal hate, we must encourage political appointments that accommodates all so when very sensitive policies that are targeted at some people are being taken they can have voices that can say yes of no for them.

@OP.

I can relate with your thinking. Buhari was a President who shocked Nigerians because of his overt and condemnable favouritism towards Fulanis he never never hid.

Tinubu is very different. A Liberal man who wants the best for every Nigerian and understands, like Awolowo, that teaching a man to fish is the best approach to leadership rather than giving a man free fish alone he has no tools or capacity to catch himself.

I personally think Tinubu ,unlike Buhari, is not pursuing any ethnocentric agenda but merely going with the best Nigeria has to offer. If his appointees are from a particular ethnic group and some Nigerians want to argue with their deployment, then let them fault the record of those individuals.

For example, Buhari chose a charge and bail lawyer as AGF, in Malami. Tinubu, always aware of the need to use the best to get the best results, will not do such.

Even if he deploys a Yoruba then expect that Yoruba to be a qualified individual, above reproach as a distinguished and top level lawyer, fitting to be be AGF.

Not a dubious and undistinguished nobody like Malami whose appointment is an insult to the reality of how Nigeria parades the likes of Femi Falana, Fashola, Akeredolu, Agbakoba etal as very distinguished law practitioners.

As much as I understand your position on this, I do not subscribe to the opinion that Tinubu is only after qualified people. That sounds like other regions don't have qualified people. Let's not bury the truth please, everyone is going tribal and I don't blame Tinubu for that. Like I said Buhari started it and Buhari learnt well from him.

Again, in leadership especially in very diverse country like Nigeria, given the increasingly sensitive nature of our political atmosphere, it is important for every region to be represented in the corridors of power. But let's not talk about that for now, Tinubu should just carry on with his appointments.

I am not a fan of President Tinubu, and I am not sure I will ever be, but on the recent development especially his sacking of some persons and appointment of others especially people from his region I support him on this.

Buhari set a very dangerous path as president. He will go down in Nigeria presidential history as the man who introduced, enthroned and established political nepotism. Buhari disregarded federal character, he didn't give a damn about the outcry that followed his lopsided appointments. Everywhere was Fulani that most Nigerians thought he wanted to fulanize Nigeria.

From security agencies, to state house staff, custom and immigration, airports and seaports, anti graft agencies and NNPC. Even CBN leadership was not speared in his evil appointments. It was clear Buhari wanted to set Nigeria on fire if not for public restraints. A few reasonable Northerners called his attention to such injustice but the emperor Buhari never listened.

He forget that life is turn by turn. He forgot that what goes around they say, will come around. He succeed in enthroning nepotism and after eight years he bowed out, today he is in Daura and he feels no remorse about his actions. If wishes were horses, Buhari would have still held sway over his appointees from his Daura home. Unfortunately, wishes are not horses.

A new sheriff is in town and interestingly, the new sheriff was properly taught by Buhari how to run a tribal presidency, he is now reciprocating the same footsteps and it appears some Northerners are already feeling uncomfortable. Infact, recently, someone said to me that the way Tinubu is removing Northerners, that he may have issue with Northern cabals and I said cabals my foot. Where were the cabals when their son intitiated this demonic pattern of governance?

No reasonable Northerners should even say a word in condemnation of Tinubu Yorubanization of power. Personally, I will not fault him. What was Buhari thinking when he did the same? Oh, that when a Southerner becomes president he should worship the North and dash them all the positions again like Buhari did? Hell No!

The evil of tribal appointment has come to stay and the last we had it fair enough would be under Jonathan. So bravo Tinubu, on this nepotistic tendency, I stand with you gidigba. Let every region forever fill their own people. Kudos to Buhari for teaching Tinubu well.

Politics / Asari Dokubo And Nigeria, A Country Where The Voice Of Thugs Are Louder. by TokunboCarsOnly: 2:45pm On Jun 18, 2023
For now, Nigeria is a joke of a country. I do not know about tomorrow. Who takes serious a country where everything is skewed? Who takes a country where criminals are rewarded with public appointments while scholars struggle for peanut. Again, I say Nigeria is as at today is a joke.

All of a sudden people like Asari Dokubo have found their voice. During the election it was Mc Oluomo. Before now, Tompolo held sway until government rewarded him with billions of Nigeria contract. Since then he became a patriotic citizen.

Asari Dokubo is in the news for accusing the military of oil theft. Can anyone ever imagine that? A man who should be in the jail for economic sabotage. A man who have led gangs of killers and robbers is now using the military to seek attention. Unfortunately, in our usual psycophancy many are cheering him.

But who will blame Asari when Tinubu granted him audience? You can't blame him and spare the President. Birds of same feather flock together. Why didn't Asari find his way to Aso Rock during the Buhari regime? What was he afraid of?

Immediately his feller mounted the saddle of leadership, he found his voice. No wonder he has been supporting Tinubu as President even when he knows Tinubu did not win the election. Anyone would have thought he was being patriotic, but no, it was all for his selfish gains. Probably he wants Tompolo contract awarded to him or a fresh one created for him.

Little wonder why nations of the world don't see Nigeria as a serious country. And it will not come to me as a shock tomorrow that Asari is now a minister in this government. Since everything about Tinubu is questionable, why would Asari not identify with him.

It is sad, shameful and painful that Nigeria is a country where evil and those who do evil get the best while those who do the right things struggle to survive.

Politics / The Tears Of Orji Uzor Kalu, Sugar And Honey by TokunboCarsOnly: 9:20pm On Jun 13, 2023
What goes around they say comes around. There is also an adage that says, he that must dine with the devil must do so with a long spoon.

During the beef up for general election, senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the former governor of Abia state made a statement. I recall him saying it was not the turn of SE to produce a president. It was clear he was speaking from the efulefu angle. He wanted to please the unpleasable masters. He wanted to sell his tribe and people for a porridge of yam. He wanted his slave masters to see him as a true Igbo who was wise whilst other Igbos were foolish.

But what he didn't know was that he is seen first as an Igbo man. Secondly, a part of a region who majority of Nigerians are scared of and never wanted close to power. He thought he was an eagle amongst the villified. Little did he realize that the powers that be see him same way they see the ordinary Igbo boy on the street of Uzuakoli.

Few days ago after it was clear to him that he has been shown shege, he cried like a sucking child whose mother had left for too long to the market. All of a sudden he started the rhetorics of how many factory he owned in Lagos, Ogun and Abia as if Nigerians cared. But he forget that nobody cared. He ended his sweet tears with "I leave everything in the hands of God"

Dear Oga Kalu, be reminded that you left nothing in the hands of God. Rather it is the other way round but you messed it up. You felt you could sell your people to please people who hate and don't care about you. Little did you know you were dinning with the devil. Even though am not a politician, I think I know even better than you. Your romance with APC showed you know nothing about politics nor the party APC.

Hear this, since it is not yet time for the SE a major block that makes up the country to produce a president, it is also not yet time for you to become the Senate president. Indeed what goes around comes around. You cried too early sincerely. More is yet to come.

Sooner or later you will understand where you have pitched your tent against your people. I mean it, your tears is as sweet as honey.

Just imagine that Igbos have from the begining put in the kind of effort they put in this last election, they would have produced a president by now. But they have always worked against their own supporting either Hausa or Yoruba but at the end what do they get, hate hate hate especially from the Yorubas.

*THE SOUTH SOUTH PEOPLE HAS SUDDENLY REALIZED THAT THEY ARE ONE PEOPLE WITH SOUTH EAST/NDIGBO!*
*THOUGH VERY LONG, BUT IT'S WORTH READING!*

Rather lengthy but worth it!💪🏼
👇🏼
*AN OPEN LETTER TO MY BRETHREN IN THE "SOUTH-SOUTH"*

By Donald Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State

"For as long as the Old Eastern region remain in disarray and not united, self-determination of the region will remain impossible." ~ An anonymous retired Nigerian Army Chief
The word “South-South,” even though it may sound absurd, is a name we have come to accept as a people. We can’t say exactly how we came about to be identified with the name neither can we say exactly when we were given the name, but we just know it is our name. While growing up back in the days, geography taught us about “the North,” “the South,” “The East” and “The West.” For proper definition of locations, we were also told about “The Northwest, NorthEast, Southwest and SouthEast” I can’t remember anything like the “NorthNorth”, “SouthSouth”, “EastEast” or Westwest , but here I am today, writing a letter to my South-South brethren. That is what happens to a people that are not in control of their Cultural Development or the Political and Economic Future.
That is what happens to a people that are just there for their numbers, that is what happens to people that are just kept for their services, that is what happens to people that are just custodians of wealth for a supposedly superior people, and finally, that is what happens to peoples that are slaves. Any name is suitable for them, they can only get whatever is given to them even if it is originally theirs. If in doubt, please remind me of the meaning of KUNTA KINTE.
I write this letter not because it is frustrating to see how we allowed a defrauded propaganda to position our people as the pawns in the Political Chess called Nigeria, but rather, I write this letter in an effort to request that we free ourselves from these propaganda that has lingered for too long. If our grandfathers and fathers did not ask questions, is there any divine law that says we cannot ask? *We know we all belonged to the old Eastern Region of Nigeria* before the Northern Protectorate took back their power after the gruesome murder of General Aguiyi Ironsi.
Just for the records, let me do us a bit of history here; Major General Ironsi as Head of State was cornered and arrested somewhere in western Nigeria on July 29th of 1966, his hands and feet were tied together, then tied to a Land Rover with a little space in between, and driven on a tarred road, face down for several kilometers. The then highest ranking Northern officer, an acting (Unconfirmed) Lieutenant Colonel was chosen to be the next Head of State ahead of serving Brigadiers, Colonels and Lieutenant Colonels of the Southern Nigeria, followed by the dreadful killings of officers and soldiers of Eastern Nigeria including our so called South South soldiers and officers.
The genocide that followed is what is recorded as the Nigerian Civil War of 1967 – 1970. As if that was not enough, the Eastern region was broken apart with the sudden creation of the then South Eastern State (today’s Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom), Rivers State (Today’s Rivers State and Bayelsa). It was during that war that propagandas were designed, created and generated to separate us from the old Eastern Region and make the average Igbo man our potential enemy in an effort to reduce their own presumed enemies. In as much as it is a bitter history, but I find it necessary to do you this preamble.
I write this letter to remind us that our region, known as the South-South today was a creation of the North for the sake of creating the disunity we face today. And moreso, it was not just for the disunity for them to win the war, but to also take away our resources, our manpower and our economic future. In 2014 when President Jonathan, a son of the so called South-South decided to re-contest the 2015 elections, Sheik Junaid Mohammed in an engagement on behalf the Northern Protectorate, reminded us that the so called South-South was a creation of the North for effective management of the Northern interest in Eastern Nigeria. How bad could this be? Can we imagine that? *So while we are busy reminding ourselves that we are a different people or that the Igbos are wicked and are trying to kill us, the North is joyously taking over and owning 85% of our oil wells* while the West takes over the left overs.
And what do we get? Noise! Even the supposedly football legend, Sunday *Okechukwu Oliseh is busy telling us he is not Igbo* as if it is a curse to be Igbo. One wonders if the name *Okechukwu* is of Hausa or Yoruba origin. When you speak Igbo as a language and yet claim you are not Igbo, is that not the saddest thing that can happen to any people of identical culture? Even Major Kaduna Nzeogwu that led the first coup that was said to be an Igbo coup is from Okpanam village in today’s Delta State. Could he have come out to say today like Sunday Oliseh said that he was not Igbo? If the Abakaliki or Nsukka indigene that has a more distant dialect of Igbo is Igbo, *how come the Anioma or Okrika indigene that is easily understood is not Igbo?* How did a people of the same culture get so separated these far?
I write these letter to speak to those of us regarded as "minority tribes." How can we be minority when in essences we are known to be about 35 million of the said 180 million of the said Nigerian population? How can we be a minority in our own lands if we were not treated as such, or if we did not accept to be such? If those from the alliance that separated us from the West are said to be about 50 million in population, and our brethren in the East are said to be about 40 million, how can we accept we are a minority? Our compatriots from the alleged minorities of the North are said to be another 30 million, who then is the minority? Having run through these figures, we know who the real minorities are.
Be it as it appears, the truth is that our region was broken into two so as to weaken our original strength given that at a combined population strength of 35 million and 40 million people, our economic and entrepreneurial strength put together would be something the alliance will be worried about. So why should we ever think that it is logical to claim we are two different people when in essence, we have always been one and the same people for over 400 years before the arrival of the white man. If what the white man did to us was not bad enough, is it not ridiculous that we allowed a certain minority immigrants to assume control of our economic and political future?
I write these letter to ask my brethren in the South-South these pertinent question; Let us assume the very worst situation in this fracas between us and our Igbo brothers, *why are we worried about the Igbos taking over our “natural resources”* (assuming they don’t have theirs), ARE WE PRESENTLY IN CONTROL OF OUR “NATURAL RESOURCES”? *Does it make more sense that our natural resources are being controlled by some strange people from over 700 miles away?* People that kill us at will at a single provocation of their religion? People that even kill us in our land? People that challenge us to the ownership of these our resources? People that show absolute disregard of who we are? People that think it is a privilege for us to be in any position of authority? And finally, people that do not in any way have the kind of entrepreneurial skills that we have?
Why would we allow our imaginary quarrel or fights with our brothers translate to the decision of one of the women in King Solomon’s Judgment that insisted that since she couldn’t have the child, the other woman should not. So are we in essence saying it is better for none of us brethren to own our resources simply because we don’t trust our brothers, yet we do nothing about the stranger that has ripped us apart? Are we logically correct in these senseless quarrel?
Even while we are senselessly worried about how the Igbos will colonize our people because that is what we were told, and that is what some of these alliance are still trying to tell us; can we sincerely tell ourselves that the Igbos are that evil? Evil enough to leave their Natural resources in Abia, Imo, Anambra and Enugu states to come and take ownership of our resources? How will they do that? How possible will it be for a people that barely kill by the sword compared to our present oppressors? Do we honestly see that as a possibility? How and why did we allow these propaganda to go these far? Is these not what the alliance has used to rule us through the divide and rule scheme? Sheik Jumiad Mohammed said it clearly that our separation was a creation of the North for the effective management of our resources while we keep fighting an imaginary enemy.
I write this letter to remind us that we and our Igbo brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers have cultural identities, we uphold the sanctity of life, we do not kill a man like a chicken, we worship the same God, and we have identical looks and reasoning capabilities. Education is a respected virtue to both of us, entrepreneurism is a common love between us. We both respect constituted authorities. Even-though we both have the cultural odds that cannot, and should not be used to castigate an entire people. So how come the Igbo man suddenly became evil shortly before the war if the castigation was not a propaganda tool of the war?
How did we accept that our Igbo brothers were evil while we were saints? How are we saints? *Is there any evil that is the monopoly of the Igbos that we are totally clean of?* That we don’t have a single man/woman that does same if positioned in the same situation? How did we allow a distant people determine how we leave our lives? If we think we are different and as such we are treated better than the Igbos; have we noticed that *the fate of the Onitsha Port is the same fate that befell the Ports in Calabar and Port Harcourt?* We from the East are all forced to go to Lagos to pay taxes to those ports. How have we been treated differently by these alliances if we were different from the Igbos? Are we not facing the same fate as our Eastern brethren? How do you think we will fare if we were the only ones to receive these treatment given a circumstance where the Igbos are no more in this contraption called Nigeria?
I write this letter to our brethren to remind us that without a unified stand of the entire region, the self-determination process will be a farce. We need each other in all difficulties. *We are the Eastern Region; we are the region of the Lower Niger; we are a common people; we are not different from each other.* Starting from the Hills of Ogoja to the rocky soils of Ebonyi, down to the temperate region of Anambra down to the enclaves of Ishekiri and Isoko, we all look alike.
The Akwa Ibom man and the Abia State man are the same people simply divided by boundaries. *The Calabar man and the Arochukwu man have identical ancestral masquerades. The Ikwerre man is just an Igbo man that was separated by the North to act as a different people.* A British woman, camped somewhere in Kaduna decided to add the “R” consonant to the “U” vowel to totally break the identities of the Igbos in today’s Rivers State. *The Ijaws, Kalabaris, Oron, Efik are practically the same people positioned in different locations* possibly during the settlement centuries ago. We are all interrelated in the region and as such must not be divided.
We have been used for decades, disregarded at every opportunity, our rights are perceived as privileges if not favors. We do not have control over our future as instructed by the late Ahmadu Bello when he instructed his people not to allow us have control of our future, and should be seen as a conquered territory. Are we a conquered people by some strange people that believe they are born to rule, conquer and kill? These are a people who do not hold as sacrosanct what we revere as one. How can we continue in this Union that was designed to enslave us? How can we allow the lies told by these strangers to pitch us against ourselves?
AN ADDENDUM TO MY IGBO BROTHERS
I write to you to remind you that you can only fight a lie that was imbedded into the hearts of my brethren by putting yourself in his shoes to know how best to respond. We cannot fight evil with evil. Like we know, they say two wrongs don’t make a right. It is your responsibility to subtly ask those accusing you some logical questions that may prick their hearts to realities. We are all in this mess called Nigeria together.
Our Son, Goodluck Jonathan, was treated the same way General Ironsi was treated, they were both rejected. They were both despised. Both of them wanted a united Nigeria that existed beyond tribes and religion, but what did we see? President Goodluck Jonathan was lucky to escape with his life, but the General was not that lucky; He was tied to a Land Rover and driven on the rocky tarred roads between Abeokuta and Ibadan till he died and was shredded to pieces. Based on the Alhaji and Kunle’s phone conversation I believe we all listened to, we know that it could as well have happened to President Jonathan if he was not wise enough to let go of their birthright. But can we continue like this?
Look at what they are doing to Nnamdi Kanu? These are the same people that organized 70 lawyers to represent the Boko Haram suspects that have raped, maimed and Killed Nigerians, yet the one they choose to lead us says Nnamdi is too dangerous to be released because he has dual citizenship. Is these the kind of place we will continue to belong to when we are likely going to be having malicious morons of this magnitude leading us?
I write to you my brothers to remind you that the Gambaris know for certainty that having broken a greater part of you into other states in the "South-South," it may be difficult to successfully secede knowing what we know today. So it is inappropriate for you to remind my own brothers that with or without us, that you will succeed.
We cannot allow the propaganda of these gambaris to keep us apart. We must reject it by all means and efforts. We stand a greater chance to succeed as one region. As the older one of the two broken parts of our region, it is your responsibility to expose the deception that was used to mislead my people. It is you that will tell my people you do not have any intentions to colonize them. We have to collectively put these alliance to shame by consciously keeping our relationship cordial in the region. My dear brethren, I write to request that you take it as a duty to remind us that we are all one people because in truth, WE ARE ONE!
THE LOWER NIGER CONGRESS will not succeed if we do not position ourselves for success. We cannot go to a referendum with a divided house. We have to all agreed that we cannot continue in this contraption called a United Nigeria that was not just built on lies and propaganda, but was designed to fail while it enslaves our people. We have been battered, raped, disregarded, maimed and killed at will for the past 50 years. I am talking about the entire Eastern region. While we are being raped and killed, we are busy seeing each other as our enemy, while the real enemies smiles at our folly. We cannot continue like this. We should all take the opportunity presented to us by the UNITED NATION CHARTER ARTICLES ON SELF-DETERMINATION FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLE.
The Lower Niger Congress, has so far made presentations to the US Congress on the plight of our people, made a presentation to the United Nations, and have been able to secure a period by which the referendum will take place here in our region. But will we succeed during the electoral process if we are not united? Is it not time we put our swords into plowshare and see how we can take control of our political, economic future and Cultural development?
The Lower Niger Congress having met with traditional and titled leaders in all the corners of the Lower Niger Region believes the project will not be a success *if we do not see ourselves as a united body. We cannot afford to go into a referendum that may be sabotaged by the propagandas of the alliance of the North*. It is our duty to educate ourselves, educate our relatives, and educate our brethren. It is the best duty we can do for the generations unborn of our region.
This contraption called Nigeria was never designed to succeed, not with the present fraud of Constitution, not with the present mentality that only a section of the country were meant to rule, and finally, not with the present odds that accompany those that make it to the leadership position.
Finally, brethren, I appeal to you all to join hands in actualizing our dream to build a new nation based on principles, agreed morals, agreed terms and absolute regional autonomy to provoke developmental competition. This is what the *LOWER NIGER CONGRESS IS WILLING TO OFFER.*
